We had a great stay at So Suite! The accommodations were comfortable, and the service made our experience even better. A special shoutout to John and Harold for going above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. Their kindness and exceptional service were greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!
The location was great! There was plenty of space in the apartment and the washer and dryer were great to have.
The place matches the pictures and the area is not that bad. There is a great coffee place near by. Now in my opinion it could use a “facelift”. When we stepped in to the Air BNB, it was warm. It would have been nice if it was cooler before we got in due to the heat wave. The place was clean but in the big room I did see a dead fly by the window, behind the door was a patch of white pet hair and the draft over the table there was a bunch of dust build up on the wall. It has potential to be greater!
Close to everything. 40 Mins to get here from airport on train and 7min bus ride. Bus stops in front of building. From the Stadium/Arena, 20min subway and 10min walk. Groceries is a 15 min walk. strict about early check in but there is a restaurant to wait at.
It was a nice proximity to the convention center. , I would walk back, which was about a 15 to 20 minute walk. Good food locations nearby, not the highest qualit but opened late. I generally felt safe, where I was and convenient paid parking on-site.... although it was initially hard to find One drawback was that the facility, had a limited amount of towels, which you would get at the front desk. I would suggest bringingyour own towels as an extra backup, just in case you're not able to get as many towels as you need initially.
Simon was very responsive but when we checked in we noticed there were no towels in the apartment. We had to message the host several times in order to get some towels for the night we checked in. There was a noticeable tobacco smell in the home and the air conditioner did not cool the unit below 72 degrees. The couch was dirty and apartment was scuffed/in need of a deep cleaning. I would not recommend this place or stay here again.
Good place. A few opportunities to add more dishes, towels, and basic necessities around the house. Good location and walkable to many areas. Parking situation was solid. AC struggled during the hotter days but we survived. World cup traffic drived cost up unfortunately

BEWARE!!!! The listing is untruthful and there are hidden charges. Trying to check in was a nightmare. The listing claimed Plenty of Parking, what a lie. You’ll have to pay for parking in their lot and they add on a pet fee and a 250!!! charge in case anything is broken. It’s a shame it’s so poorly managed because it’s a beautiful unit with 12 foot ceilings and magnificent wooden floors. But add to that how slow the elevators are and demand a low floor just in case you end up taking the stairs. You’ve been warned. Good Luck.

The room was great and had everything we needed. I was surprised at the price for what we had. The apartment was large with 2 full bedrooms with closets. The bathroom was modern and came with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The TV had tons of options for us at night when we came back. Never once heard a neighbor. There was this loud whirring noise the entire time which was amplified by the empty walls. I wish there was more art on the walls to absorb the sound more. It was easy to get in an out of the building and room. Loved the onsite parking although the gate was always open it didn't actually matter to us though. I think our only problem was the lack of things to do in the immediate area. Everything is about a mile away. Where we could walk during the day so okay. Day time was fine night time meh. It's not too bad but not exactly safe feeling either.
The unit is very spacious, and the industrial building with high ceilings and concrete walls makes for a very quiet, peaceful stay. The front desk staff is pleasant and helpful. We brought our dog, and made sure to include her in our reservation on Airbnb. The pet fee was reasonable (we were only staying one night at $25/night/pet), but it was buried under "house rules" and two additional link clicks, and I didn't see that until I had paid (nonrefundable at the time) and was required to register on a separate site for the building. I would have preferred to have the pet fee included in the Airbnb price I was shown or be more transparent, similar to the additional parking option, especially with all the recent "Now you’ll see one price for your trip, all fees included" advertising from Airbnb. Simon and team were very responsive and helpful with communication.

The space itself was fantastic: very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the stay even better. Simon’s place was great for what we needed. The parking garage was so helpful, considering the location. There were friendly and helpful attendees at the front desk. The rooms were gigantic and comfortable. The only thing that did not go well was the wi-fi. Other than that, Simon was very responsive. The location was safe. There is a FABULOUS fusion restaurant in walking distance.

