Simon was very help with his welcome instructions.

The unit was exactly as advertised. It was clean and all the amenities listed were available. However, some of the locks on the doors did not work, and one door was not able to close fully. In addition, the entrance code provided did not work. On the first day, we were able to access the unit using the "slide to unlock" feature through the Check-In link. However, after midnight, that feature stopped working. As a result, we had to make sure someone stayed inside the unit at all times to let the rest of us in. It wasn't too much of a hassle, as we were scheduled to check out that morning anyway. Aside from the issues with the door, everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay!

Everything was great Host was very responsive and they were more than willing to hold our bags while we walked around and enjoyed a little bit of the city while our room was getting ready check in was efficient as well

The loft was very spacious and clean, equipped with everything we needed. Beautiful with so many windows and a high ceiling. It worth more than the price listed for sure. Simon and all Sosuite staff were very quick with communications, and they helped with any issues we were having at the location.

My stay at Sosuite's was amazing. The suite was huge, and provided more than enough room for my weekend stay with my oldest son and his friend. And on top of that, it had an amazing view of the city skyline visible from both bedrooms and the living room. It was a good location to the venue that we were going to for the concert. Check-in was very easy, making parking arrangements for their indoor parking was very easy. And being able to have constant contact. Communication was beyond excellent, they were easily accessed via text during my whole stay. And they were very prompt with their replies, no matter what the question was. I will definitely be staying here again in the future when heading to Philly.

Filthy and no internet Positive: Just the view everything else was horrible. The Internet was down in the building. They even admitted it and didn’t even try to fix it the whole week we’re there. Negative: Right off the bat the first night I went to take a shower in the bathroom and there was hair in the bathtub and around the edge of the bathtub dark black hair, eight, 9, 10 inches long. My wife is blonde so she’s the only one with long hair so it wasn’t from my wife. By the way, I’m looking at the photo that’s above this review. These photos are very deceptive. They don’t represent the apartment that you’ll be staying in. They’re all different the photos that we saw when we booked this apartment where nothing like the place we stayed at and after asking why the Internet was such a big deal. We have three sons with autism. The location only had one TV that meant all five of us had to share one TV and none of their computers work because the Internet was so slow Or Didn’t work at all, to top it off when they sent a maintenance person into “fix” the Internet. They took on accident. I say stole a remote for a Roku stick that we brought. They had two days to return it and never returned. It just gave us a $10 credit.

The place was nice enough but the concept and setup is strange. There's no one on site to help with anything and we did not have proper bedding or towels for the amount of folks we booked in the room. We could not find anyone to address parking or parking validation.

Room was spacious and clean. Had really good views and the loft style apt was aesthetically pleasing. Since we reached late at night steeet parking was hard to find and we had to use spot hero to park close by. Great stay overall!

This place was perfect for our family to stay while visiting my son in the same neighborhood. It was clean and very accessible. The host was very responsive to the few questions we had after we checked in. Beds were not cushy but were comfortable enough for our three night stay. We will definitely stay here again simply because of the convenience!

Good location nearby lots of popular places. Overall good experience with a responsive host. The only part I didn’t realize was expected was the damage deposit but one option is refundable.

Great loft in a wonderful location! The place was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. If we’re back in Philadelphia, we would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay, walking distance to Chinatown is a highlight. The tall ceiling is very unique with beautiful city view.

The loft was exactly as described and what was shown on photos. It was very well-located for our needs, with walkable distance to grocery shopping, restaurants, breweries, and great coffee shops. The host was very responsive and available for each and all questions. The only con I can list was the wifi - it was crawling slow likely for this being a corner unit on an older building with lots of brick walls and windows. This could be a one off or an easy fix, though, but I didn’t complain as I was mandated to tether from my phone from work anyway. This was my third stay in Philadelphia in the Callowhill region and by far my best.

