Gorgeous apartment! Beautifully renovated, clean and quiet. Perfect for our weekend in Philadelphia. We would love to stay here again!

Probably the worst Airbnb I’ve ever booked. FYI having to pay such a high security deposit and not having a fresh roll of toilet paper and no replacement, and not stocked with basic things

I enjoyed my stay a lot! There is on-site parking, plenty of good food places nearby, and the Airbnb is very aesthetically pleasing as well. 10/10! They also respond pretty quickly as well!

Nice to have parking option at a low cost. Elevators are very slow, but it's an easy walk to the third floor. Very easy stay with comfortable beds and big living space. We walked everywhere in minutes!

This place was spacious and just as advertised. Had just about everything we needed.

Place was a bit dusty, and a few small things were out of place like the bathroom was out of shower gel

Unfortunately the space had not been cleaned when I arrived and they did not have an option for one that I could move to and I had to elect to stay in a dirty suite but had it been cleaned it would have been perfect (thankfully I was one person and only 1 bedroom was dirty

Nice place and clean but it had unexpected fees for parking and for their damage waiver I didn’t anticipate. Had I been notified in advance, I would have chosen differently, as the fees made it more expensive than my other options.

I would say if you’re staying here , don’t think twice just don’t do it simple. The place has blood stains and sticky floors. The staff was visibly high when we had to wait an hour for them to come to the front desk. This was a location from hell. Don’t waste your money here.

My stay was absolutely amazing! The Airbnb was beautifully decorated, very spacious, and extremely clean. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and right at home. Everything was well put together and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable place to stay.

It was a nice stay , just a little cold

this is the second long term stay where we’ve used sosuite. its great to be in an apartment with all the amenities and the hosts were so helpful and extremely fast to respond. feels like home and we’ll definitely use again, especially because it’s cat friendly! I will note that this year there was noticeable fixes that needed to be made that seem to be overlooked. lots of marks in the bathroom, floors were dirty, and some broken items. it would also be great to have more kitchen essentials but nonetheless we had a great stay!

I paid for early check but didn't get into town until later and I was charged for it. I asked for late check out because i felt like it wasn't right to be charged for something and i didn't check in until 4pm

I would say the stay overall was only okay. The toilet brush holder was broken and falling off the wall; you could tell they tried to repair it multiple times. The shower curtain was covered in mildew/mold, the bottom was disgusting. When we went to bed at night we had to wash our feet before getting in because the floor was so dirty. Would I live here? Yes! The apartment is great. Does it need some serious tlc? Yes. The walls are all marked up, the surroundings and dirty and everything is stained. The beds however, were very clean and had clean sheets.

I recently stayed here for two months while my son was recovering from surgery, and I can’t thank the staff enough for all their kindness and support during this difficult time. From day one, they made sure I was comfortable and went above and beyond to help me, especially with the handicap entrance and any questions I had. I’d like to especially highlight Tammy and Nicole. They were always welcoming, supportive, and truly made me feel cared for. Their thoughtfulness and warmth made such a difference. The staff even surprised my son with a beautiful gift and a card wishing him well in his recovery — a gesture that touched our hearts deeply. This wasn’t just a stay; it felt like being part of a community that genuinely cared. I highly recommend this Airbnb not only for the accommodations but for the incredible people behind it.

Great stay, the place was very spacious as they were converted lofts. Also, it was a unique space and the unit was well appointed with a fully and generously stocked kitchen. The building had a great in-house restaurant and bar as well. We’ll definitely be back.

Such a great place to stay in center city and we hope to stay there again when we return! Simon is incredibly responsive, front desk staff is very helpful and kind, and the whole building is very clean and comfortable. It’s located in a very walkable area and we loved that there is a bar and restaurant on the first floor. A very convenient, cozy, and well cared for place to live for a couple weeks. The pet fee was requested after booking through a separate platform. I’m not sure if this was normal or not due to this being my first time booking with a pet however it seemed odd to pay outside of Airbnb. The living room rug that is pictured was not there upon arrival, which I was looking forward to having as a non-slip area for my dog. Otherwise, I was pretty satisfied with my stay.

Close to Redding station & China town

This AirBnB had a roaches which was quite disgusting. We cancelled our stay and moved somewhere else. I will give credit where it is due though, and say that the on site SoSuite staff were incredible and the company was very responsive in communicating to rectify the situation. That was appreciated.

The place was very nice, commute wasn’t bad, check in was extremely easy, the place looks just as described is very spacious. Unfortunately there were bugs throughout the place. Not one, not two, but a few which made my stay a bit uncomfortable.

The unit is nicely laid out but was unfortunately infested with roaches. Picture’s were provided to the owner to show the critters in the bathroom and kitchen. Simon quickly responded and offered to move my family and I to another unit, but we decided to end our stay early due to the unforeseen conditions. For the future, I recommend using home defense or some form of pest control spray to mitigate this issue. I hope this review provides some insight and the recommendations are taken seriously.