Huge rooms and clean! Positive: I liked the secureness of the facility and walking distance to CVS and food places. I was glad there was an option to pay a small fee for parking in the lot instead of trying to find street parking. Kitchen provided dishes, cups etc, bathroom was clean, loved it has washer/dryer available didnt use but great it was available if I needed to. Rooms were bigger then expected, each had small desk with lamp on it and table next to bed for nightstand. Overall spacious suite! Sofa in living room was comfy! Host even contacted us to see if I left my coat, but it wasnt ours it was in coat closet when we got there. Will stay here again if we are in the area, highly recommend! Host messaged us before our trip, during and after to ensure we were good to go (as in if we needed to reach them we could right away). Front door staff was friendly when check-in/out for parking pass, recommended a few places. It was an excellent value for our stay for our concert visit to the Met which wasnt far away. We could have walked from the suite to the Met but it was to cold for us, so we used preferred paid parking option for the concert for the Met. Negative: Small parking lot, but it worked plus you were able to reserve a spot for us (not designated spot). 1 bed mattress was firmer then the other one. Maybe thicker curtains to help cover windows, but over all we enjoyed it.

Convenient location. Apartment windows were great to let in light in the morning. Beds were comfortable. Water and snacks on the counter were a nice surprise. Apartment was not cleaned well though. The floors, kitchen counters, coffee table and desks on the room were dirty. There were marks on the surfaces from items that were used on it. There were dirty dishes and a broken glass in the dish washer.

Waste of our time and money Negative: The fact that we couldn't even stay in the room and they took our money, so we had to go scrap together enough to stay somewhere else. I'll never make the same mistake again. 160$ down the drain.
I really enjoyed my stay here - everything was clean and both check-in and check-out was convenient. Having the option of parking on-site was also a huge bonus and made everything a lot easier. I would definitely stay again!

Overall, they stay at this location was as good as I anticipated. There were a few minor concerns around the cleanliness of the unit when I arrived (floor and a few kitchen items) but most everything else was spotless. The couch in the unit was different than the one pictured, and it wasn’t the most comfortable, but everything else was as described and in good shape. Check in was easy, and every question I had was answered in a timely fashion. I would for sure consider staying at another Sosuite location again.
We loved our stay at Simon’s place. It was quiet at night, which surprised me because it was the weekend. You could walk to most attractions in the city center. We were comfortable our entire stay, and any questions we had were answered in a very timely manner. We will definitely stay with So Suite again.

SoSuites Indy Lofts provided a comfortable, spacious place to stay, but the immediate neighborhood had few amenities so Positive: The rooms were spacious, with high ceilings. Beds were very comfortable. Having a washer and dryer available was a real plus. Kitchen was well equipped, although we spent little time there. AC was great. Bathroom was fine, but should have had hooks available for towels, since there was plenty of empty space for them on the walls. Finally,the bar/restaurant located in the building was terrific—and convenient! Negative: Location was not far from central Philadelphia and other areas, but a car seemed necessary. Neighborhood wasn’t well suited for walking around. Front desk was generally staffed, but not very welcoming or helpful.

Great location, but details are also important! Positive: super location! Negative: the property has good concept but they were many things (details) in the apartment. First, the shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers were empty. Second: the walls were unevenly painted. Three: we didn’t have a remote for the tv (they gave to us a day later because at the lobby there were no batteries!)

