10/10!!! Amazing communication and stay, will definitely be back!
this air b&b listing was great for a last minute place to stay during our halloween night out
Clear instructions, great communication, good value
Yousef, Omar and Denyara were great. Queenie with Airbnb communication was great. The place needs a thorough cleaning and could use some updates.
.
Great place! Would stay again.
10/10 highly recommended! host was very responsive and accommodated my request for an early check in. property was exactly as described!
Simons place was great , I did receive the $250 deposit back after I checked out within a few days.. it's quite small but very clean and convenient !
Great place to stay! Everyone there was very nice and it was very quiet!
I loved this unit so much! It was so spacious and comfortable and decorated perfectly! I will definitely rent it again!
there’s an extra $50-$250 fee to be able to “pre-check-in”, then the instructions weren’t that clear about getting in the gate or parking. the floor wasn’t that clean and there were a few little stains on the couch.
Todo muy bien
Solo ajustaría la cantidad de vasos y tazas y servicios
It was so beautiful and I would definitely stay here again!
I was finding it difficult to get a 2 bedroom place in Philadelphia, but Simon’s place came through. It was very spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the bedroom designs and the decor! The kitchen was really nice and the bathroom even had a full size washer and dryer! We will definitely come back here next time we make a trip to Philly!
We loved our stay.
Was amazing and spacious and super clean ! Beautiful place and area!
Thank you so much for making this stay so easy!
great place and a safe neighborhood
Very nice place to stay with high ceilings and tall windows that was worth the price! Also good location with ~15min walk to most things like chinatown and city center. Refundable deposit is needed on an external site. Can also try your luck with free street parking, it was actually doable.
Great stay in Philly! Excellent communication and comfortable stay!
Solo estuvimos una noche para ver un partido en el mundial, sin embargo, fue una noche tranquila y de descanso.
Thank you for a wonderful stay. you are a great host!
loved it. there were plenty of great bars in the area and I felt really close to the city center.
Nice clean place!
Gladly will stay again : )
Great space , it was very quiet neat clean & Simon was very attentive, definitely will come again .
Very nice place
Great spot, good location, clean and comfortable - will book again!
Very clean, just as expected. Host was very responsive. Bar in the basement was enjoyable
Floors dirty, hairs in bathtub make me question how clean it really is. Everything else was great.
great stay! had a lovely time with my friend and i here.
great
Definitely what I needed a nice quiet place
Unfortunately we only had one night in this beautiful apartment. The apartment experience totally raised the bar for everything to follow. Nice bathroom, awesome living area, comfy and clean beds! Everything as advertised! Easy to get in. Proactive host! Highly recommended!
Perfect place for a quick overnight trip! So glad we found this suite and would love to come back again!
Very satisfied
Great location, easy access to the unit. Host easy and great communication.
Good for the price. Host is very responsive and nice. Building was just not clean, restroom in the main lobby was a nightmare, whole building and room smelled like stale weed and cigarettes, an elevator that is constantly beeping (can hear from the room), and just areas that definitely needed a deep cleaning.
Nice place and easy to get to. Enjoyed our stay
The internet was very bad and I had to get WiFi from T mobile which cost me. If you are working from home, this place won’t be suitable for you. Unless you have your own personal WiFi . The parking is a little expensive as well.
Amazing stay! Responsive host, felt right at home.
The lady at the front desk was so nice and patient and kind.
Nice place.
One Night Stay The parking details could have been more clear.
My family and I booked this place as a quick rest stop during our journey. While Simon was nice with communication, there was little that could be done to address requests or issues since his staff is only available until 4 PM. This is problematic, considering that check-in also begins at 4 PM, leaving guests without assistance upon arrival. We encountered two major issues: the walls and doors were visibly dirty, and the beds in both rooms sagged significantly, making it impossible to get a restful night’s sleep (defeating the purpose). Although they offer pack and play and high chair, we had no access to it because staff beng unavailable for service after 4pm so our 1 year old had to sleep on the concaved bed with us. Additionally, a broken towel rack was left hanging on the wall. Despite bringing these concerns to Simon’s attention, the only response we received was an apology-no solutions, no partial refund for the broken bed and ultimately, no effort to improve our experience.
Simon was a great host he was very responsive and gave clear instructions. I would absolutely recommend staying here. Thank you for the hospitality!
I stayed for about 4 weeks and had to switch apartments in between. The first apartment on the 2nd floor had horrendous wifi. I was unable to do very basic tasks like open a webpage or YouTube without a significant loading delay. I brought up my concerns which sosuite and even after 10 days of constant complaints, there was no resolution. They only resolved my situation and switched me out to an apartment on the 4th floor which had better wifi after I threatened to reach out to Airbnb support. I am pleased they switched my apartment, but it felt like they were waiting me out and hoping I give up instead of providing the best customer service they could. Otherwise, the apartments were clean and as described.
Convenient
The space wasn’t terrible. The apartment complex did smell pretty bad of smoke. The laundry had mold it in. The floors were dirty upon arrival. They did respond quickly but the refund situation was ridiculous and not the amount it should have been. Overall it was okay.
Great apartment! Only difficulty I had when arriving was the parking situation. Guests are only allowed to park in the outside parking spots or in the basement. We were not made aware of this until the front desk contacted me. I also didn’t know there would be a code to get into the lot, so I had to stand in the rain for a while talking to the front desk. Would definitely stay again now that I know the order of operations needed!
Great stay!
Place was clean and accurate in the pictures. Good location
I always love staying with Sosuite. They take the best care of me.
Positive: Apartamento muy amplio Negative: Nadie nos ayudó con el cheking en recepción, todo por teléfono
Amazing stay.
