Awesome stay as always, great views from the unit and lots of restaurants and stores in walking distance. This is by far one of the nicest places to stay and very reasonable. Can't wait to book again 👍

It was ok. Hallway smelled like weed but whatever, that happens. However, when we turned on the in unit heat, it emitted a foul moldy, musty, almost raw sewage smell. Had to keep the heat off because the smell was that bad which made the space a little cold. Fortunately was only there for a night. I’d only rebook if they fixed the foul smell from the heating system.

Apartment was very nice for our visit, in a good area for walking and exploring. Simon explained well all we needed for an easy self check-in. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well furnished. Very comfortable beds.

We had a great stay! The check-in instructions were easy to follow, making arrival simple and stress-free. We stayed with three kids and felt very comfortable/safe. The views from the windows were beautiful, and we really appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen was stocked with the basic essentials we needed, the beds were comfortable, and the unit was nicely decorated and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay! We live in Philly but stayed here for 3.5 weeks while doing construction at our house. Plenty of room in the common spaces and the bathroom. Solid shower, washer and dryer were great. Check in and communication was easy. We have 2 little girls and the space was just what we needed. They even had a good high chair ready for us to use. The building itself has a converted warehouse feel, like a half-hotel half-apartment complex. There is a front desk, but usually just one person there, and during the day only. But we rarely needed anything from them, and the SoSuite people in the app were always quick to respond and help. Would recommend!

Great place to stay for concerts at Union Transfer. Place was spacious and as described. Only drawback was that it was quite loud late at night, couldn’t tell if it was coming from inside the building or on the street.

The cleanliness, I don't believe, was any fault to the cleaners. The place was as clean as they could possibly make it. However, the bedding, the pillows, and the couch were all stained from yeeears of use. The doors and walls had stains and questionable marks on them, the headboard was gross. Thankfully there was a washer and dryer, so we could rewash all the bedding and put it over the couch to sit on. For the price, I don't think it matched the level of cleanliness there should have been. It smelled weird, the entire building, and only one person working was ever friendly and talkative.

I loved staying here! Simon was very helpful in the instructions provided before and during the stay for check in and navigation. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. The windows are bright in the morning so maybe be aware the light can wake you up if you aren't planning on it. Overall I loved this stay!

The apartment was comfortable, well-maintained, and overall a very pleasant place to stay. The location and check-in process were also convenient, which made the experience even better.

Apartment was stylish and spacious, and the kitchen was nicely stocked with the basics. The coffee, tea, bottled water, and snacks were a nice touch! Comfy pillows and firm beds. Excellent location for shows at Union Transfer! I had a smooth experience and would definitely stay again.

I don’t know how many times I stayed here. I love it here. Simon is a really really good host always answer your questions or anything that you need always helpful I can’t praise him enough

This place was an amazing stay, instructions on check in and check out were super clear making things efficient. Only complaint is that host was not available for a phone call for something that needed to be resolve instantly which involved parking; their only unclear instruction. Nonetheless, I really enjoyed my stay here!

The space was great. Clean and looked just like the pictures. It was easy to find and convenient parking for $25. Would definitely stay again.

Nice space, not definitely would not stay again. The room was facing east and the shades don't block the sun. The windows were drafty and it was impossible to find a comfortable temperature. Whenever the heater kicked in, there was a loud BANG that could wake the dead. The keypads on the neighboring doors are very loud and you will be woken whenever anyone on your floor decides to enter their room. There is a large unclosable window above each bedroom door so you will hear every sound coming from the other bedroom. In summary, it was a nice space but I would NEVER recommend it if you value sleep or comfort.

The place was clean, we felt safe, and uber is convenient. Also we were able to have groceries delivered which was nice.

Fantastic stay. Location was perfect for us (weren’t looking to stay in old city, but easily walkable if you don’t mind putting in 15 minutes of steps before the hours you’ll spend walking around the historic sites), and plenty of great food and activity options around. Would absolutely stay here again. The apartment was just as described. And while this is definitely personal opinion, I gotta say the beds were fantastic. Simple, firm with just enough soft, and easily the best sleep me and my partner have had in an Airbnb/hotel in ages (we’re not big fans of the typical fluffy beds out there). Thanks for hosting!

Simon is a great Host. Very responsive and helpful, any question I asked he replied quickly and his instructions are very clear to understand. If I ever need a quick place to stay again I would definitely book again.

Great stay. Ideal location. HVAC is kinda loud. Positive: The loft was clean and stylish and way more spacious than I expected for the price. We even had in-unit laundry. Location is what I appreciate most about this place. It’s the closest stay to Union Transfer, so a perfect place when coming into town for a concert. In my experience, the short walk between Union Transfer and the Lofts was safe at night. Negative: The air conditioning was turning on and off throughout the night to regulate temperature, but every time it turned on it made a loud banging noise that woke me up every time.

Love staying at Simon’s properties. The spaces are always as described with plenty of space. The parking lot is convenient and the location is perfect. Another 5 star stay from me!

Clean unit...flexible checkin... problem free checkin...i did have trouble with the units touchpad/keypad...the "wave " to wake the pad up, wasnt working..i ended up just hitting button..other than that all was fine

Stayed here for a short trip in Philadelphia. Amazing location, great space, worth every penny! High windows, great views, lots of amenities. i will definitely be staying here again when I'm in Philly.

Building staff was helpful and friendly. Apartment was clean, and had all of the listed amenities. Could’ve had a few more towels and blankets, but staff took care of it for us. I would book here again!