Perfect for what we needed with parking on site at a reasonable rate. Pet fee is extra. Floors were a bit dirty so our baby got quite grubby crawling around, but overall was a good place to stay with good breweries very close and easy walk into city centre

Simon's space was clean, quiet, and very conveniently located for a show at the Met Philly. Check in and out was easy, and the apartment was very spacious.

Not a great place to stay, not clean and smelt of weed! Positive: The price Negative: The cleanliness of the property. The location was a bit worrying. Also the bathroom stank of weed which was coming the extract.

Super schönes Loft, genau wie auf den Bildern, sicheres Haus, leider etwas hellhörig aber gut auszuhalten da es generell sehr ruhig war im Haus. Alles hat funktioniert, es liegt zentral man kann quasi alles zu Fuß erreichen. Zimmer und Betten waren schön und bequem, alles sauber. Super schöner Aufenthalt!

I was visiting family very close by and this was my first time with Sosuite. The location was right down the street from my family but is also very close to downtown and public transit. We have stayed in other locations on Broad Street but there was always too much traffic noise. This location was quiet with almost no traffic in front of the building. Lots of good food close by. Would recommend and we will stay there again in the future.

Truly enjoyed my stay here over the weekend. Place was very clean and just as shown in the pictures. The only downside was parking and I’d highly recommend paying the extra fee to have parking at a discounted price as it was well worth it. Simon was very good with communicating and answering all our questions. Definitely would recommend and I’ll absolutely stay again in the future.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this apartment. The industrial loft style design, with its high ceilings and big steel casement windows, created a charming and inviting atmosphere. The cleanliness and the spacious bedrooms ensured a comfortable sleep. The availability of parking in the building was a great convenience, and the easy check-in process made settling in a breeze.

도착하자마자 문제가 조금 있었지만 빠르게 처리가 되어서 좋았습니다. 세탁기와 건조기 덕분에 빨래도 할 수 있어서 편리했어요. 세탁세제까지 준비되어 있어서 아주 좋았어요. 침대도 아주 편했어요. 장기여행 중 하루 푹 쉬고 다시 시작한 기분이에요!

Nice and what I expected for the price and location, but not very clean. Positive: Unit was large. Negative: Overall cleanliness is building is low. Unit was relatively dirty, especially the floor.

We had trouble with the directions when trying to access the unit. At first the host did not answer our phone call and took a little time to respond to txt. However they did ring us back and got check in sorted. Once this was done the stay was easy and comfortable. Bed was comfy and the whole unit was very spacious.

Overall a good experience. Sosuite has a number of Airbnb units in the same warehouse/loft building. They have an organized process/app. Did not run into any issues with our space. There was plenty of room for my dog to walk around at Airbnb. The photos did not do justice to the amount space in unit. The bedroom/apartment walls are thin and sound carries between rooms but truly did not have any issues with noisy neighbors. Both bedrooms did have a cavity above the doorway. Not sure why this is the case but personally did not have a problem with it. Surrounding neighborhood is industrial and a little desolate but was able to take my dog on easy walks. Would consider booking again for the price and accessibility.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and spacious apartment. Easy check in and awesome city recommendations from the host. Wished we could have stayed longer!

Simon was a great host and this apartment was perfect for my quick overnight trip with my husband and pup. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had enough space to play with the pup. will definitely consider this again in the future!

Great experience which assisted in a such an easy relaxing stay! I will be returning! Highly recommend this loft to anyone!!! The location is perfect to drive and park to many amazing site seeing attractions (Rocky statue, Art Museum, food, so much more).

This place was so awesome to stay in! Everything matched what we expected and Simon was so great to communicate with before our stay! The receptionist at check in was awesome as well, and helped us get to the parking with clear instructions. It was a really wonderful stay!

Great suite at a really affordable price for last minute!

We had some trouble with the key code getting in and the phone number they give you to call was unresponsive, as was the host. We were told nobody was in customer service until 6 (check in was at 4). Luckily we were able to find somebody at the property to help us get in after about 45 minutes, though nobody at the front desk knew what to do. We were in a bit of a rush as we had an event to go to so it was a little stressful. Overall, besides that, the stay was fine.

This was a wonderful stay! Simon had very fast and helpful responses! I’m very happy about everything. I’d recommend this stay to anyone!

Beautiful loft apartment.

Great spot in such a great location! Simon's team was extremely responsive and helpful, and getting in and out was a breeze. There's less check-in/check-out flexibility than in some places, but they're willing to work with you or help you get your plans set.

Perfect spot for a trip to see a show at the Met-- the venue's a 20 minute or so walk, but parking, building security, etc. all worked perfectly. We had a good time at the bar downstairs and would definitely look here again for a similar trip to Philly.