We were in town for the eagles game. This place was great as far as location goes. The pictures were accurate as displayed. Appliances were a plus in case you had an extended stay! Parking was easy going since it's on the property, the restaurant downstairs is another must see! We enjoyed our stay.
Place was nice and as advertised, good location and the gated parking was a huge positive. Host was very responsive as well. Some of the negatives were, the place was bare, no extra towels and limited kitchen products (no baking sheets or cutting boards and only one pan), made it difficult to really cook. the internet was also very slow and lastly, we paid for two parking spots with approval before arrival but upon arival was told we could not park there and would have to come back around 9pm to see if there was room.
Awesome place. Very accommodating. Better than the pictures online, love the loft style.
10/10 stay! Very clean, modern, and in a great location. Check in process was detailed and centralized. Wifi was a bit spotty at times but was able to work with no major issues.
Outgoing and Adventurous
This space was perfect and Simon was very helpful in our transition from one airbnb to another. We had issues with a different host at a different location (not associated with sosuite) and Simon helped turn a stressful morning to a stress free afternoon. I was very happy with the apartment itself. Amenities are all there and available. The Institute Bar & Grill downstairs is really convenient for pregame or night caps. Really cool & friendly bartender with a beard there! I forget his name. This place rocks & so does Philly. Go Phillies 🤘🏼
The bad: There were dirty towels left in the washer when we arrived. The sheets in the guest bedroom were dirty. There was a leak in the kitchen ceiling. The check in process and parking was a bit intrusive (had to upload a picture of my ID and pay a 250 refundable deposit.) and needlessly elaborate. When I reported this nothing was offered to compensate the poor cleaning, though they did come in and fix the leak. The good: great resturant attached to property. Very spacious and looked and felt great. Discounted secured parking on site. Close to everything, though it's probably better to drive because the neighborhood surrounding the place isn't great. The place overall is pretty cool and it outweighed the bad. Would probably stay again.
The beds were very comfortable, and there there was a lot of space in the apartment. The parking was convenient, but a little confusing (the first ramp up goes to the employee lot). There's a Keurig that takes K-cups (the picture on the site shows the previous traditional filter and grounds coffeemaker). The area around the apartment was quiet but a bit barren, though all of downtown and the museums are just a reasonable walk or short Uber ride away.
My stay was absolutely wonderful! I had to make a very last minute (same day) reservation due to another host leaving me in a terrible bind, and they were immediately responsive and accommodating. My room looked better than described. Everything was immaculately clean, the area was safe and quiet, and not far from everything in Center City - there wasn’t anything that was not in walking distance. I would recommend that anyone stay here without hesitation - unless I wanted to book before they did.

The entire process was so easy and Simon was very responsive to my newbie questions . Clean, comfortable and cost effective space. The beds were very comfortable, great having a washer and dryer in unit and bathroom was big!
Apartment was lovely! Clean and really nice and quite. I had fun staying there and coffee was amazing. Thank you host for the coffee machine and the coffee pods. I will def come back and stay in that apartment 🧘♂️😍

My family and I (consisting of myself, my fiancé, elementary-age son plus our 2 rescue dogs—5 years old and 1 year old pup) had an amazing time! Such a relaxing and simply nice, clean and updated space. Location was perfect for all the attractions we wanted to see. There is still so much we wanted to see that we could not fit into our 4-night stay. GREAT air conditioning which was clutch considering we visited during a heat wave 🥵 Fantastic customer service and always felt safe & secure. Since we brought our two dogs we were so happy to be near multiple dog parks and dog friendly businesses/eateries. Our lesson after the trip is to make sure there are more grassy areas for quick bathroom opportunities since our dogs are used to suburbia, but that is on us as dog owners. The space was very accommodating to us as dog owners and no issues or given a hard time with bringing them along in any way 🥰 Highly recommend!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Please check this place out. So comfortable and convenient. Parking was a dream, right below the building with direct elevator access to the lofts. The receptionist was so kind and friendly. There is a restaurant right below the lofts, too! Rules and expectations were very clearly communicated, as well as directions for accessing the suite. My daughter and I stayed in one of Simon's 2 bedroom units and totally enjoyed our stay. The accommodations are spacious, well appointed, and comfortable. The parking is most convenient. I recommend them, especially for an extended stay.

Potential bookers beware: *We were awoken in the middle of the night by a screaming match inside or right outside the building the likes of which I have never heard. The police seemingly put an end to it after 30 minutes or so, but was very scary (especially for our young kids) *The place has been abused by guests and is not as pristine as the photos would suggest. Numerous holes in the wall shoddily patched over. *The oversized windows come without blackout curtains, meaning light floods in at the break of dawn. *The communication around the reservation was automated and contradictory incorrect. It was difficult to parse what exactly we needed to do with the volume of comms we got about the rental (and are still unsure if we checked out correctly) *The front desk staff were, for the most part, unfriendly and unhelpful

Simon was a great host! His communication & instructions left throughout the stay were amazing & easy to follow. The place was just as pictured - only thing to mention is that the walls are a bit thin & echo so you can easily hear neighbors visiting as well.
The apartment is exactly as the picture, except that the second bedroom has a full-size bed, not a queen bed. The full-size bed was too small for my two teenaged children to sleep together. So one of them had to sleep in the sofa couch and there was no extra blanket. Otherwise we like the apartment. The washer/dryer was a plus.
