Simon was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay and worked with us to get the best place for our family.

Overall nice but the wifi has to be fixed. Positive: Ideally located in the old city part of Philadelphia. Spacious. Clean. Negative: The Wifi did not work well at all. As the only windows are in the bedroom at the back, there is no natural light, which makes the apartment feel dim and a bit depressing.

The space was very spacious and comfortable! Great neighborhood with lots of cafes., restaurants and shops. It was the perfect place to stay for one night while visiting Philly. Only downside is there are only three windows in the entire place, all of which are in the back of the unit. The first bedroom does not have any windows which is a bit strange and doesn’t feel up to code. The living room has one window but does not allow for much light to come through as it looks into a stairwell. The back bedroom has two windows which allow for plenty of light. All of this to say the unit can feel very dark and stuffy as there is not a lot of natural ventilation. However, they remedy this with plenty of overhead lighting and lamps.

Positive: After several phone calls, the property finally changed our unit. Although the new unit was not shown in any of the photos on the website, it at least had windows, which was an improvement from the basement unit we were first given. Negative: The photos on the website were misleading and did not show the actual unit we received. I reserved this property for my mom’s birthday after seeing pictures of a bright unit with large windows. However, upon arrival and check-in, we were given a completely different unit located in the basement, which had no windows at all. It was extremely disappointing and unsuitable for a family stay. This basement unit should not be listed as a two-bedroom accommodation since neither of the rooms had egress windows, raising safety concerns. When I contacted the property owner, they refused to assist and told me to reach out to Booking.com. Booking.com, in turn, directed me back to the property. The lack of accountability between both parties made the entire experience even more frustrating, especially with three young children involved.

Fantastic location, comfortable beds, & responsive hosts - but a dirty rug, and walls need new paint Positive: The location was fantastic, the beds were comfortable, and the check-in/check-out process was easy and smooth. Also, when we reported an issue of cleanliness (a dirty/dusty rug), the host in charge was very polite and responsive. Negative: The cleanliness and state of the apartment/hotel was not the best... Most things were clean, but the living room carpet had dust balls and hair all over it. We ended up asking them if they could have someone come back to vacuum because our young children play on the floor there with their toys. The other slight disappointment was that the walls were covered with scuff marks and smudges. The place really needs a fresh coat of paint throughout, because it felt sort of dingy.

Gerne wieder. Klasse. Positive: Lage, Größe, Ausstattung! Negative: Im 2. Schlafzimmer kein Fenster, keine Pfanne und kein Toaster.

So close to perfect! Clean and comfortable. Please improve WiFi! Positive: Location was excellent. Close to attractions but also quiet. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. Negative: WiFi was… really bad. Did not support TV, internet browsing, etc.

Negative: El aparartamento es oscuro, debería haber screens en las ventanas, no sólo blackout. Debe haber una clave wifi expuesta en la cocina o sala. Uno llega al apartamento sin wifi y recién se da cuenta que la clave está en la plataforma de Sosuite y tiene que esperar ir a un lugar con wifi para obtener la clave. No había sartenes en la cocina, las pedí por correo pero nadie me contestó.

The unit was great!! Extremely clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend and stay there in the future. The only criticism would be the parking. It is manageable but be aware.

The apartment is very conveniently located - about 5 to 10 min walk to independence hall. The decor is very nice too (especially the bedroom). It’s on the ground floor of a townhouse so limited natural lights. Parking is tricky too the townhouse was located at a narrow one way street.

Positive: Awesome location! The beds were amazing! Negative: There are no tvs in the bedrooms.

Wonderful location and very clean Positive: Very clean and well organized. Negative: Nothing to dislike. Only complaint was neighbor directly above first bedroom playing loud techno music at 1:30-2:15 AM.

So suite at the Loxley was a wonderful place to stay. The location was perfect- right in the heart of the old city with Positive: Excellent location, spacious, clean, well accommodated Negative: Nothing!

The location was perfect. We didn’t need a car. We walked everywhere. There’s a code to get into the building as well as the apartment. We had a little trouble dropping off our luggage early, but the host was super helpful. There were some laundry soap pods so we went home with clean clothes. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Dans le centre historique, un loft (bien) aménagé Positive: Nous avions un joli loft complet avec deux chambres, une cuisine et une salle de bain équipées. Il y a une machine à laver et sèche-linge (et de la lessive). La cuisine est pratique, bien équipée et nous avions également du café, du thé à disposition. Le loft est en plein centre de la ville historique ce qui est pratique pour visiter à pied et pour trouver des commerces et restaurants à proximité. La communication avec SoSuite est facile via Internet. Negative: La présence d'un grand tapis épais dans le salon est source de poussière et de nombreuses peluches dans tout le loft ; cela ne fait pas propre et, dans le cas d'allergie aux poussières et acariens c'est dangereux. Le loft avait été réservé pour 4 adultes et un enfant : à notre arrivée le canapé lit n'est pas préparé, il n'y a aucun linge supplémentaire ou drap. Nous nous sommes débrouillés avec ce qui était mis à disposition pour pallier ce manque d'anticipation.

Impecable Positive: Bellísimo departamento para 4, nuevo, muy limpio e impecable. Muy bien ubicado. Tal se ve en las fotos(departamento) o mejor. El anfitrión respondió al instante nuestras consultas. Súper recomendable. Negative: Referido al departamento si bien tiene ventanas pequeñas y una habitación es sin ventana, lo bello y cómodo del departamento suple tal situación. Se está muy bien en él.

The space was as described. Very spacious and clean. The sink was not working when we checked in but when we let the host know, they scheduled a plumber to come out and gave us regular updates. They even checked with us to confirm entry into the unit. The space was great. Be prepared to pay for parking or use local parking. There are several restaurants and stores within walking distance. My family and I were in the process of relocating so we had our 2 vehicles and had to use street parking until we started using one of the parking facilities. Got 2 tickets so follow parking rules. We aren't from Philadelphia and the street parking was a bit confusing.

Had a good time staying here. Owner was responsive to all questions. all rooms were neat and tidy and as described. We enjoyed our stay here. Will definitely come back if I am here in Philly.