Sehr tolle Unterkunft in Philadelphia, alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Positive: Die Unterkunft Sosuites at Independence Loft war wirklich toll. Sehr groß, die Küche ausreichend ausgestattet, Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden. 2 Schlafzimmer mit Queensizebetten. Leider waren wir nur 2 Nächte in Philadelphia. Parkmöglichkeit (25 Dollar pro Tag) direkt bei der Unterkunft. Negative: Die Gegend um Sosuites war nicht sehr einladend, im Dunkeln möchte ich nicht mehr zu Fuß unterwegs sein, wir haben Uber genutzt.

Alles war genau So wie beschrieben. Eine super Unterkunft, viel Platz, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Gute Lage, um zu Fuß, mit Fahrrad oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln alles zu erreichen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden!

Great apartment, lots of space, good location to get to what we wanted

Mostly good, the place is very nice and had gorgeous views. However, we had wifi issues the first 2 days, the coffee machine was broken, the floors seemed dirty, and parking was expensive. The host responded quickly to our issues.

Positive: I liked the location and how the rooms were decorated. I also like the property's amenities, such as the washer and dryer unit, plates, cups, and silverware. Negative: The $250 security deposit “hold.” I only stayed for two nights and had to pay the deposit twice. I got only 1 out of the 2 $250 hold charges returned. It was unexpected, and I wish they had devised a better system to process the security deposit just once.

I would recommend booking with SoSuite again because of how easy it was and how great the stay was! Positive: I thought it was very trendy! Negative: I pretty much liked everything!

Simon’s place could not have been any better for our stay in Philadelphia. Really spacious and comfortable and exactly as shown on photos. Location was excellent, with tons of the city’s main attractions and neighbourhoods within walking distance or a short taxi journey. Simon is a really responsive and helpful host who made us feel right at home for the week. Would absolutely stay here again the next time I visit Philadelphia.

Second time staying here. Everything was as great as expected! Loved the comfortable space, the access to parking, and pet friendliness. Will definitely come back next time I’m staying in Philly.

Everything was great and as advertised!

Loved the parking spot! Check in and out were easy (once I remembered to register). Apartment was as described - could have been cleaner - there were a handful of bugs. Only three forks and two glasses. A sosuite employee walked in without knocking after we checked in to retrieve an air purifier machine. Scared my kids!

Sosuite worked out well for our 1-night stay. We had tickets to a show at the Met Phildelphia and we were able to walk there and back easily. Plus, our dog could stay with us, which we were very happy about.

Excellent spot close to everything

A great location with plenty to do. Fantastic building with a top-notch bar and restaurant for late nights. Ample gated parking in the building, which is a massive plus in Philly. Quiet, clean room with excellent appliances and stylish decor. Easy to reach host. We will be back again and again.

Had a wonderful stay in such a cute space! beautiful views and windows. it's was super clean and bright. They dropped off a cute little bag for my dog with some treats. He was pleased! Not a far walk from the Convention Center and a bunch of cool places to check out. Simon was super responsive and helpful! definitely recommend.

The apartment was very cool! Everything was spotless and very homey. The apartment itself was in a really good location with some really cool bars and restaurants within walking distance. We stayed for the army navy game so the stadium was a $20 dollar Uber and only a 15 min ride! Simon was fast with responding and handled the one issue we had with parking! Definitely would recommend this place to others and might even do another weekend stay myself in the near future!

We stayed for one night and loved it! Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. When we got there the combination lock to the property didn’t work but we called the number that Simon provided and it was immediately updated and fixed. Inside, the property was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The beds were very comfortable.

Had some issues at check-in but otherwise was a great stay.

This unit has beautiful views, was well decorated, has thick walls so you can't hear anybody else, had a restaurant downstairs, and was close to everything. We'd love to come back and stay again!

The overall experience was great! Guillermo helped from day one when we arrived, very helpful in guiding us and instruct Positive: it was very spacious and comfortable Negative: Very little security and never had access to WiFi.

Stayed 3 nights, it's a fun, interesting space. Definitely very minimalist but has everything you need. The washer and dryer in unit is a nice bonus. The living area and kitchen wasn't as clean as they could've been - we had to wipe down the counters when we got there and request someone come and vacuum the rugs since that clearly hadn't been done. Simon did respond immediately though and sent someone out the next day. A few things to note: The bathroom almost always smelled like weed, the hallways did frequently as well, and the lobby smells seriously terrible. It didn't necessarily affect our stay, but just a heads-up for anyone sensitive to smells. Also it's not in the best area, though having lived in Philly before we knew that when booking. Parking may be challenging, but we got a spot out front and left our car there the whole time without any issues. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed 9 nights & found the apartment well designed, clean, and furnished & equipped with everything needed for a home away from home. I am a big fan of loft style apartments & this was one of the best. Also liked the secure keyless entry system. The communication was excellent & front desk staff very helpful. Also nice to have secure parking if needed. Thank you Simon!

Loved our stay as the apartment was really spacious with a cool loft feel. Easy check-in. My son enjoyed looking out the huge windows into the city. The beds were comfy and the place was clean. Private paid parking for convenience or park on the street. Location was very good as all the cool Philly places are nearby. Dishwasher/ Washer/Dryer worked well but bring your own laundry soap, paper towels, coffee, etc. as not provided. Overall great value and I’ll definitely stay as again.

We had a wonderful trip! The accommodations were exactly as pictured-clean, great location with a responsive host. If you are diligent and don't mind circling the block a few times, you can definitely snag street parking but if you don't care for the hassle then purchase your parking pass prior to arriving. You're literally a few minutes away from extremely yummy restaurants and a short drive to the downtown area. We would highly recommend and will be back soon! Thanks Simon! :)