A really nice place...ohhh, those big windows!! Beautiful natural light in a renovated building near food/coffee spots a supermarket and a train station and with (paid) parking spot. Easy and contactless check-in and check-out. Host always available thru messaging. Fully equipped, functional kitchen, comfy bedrooms and a lot of storage space. Good that has washer and dryer (they are inside a bathroom). We were 4 adults and 3 kids and feel pretty comfortable in the space. Big bathrooms with great water pressure (the toilet of the 2-beds room has an issue of water intake, is always running, but works well). The shampoo/conditioner/body wash containers were empty in both bathrooms. We asked for more towels, since there were only 4 big towels, but front desk told us they run out of towels. We requested a highchair and a travel crib, and they were provided and were in good condition and clean, but no sheets were provided for the crib (so we dont' use it). A great place to stay in Philly.

nice very big 2 bdrm place beautiful loft ceiling and large windows. comfy beds. was missing bath soap in both bathrooms dispensers and was not refilled even after was told it will be filled next day

Recently stayed here! Fell in love with the view and comfortable beds this place has to offer. Very spacious and clean. Even did a load of laundry. Washer and dryer worked very well. No issues. The building is secure and no issues outside (even at night)at least through our booking every night. The staff were super friendly and provided extra towels upon asking. The neighborhood looked a little off but honestly was awesome! The little market across the street provides most essentials needed. The restaurant downstairs called The Institute- OMG ate there everyday because the food was so good! Cauliflower bites = life changing! Korean BBQ! Seth is the coolest bar tender on the block! Definitely looking forward to booking again. Thankful you Sosuite!

We had a nice stay. Very close to Chinatown. Ubers were easy to get. The only negative was the air conditioning didn’t cool down the back bedroom enough.

Great stay for a quick last minute reservation. Positive: The location was nice, but we are not used to big cities with so many cars being parked on the side of the road. The parking was great in that it was secured so we felt our car would be safe and it was. Negative: The internet did not work so I was unable to get work accomplished for my job, but such is life.

Clean, huge rooms and living area, comfortable beds. Minimal decor, which I appreciated. The windows were a showstopper in the morning. Would totally stay again! Found street parking pretty easily but appreciated the option to pay for parking if needed. All and all, it was great stay!

The place meet my expectations and Simon was great with all the instructions. I recommend 100% to visit Simon at Sosuite’s!

Excellent location for attending an event at the Met. Walking in the neighborhood to restaurants and the Met was good. Neighborhood sidewalks need some attention. Pay extra to park in the Sosuite lot. Beautiful windows and light. Beds were comfortable! Thank you for sharing your special spot in Philadelphia!

You’ll get and amazingly high ceiling spot, free of clutter and really lovely/spacious property. Absolutely worth it!

It was a great experience. I was able to do early check-in which was really helpful. The place wasn’t finish being set up by the cleaner was nice and apologetic. Overall, it was fantastic.

I had a very nice stay in this beautiful apartment. The view is lovely and the open rooms are very nice. Checking into the room was very easy, but I was unaware there was parking on site and had a little trouble sorting out parking during my check-in. Very good price for the location and overall a very enjoyable stay.

The place was beautiful. Very convenient. Had everything we needed and had a bar/restaurant downstairs. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a very nice stay. I always wanted to stay in a loft and this was a really great experience. It was clean and modern. I had a nice view of the bridge from my room. They were able to hold my luggage even after I checked out, I really appreciated that. I would recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay, although the accessible entrance required us to either walk down a steep ramp they had to unlock for us every time or to enter the building through the parking lot in the back.

2nd time staying here and will not be the last. Great area for getting around the city. Beautiful views of the city. Clean and relatively quiet. Pay for the parking, it’s worth it. Host is very responsive to all questions and concerns, and will get back to you promptly.

Water pressure for the showers were weak, not much hot water, and we had troubles during check in because there was no cleaning done, and the mess left a disappointing impression for us. After a long day at Philly, we still had to wait about 2 hours for the place to get situated and cleaned. Our host was working with us, and after the cleanup the place was very accurate to the images shown, eventually at the end we did like the place, it was just a messy check-in.

Great apartment - very spacious, lots of light. We were lucky and found a parking space right in front of the building. Would stay here again.

All was good, then we had some leaks in both bathroom ceilings coming from the unit above us I let staff know. I was grossed out because it was toilet water and it dripped on me, that was my only issue, I was gifted a bottle of red wine that i was grateful for this is my fourth time staying here each time different units and despite the leaks, I will stay again

Upon arrival the unit we were assigned was dirty with trash everywhere and beds unmade. My texts went unanswered and I had to call several times to get us into a different unit for the night. Once we got into the correct unit the next day it was nice, well-cleaned, and as described. However, the communication throughout the experience was lacking. I had to be the one to initiate calls to ask for updates each time. I will say the cleaning staff we interacted with in the building were very kind and helpful.

