Very attentive and communicative i always love lofts this was clean and convenient

Unfortunately, this was an extremely disappointing stay. When we arrived, the apartment door was already open/unsecured. We then found a toilet that had not been properly cleaned, visibly stained seating, a used towel left in a bedroom drawer, and later discovered stained/soiled bedding, hair and debris on the linens, and a damaged towel. We reported the issues to Sosuite immediately and sent photos through Airbnb. Their messaging team was responsive and repeatedly said housekeeping would address the problems, but the promised remediation was never successfully completed during our stay. Housekeeping said they would return after one attempted visit but did not, and by the evening before checkout Sosuite confirmed the cleaning still had not happened and their team was unavailable. We spent most of our four-night stay dealing with the same cleanliness issues we reported shortly after arrival. I would not stay here again.

Very comfortable, love the view of the city it's beautiful at time . Love the bar that's actually downstairs that attach to the building very convenient

Though I only stayed one night, the loft was comfy. Loved the windows, it allowed great deal of sun in which is a bonus. Host was great at response.

Love loft apartments and I always wanted to stay in one so for the price and for the building would recommend

We had a short stay in Philly for a concert and dinner, and Simon’s Apartment was perfect for a short walk to Union Transfer.

Great stay! Our second year here. Would absolutely come back next year, so affordable and close to the convention center. We left a very important stuffed animal and they found it and agreed to ship it almost immediately! We had a wonderful time and are so grateful.

Everything was amazing very beautiful air bnb! Found free parking on the street it was a very clean spacious air bnb with high ceilings I loved it . Host was very responsive as well !

I stayed in other SoSuite units in the same building. This particular unit however was underwhelming relative to my prior stays.

Excellent stay at Simon’s place. Place was really clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Parking on site was inexpensive and the restaurant next to the building is an added plus. I’d recommend staying here and would stay again.

Great stay, very convenient for my family and I. Was working from home and the place was quiet and the WiFi was great! Would stay here again.

Ended up having to pay extra through their website for a pet and there was kind of a weird smell in the building but otherwise great, as described, walkable and near many things!

Come stay at SoSuite. Its an experience you wont forget. Very homey and peaceful while in downtown Philly.

Great stay in Philadelphia for the marathon weekend! The location was convenient, the space was clean and comfortable, and the host was very responsive. We were able to find street parking as well. I would recommend and would stay again!

At first it was ok, we even got a room upgrade because our original booking had a complication according to them. First the fire alarm went off at 6 am, then a real fire occurred at 1pm on 11/16 that kicked us out for 6 hours, with no access to any of our valuables, clothes or food. We were not allowed back in until 7:30 they gave us NO compensation either. Requested a late check out due to the fire, acquired a pending charge on my card and did not even allow us to have a late check out. Poor communication between staff and Airbnb. Elevator stopped working. It’s marketed as “Pet friendly” but that meant a small fake grass mat outside for a relief area with the nearest green area more than a mile away.

We couldn't have liked this place more - so much so that I am staying there again this week while my move arrives!

Great place. Close to all of the Philly sites. Clean and comfortable.

The building is easy to find, parking is fine (if you pay the upcharge for it), they allow dogs (again, if you pay the upcharge for it), and the area isn't too dicey. The Host is the building itself, not an individual owner, so at least you know you're not getting anyone in trouble. It was dusty and not well maintained, and we couldn't get the windows open because the screens were all broken and we didn't want to break anything. For a lower price, this would be a great find, but for the price of the listing and the fact that they will upcharge you for parking and for bringing a dog (all through a separate application, which makes me uncomfortable), you can find similar air bnbs in nicer areas of Philly.

The space was very clean with high ceilings. We liked it a lot. We were also very pleased with the adjoining restaurant. The food is very good and the staff is great. All around good vibes.

Simon was super responsive. I originally booked a different Airbnb and realized the location was not ideal for my trip. I reached out to Simon to see if he could accommodate an almost immediate/last minute check in and he said YES! The check in went perfectly and the building was easy really nice! Simon was super helpful! It was a great location near China town!!

Great loft space in Philly! Open, modern and clean. All the amenities you need. Street parking is not your friend but the area is walkable to a few bars/restaurants. The Institute Craft Bar and Kitchen should get more love too. A hop skip away from Union Transfer.

Spacious, matches the photos, good central location, well equipped kitchenette, nice restaurant/bar on ground floor - will stay there again. Wifi was weirdly slow and floors needed a quick clean but that’s ok😀👍

Nice unit. The workout room is a plus. It's good that the Giant Market is within walking distance for stocking up on supplies.
