Good stay as always

I’ve stayed here once before and had a pleasant experience but this time the apartment was dirty, the balcony was full of bird poop which attracted a lot of flies and the first night there, a woman who was half naked snuck into the lobby and pointed a shank at the receptionist. Other than that, the host communicated well and the view from the room was nice. But I most likely will never return here again.

Will definitely be staying here again! No complaints.

Simon’s @ Sosuite was a perfect location. Lots to do and very easy to get around the city.

Honestly I had a funny and weird experience here. On arrival the actual code for the building I didn’t even get to put in because everything was down so me and another person ig that belonged to the building were escorted through a separate door. As I’m checking in idk if they kicked some lady out but we’ve got the manager lady blocking the door with the broom and her kids watching, the lady peed on the floor and it was fishy fr. The ppl calling the cops cause the lady was literally stripping naked lol like what did I walk into. Then the Asian guy at the front desk was trying to turn away our pizza and when we were trying to get drinks he couldn’t help us with the ai vending machine. When it was really just like a hotel fridge where they price everything you grab yk. Idk then the whole place seemed like a big price grab like you paid on air bnb then have to pay for parking, then the optional 250 refundable fee or 50 non refundable damage. Then it wasn’t many towels🫠 hair in bed &shower

Water pressure could’ve been better but overall great stay and no issues. Parking street side wasn’t too bad

I absolutely loved my stay! The sosuite was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect and made it so easy to enjoy the city. I especially loved the urban feel—it truly captures the experience of staying in the heart of the city without losing its character. The only thing I would suggest adding is a full-length mirror, which would be really helpful for getting ready and checking your outfit. Other than that, everything was wonderful! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Their online process is a scam. Be careful they don’t make you confirm twice - that means you are paying twice. And they will not refund your money. Weird location.

The listing was just as pictured. Very clean and cute space. Easily checked in through the front desk attendant. The building was quiet and I would recommend it to others/stay again.

Per usual with booking with Simon everything about the stay was great from the beds to the bathrooms to the kitchen would definitely come back a third time

Le logement est conforme aux photos, confortable, bien équipé et nous avons particulièrement apprécié la quantité de café mise à disposition. Le parking est également très spacieux et pratique. En revanche, la gestion du séjour nous a déçus. Nous avons reçu un message nous signalant un problème de bruit alors que nous n’avions rien fait d’anormal. Même s’il s’agissait visiblement d’une fausse alerte, cela donne une impression de surveillance peu agréable en vacances. Nous avons aussi reçu des messages contradictoires concernant la vérification de notre réservation, ce qui a créé un stress inutile. Enfin, le portail du parking est resté ouvert pendant tout le séjour, ce qui soulève des questions sur la sécurité. Dommage, car le logement est vraiment de qualité.

Au premier abord, l’emplacement ne semble pas très sécuritaire. En revanche, l’immeuble et l’appartement eux-mêmes sont très sécuritaires. Concernant le logement, augmenter la pression des douches serait un véritable plus. Il serait également souhaitable de faire vérifier le système électrique, car les disjoncteurs sautent constamment dès que deux prises sont utilisées en même temps ou que les lumières du salon sont allumées, ce qui est très désagréable. Enfin, il est important de prendre en compte le coût du stationnement, ainsi que le dépôt de garantie qui doit être versé.

The apartment was massive and had everything we needed. Was as described and felt very new (either that or the cleaners are amazing). The location was a little dicey at night but nothing too bad.

Second time staying at this location and will not be the last. Plenty of things to do nearby and the city is super accessible. The place was clean, pleasing to look at and be in, spacious, great overall.