Nice cute place. My major concerns were how long the apartment took to heat up (over 6 hours with 1 room heat not working), and the tight parking. My party also complained about the curtains not fully closing and sun waking them up. Other than that it was very spacious. Good for the price.

Convenient spot, easy to check in and out. Clean space and provided the basics for our stay such as kitchen tools. Not much in the restrooms/showers so be prepared to bring your own toiletries.

The place is clean, silent, comfortable and well furnished. It’s expansive with tall ceiling, large rooms and full wall windows. Location is good and view from the room was good too. We enjoyed the experience and the beds were comfortable too. Cons; parking is expensive, neighborhood is not walkable and checking (including parking) is bit of a runabout.

The loft was spacious and lovely. Would be great for a slightly longer stay because of the kitchen and washer/dryer. There is onsite parking but it is $25/night, and spaces are very small. It is about a 20 min walk to downtown areas. Surrounding neighborhood may look a little run down but it is not unsafe! We enjoyed our stay!

Overall great bnb! There’s a restaurant right downstairs that’s open late. There were some issues with the washer/dryer, the tv remote was a little buggy, one of the shower head’s pressure wasn’t great, and the wifi was slow. Other than that, the stay was great, the host was very responsive and proactive in helping us with our issues.

Decent location and airbnb, but definitely came with flaws. Some of the towels were still dirty when we got them, and the AC didn't work in one of the rooms.

The building wasn't too far from city center, about a 25 minute walk, or a short uber ride. There is a convenient store just down the street that was open late that was very helpful for us, as well as a restaurant open late that was very convenient, if a little expensive for the food. But the suite itself was nice and spacious, plenty of room for the 6 of us. There was something sticky on the floor, possibly residue from whatever cleaner was used, but other than that it was a good space!

Even though my guests and I only stayed at this 2 bedroom unit for 1 day, we absolutely loved everything about it. It was very spacious with 3 beds, ample closet space, and living room space. The kitchen has great basic necessities. Good location and plenty of street parking. Wish we were staying longer

Simon was really responsive and helpful through out our stay, he helped us feel at home and made the process easy. The views were magnificent and lots to do around the area. Would go back.

The accommodations were exactly what was described and exactly fit our needs. It was conveniently located and the few eclectic spots around the listing were surprisingly awesome. Taco joint, Chinese Mexican & cafe all were top notch.

The place is spacious, clean and in a secure building. Elevator in the building is a plus for people challenged by staircases. It is located in mixed neighborhood with some unappealing stores and nice restaurant often next to each other. Parking is a challenge so I recommend to pay extra for the parking in the building. Short ride to museums and other Philly attractions.

It's a very roomy, and clean place. It was easy to check in and out, and no hassles about cleaning up like some other listings.

Fantastic stay, one of the best value-deals I've ever gotten on an Airbnb. Simon was super responsive and very friendly. Beautiful apartment. Also really appreciated the snacks he left out for us as we had been driving for hours and didn't have time to stop for food. He also left us some tide pods to do laundry with, which was incredibly helpful. Overall phenomenal place to stay, and exemplary host.

Excellent clean place and spacious. Well worthed for money

The apt was very nice. It matched the pictures in the listing. The check in process was smooth. The apt is in a good location - 5 min uber to center city (if that). The downstairs bar was cool and a nice perk to have. My only issue is that there isn’t a full body mirror in the apt. But that wasn’t enough of an issue to negatively impact my rating.

Perfect for what our family needed for a 1 night stay.

We rented three units in the building. The apartments are extremely spacious, the loft setting is cool and they and were clean. However, given the location and lack of included parking , our party thought they were over priced. The neighborhood is fine-- there's a few restaurants nearby and a short walk to whatever you need, but certainly not in an active area with lots of stores and restaurants. It is quite gritty-- which isn't a problem for us, but again it seems the price should reflect that. Additionally, while the space is stylish the furnishings are very cheap and a bit worn and the mattresses aren't great quality. The rooms could easily accommodate king sized beds-- not sure why they put in queens. I feel like all of this together wouldn't bother me if I didn't find it overpriced.

Super easy check in and a great location in central Philly. Would definitely stay here again.