This place is always a great place to stay when available. It's quiet, clean, and comfortable. Plus they were extremely accomodating in helping me locate a lost item and flexible about picking it up for return.
I enjoyed my stay it’s close to everything my daughter and myself needed. There are carts to help with your bags. When there were issues Sosuite handled it very professionally and promptly which made me feel great because they really did put the customer first and made sure I was comfortable during my stay, and their staff went above and beyond especially Ms. Michelle. I appreciate Simon hosting. Us and we are actually back again. Definitely one of my best air bnb experiences!
Was very responsive with every question that I had he also let me bring people into not party, but to celebrate my birthday before we went out. I explained to him everything that was going on beforehand so he knew. And everything went smoothly will definitely book again thank you so much!
Great place love it
The place was nice, clean. Short Uber ride to Center City and Rittenhouse Square. I did Uber over to the Eagles game on Sunday. It was a short ride. You can tell the area is up and coming! Very happy I stayed here!! I definitely would come back and stay!
Positive: Design Negative: Es fehlte an Ausstattung. Preis war nicht gerechtfertigt. Im ganzen Haus wurde gekifft
Every thing went just perfect to stay there. The parking is located behind the building inside of property, very safe to park there. I will go back to stay there nest year again!!
Everything was good. Excellent communication with the host. Appartement itself was clean spacious and well equipped, walkable location within 15 min to Center City.
Nice condo Nice condo but neighborhood is sketchy.
Simon was very helpful and the apartment was comfortable and in good condition. The only problem we had was that we had to pay an extra security deposit that was expected to by paid through an external website. We agreed to do it through Airbnb instead, but when we requested a refund for that after our stay, it took much longer than expected and we had to remind Simon that we were supposed to get it back. Other than that, no complaints!
The space was big and the beds were comfortable but the location was terrible and we felt very unsafe. In addition, the place looked clean but we quickly discovered the floors were swept but NOT mopped. They were nasty. Also the place reeked of smoke even though it was supposed to be non-smoking and there were stains in the furniture.
Our unit in particular seemed to reek of cigar/ smoke which lasted the entirety of our stay. When it comes to buildings like these it could have been a number of reasons as to why but overall the unit did not appear well maintained in cleanliness and presentation- especially for the $250 deposit charged in advance Sofisuite. Worn furnishings, noticeable dust on furniture, smelly throw pillows and a number mismatch paint overs on walls and needed touch ups throughout the unit were noticeable. The location seemed transient and somewhat safe and was ideal for walking but from my personal experience this unit is staged better in photos than the unit itself actually is unfortunately. The best thing about our stay was the restaurant attached to it which had great food and service. The apartment compliments were a nice touch just not enough to deliver what I was looking for.
Very convenient location with clean and safe apartment. Positive: Great location. Nice secure parking given location in heart of city. Negative: Dryer was broken and wet towels were in it from previous tenant or house cleaning crew. And oddly there were 3 shopping carts in the hall of our 2nd floor apartment.
Great place I’d stay again
Great place with all the amenities one will need. Love the natural light coming in to the rooms. Very warm and welcoming decor. Beds were comfy, bathroom had a washer and drier. I paid for parking an additional $20/night in the building and it was very convenient. Location is good but a bit of a walk from most of the restaurants and coffee shops. There is a restaurant in the building which has a late night menu which is helpful. Over all a complaint free stay.
Simon was very responsive anytime I messaged him. The place was clean and quiet. Felt safe and same for parking lot.
We love this place! So much so it’s our second time here and we can’t wait to stay again! This place is quiet and clean and comfortable! 10 out of 10
Great place!!!
Worth it.
Great stay!! Location was awesome. Great bar and restaurant downstairs. Would stay again.
Simon was a great host - excellent communicator who made the process very easy. His space was exactly as described and very clean. It met and exceeded our expectations and we would stay again on any return trip!
Beautiful loft & very nice and responsive host definitely my go to place from now on ❤️
Lovely place! Great places to eat in the surrounding area as well. Staff in the apartment building are very friendly an helpful!
Great if you’re traveling with dogs or pets- SoSuite was very pet friendly!
Simons place was amazing! Definitely a beautiful space & looked exactly like the pictures. Will definitely be booking again next time I’m in the city
Beautiful place
This place was super clean and just as described. Two adults were very comfortable here! Beds were very comfortable. Great sunlight coming in through the windows! Walkable to most spots. Great host and staff very responsive. Would highly recommend!
Great
Great host!
Great space really enjoyed the stay
Great modern place in a central location.
This place was great and convenient!
Great space and very clean, having a restaurant just downstairs was very convenient! Less than a 10 min drive to anywhere in center city. All staff were very nice and helpful with check in/out.
I had a great time at Simon’s! Would definitely stay again
I had a great experience with Simon. I would recommend him to everyone. He’s very efficient, nice and very easy goin. He made my stay very comfortable. I didn’t feel like I was under surveillance like some other AirBnB’s. I give Simon 5 stars I would definitely stay again.
Wonderful stay & Simon was helpful in responding & supporting. Staff on site was enjoyable & friendly. Overall we had a great stay & would recommend to others.
This place is bigger than it looks in the pictures. It was very clean and cozy and I personally enjoyed the decor around the space. Was super nice, I’ll definitely be staying there again soon!
I was looking for somewhere to stay for the night and I came across this apartment. It looks exactly like the pictures and was very clean. Before leaving the next day I asked for a late check out and was granted some time, although I may have went a little over my check out time Simon was super attentive and professional. I appreciated his communication and the aura of the space in general. I truly look forward to coming back.
Great unit, very responsive. Highly recommend.
Awesome and accurate, definitely worth booking again!