Look like the last person stay had a leftover trash in the fridge, the bed was wet from the AC, and the other room had a dead fly on the wall but besides all of that, it was a good stay

This place is not what is described. The building is an older warehouse type building that has been converted. There are lots of apartments in the building and a bunch of the floors seem to be Airbnb’s. The building feels like an old tenement building that has been polished up. The parking costs $50 a night, which is ridiculous… It was not clearly stated in the app. You can smell weed throughout the building.. I would not recommend for anyone to stay here for the price they were charging. The apartment is much smaller than it looks. The sun will wake you up every morning due to the blackout curtains not really working. The toilets are not installed properly, and the one off the living room shakes if you touch it. The washer and dryer are very dirty and look like they need to be replaced. You will hear all the kids in the whole building playing outside from the window, like they are inside the apartment.. It’s just not a good place, and I cannot recommend it to anyone

The flat is huge, quite and looks like in the photos. The neighborhood is not the nicest place but also not dangerous. Unfortunately we have problem with cleaning. Otherwise the host is responsive and helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The place was comfortable,and exactly what I needed for my day trip. The host was helpful and easy to communicate with. Everything was well put together, and I felt comfortable during my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice and relaxing stay.

We had a great stay! The Airbnb was very clean, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our trip. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and hassle-free. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, including water bottles waiting for us and plenty of towels provided. Any questions we had were answered promptly. Overall, everything went smoothly, and we would definitely stay here again if we’re back in Philadelphia.

Great place to stay! Very very close to Union transfer. 2 min walk. Place was exactly like the pictures.

Easy to find and convenient. I appreciated the guest parking and the staff was friendly throughout our stay. Overall, I would say we were fine with our stay.

We stayed here as we had a conference at the Convention centre. Compared to the local hotels, this was fantastic value for 2 work colleagues traveling together. Easy walkable distance to the Convention centre, good coffee close by!

We had a great time. The furniture was a little different than what we saw in the photos so the couch we had wasn’t as comfortable but other than that the amenities were great. Location was easy to get in and out of, the onsite parking is worth it! Property is maintained well and clean. The property staff are great! Definitely will stay there when back in Philly.

I had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and made check-in and check-out super easy.

Easy check in and close to good bars, restaurants, and venues (check out Doom for a great bar). Our room was next to the garbage room so there was definitely an odor outside the room which was noticeable inside sometimes, but not a huge deal. They make you check in using their own app and try to upsell insurance and other things like early check-in which I don’t love but that’s what AirBNB has turned into I guess when larger companies buy all the properties. Overall a no-frills stay that’s convenient when you need to be close to that neighborhood, but not exactly sure it’s worth the price compared to a hotel.

Place was very small compared to the picture was not very clean building or the furniture refrigerator washer and dryer dirty on the outside odor on the inside needed extra tiles. Communication wasn’t very good for the price.

Great stay as always. It’s why we keep coming back to this location. The parking is convenient and accommodating our dog is a plus. He’s part of the family and goes everywhere with us. Apartments are always just what we need.

Great little get away in Philadelphia. Place was as listed and easy to check in. Simon always responded within 10 mins or less!

Overall had a good stay, the place looks like the pictures and its convienent to get anywhere in the city. the building is quiet and everyone was kind. I think the cleaners did a lazy job but I don't fault Simon for it at all. I would definitely book again!

Check-in and enabling parking pass for the parking lot was very smooth. The place looked like the pictures and was clean upon arrival, however, there were inconsistencies in design finishes and overall functionality. The main bathroom shower would only run cold water making it very uncomfortable, and the grout around the toilet was not finished making it very wobbly. Overall the location makes it easy to get around center city and is somewhat safe, but not aesthetically pleasing nor close to main attractions like nice restaurants, bars, lounges, and attractions.

Overall me and my friend were pleased with the space. Check-in was fast/ easy and the place included all the amenities. You could tell it was freshly cleaned upon walk-in.

The overall place was nice. The parking lot is very tight. The rooms were decent but the bathroom washer and dryer did look too clean, had a dirty towel with hair on it, on top of the washer and dryer. I could not find the remote for the TV.

Perfect quick last minute find. We were just in the city for the night before we took off in the morning for out east. Quick Uber ride to “Little Nonna’s” highly recommend!!

I had an amazing stay at Simon’s listing. Check in was very easy, instructions were clear. Simon was very active with responding back in a timely manner. The pictures of the listing looked exactly the same. The environment was very peaceful. I would definitely recommend everyone experience a stay here. I stayed for one night and the price wasn’t bad at all, very affordable. If I had to point out one thing, it would be the parking. There isn’t a lot of parking in that area, so you may have to search through different blocks to find a good parking spot.
