An amazing stay in an amazing area. Would go again, 5 stars.

Very well located, place looked just like in the photos, very good communication with host. The area is nice for walking and lots of restaurants nearby. I recommend this place for an enjoyable visit to Philadelphia and would surely come back.

This apartment is beautiful! It felt more spacious than it looked in the photos. We appreciated the large refrigerator and washer and dryer.

Really cool place, close to the museums and stadiums. Highly recommend.

Great space, excellent location. Lots of nearby restaurants and a great wine store on the next block - great option for the byob restaurants.

Not pleased with this stay. booking was through an outside party/ not AirBNB which means you have additional waivers and responsibilities The place was not ready and spent an hour texting back and forth about us being able to just drop off bags. Curtains were broken (They fixed them a bit) Only 3 dining room chairs and you had to sit sideways because they were too tall for the the table. fridge shelves weren't clean The featured full length window/door didn't lock all the way The rug was dirty (should be removed) and the open shelving meant the dishes were dirty and dusty. Shower had pink mold and we were given the bare minimum for towels (had to request for more) dishwasher was dirty inside and broken so we weren't able to use it during our trip wifi didn't work Hot water lasted for approx 2, 5min showers It was a great location and felt safe, but tired of paying the price of an elevated experience only to receive Holiday Inn amenities.

Had a great weekend stay this location that’s well located in Philly. Check in was easy and the space was perfect for the weekend trip.

We really enjoyed the Old City neighborhood. The apartment was exactly as pictured. The location was perfect for walking to the many tourist attractions nearby and accessible to the interstate, which we needed during our time in Philly. Only 20 min from the airport made it easy on the day of checkout. We were pleasantly surprised to find on street parking for both nights which was a nice surprise. Thanks for providing all of the amenities, even a few laundry pods. :)

Loved the Juliet balcony! Opening the huge windows and hearing the city was fantastic! Can walk all around and see and do lots.

Sosuite at the lovely in Old City PA was overall a great stay! Wonderful suite, with floor to ceiling windows, wonderful decorum inside the unit, great use of space. More than comfortable for 2 - 4 people. Parking around the area in the day time is metered. However there are lots. The unit itself was clean and had all amenities listed. My check in was late, but check in was smooth and easy. The hot water ran out quickly, not sure if other tenants in the building were using the shower at the same time, however even the next day, the hot water ran out quickly, and it's the winter so that is not fun. The heat works, however the unit is pretty spacious, lofty almost and so it takes a while to heat. \nThey had a kettle for tea, tea and sugar. TV, living area, and bed were all very comfortable, I would definitely return to this suite during another Philly stay! Thanks SoSuite!

My daughters & I enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for the 3 of us and our mini poodle. We would stay here again. The Host was very accommodating when we were told we had to switch units because of a TV problem and had to check in after 4:00pm. The only complaint we have is that the TV did not work well in the new unit either. The Internet connection was very slow, so we could not watch movies and therefore turned it off.

We enjoyed our stay at the Loxley. We were disappointed that our specific room did not have an oven like was described in the listing (a challenge for a Thanksgiving stay). However, our hosts were very communicative and flexible and were very willing to work with us to find a solution. Overall we had a good stay, would just recommend verifying the specific amenities / layout.

Great location within walking distance to everything host is amazing the space was greatly utilized and private we felt right at home this is a must book if you visit Philly and secured parking is located just around the block

The overall stay was very pleasant . Beautiful home with new appliances . Was there for a short stay but in that time I still found it perfect ,would recommend to friends . I will say that parking is a chore but that's to be expected in a city that size

Pros: location, street view, light, aesthetic, peaceful, Good food nearby. Cons: no parking. we did street parking (blocks away), went out in the morning to renew & our rental was towed so obviously that was frustrating! Host could’ve gave us parking recommendations in advance. We later found parking garages, don’t know why host didn’t just recommend those to us directly. Wish we booked a hotel instead for that reason. No parking + getting towed REALLY affected our weekend. We also received several messages through out the weekend to not smoke in the apartment, we are not smokers so that repeated reminder started to feel excessive. I also was charged around $60 to check in 2 hours early which has never happened to me on airbnb. I also dislike when I’m directed to another app to get check in info when I booked through AIRBNB. Why am I being redirected to another platform, having to make a new account? All info and instructions should be accessible here in the Airbnb app WHERE I BOOKED.

This place is amazing, can’t say enough good things! We ended up booking this after we had an issue with our other Airbnb, and it was such an amazing way to turn around a vacation that got off to a rough start. Loved it here, so beautiful. Would love to go back some day.

Really gorgeous unit - just like the pictures. It was the perfect place to spend our anniversary. It was noisy, as you might expect in an apartment with a giant window that faces a main street in Old City. They offered ear plugs and since it was just us, we could sleep in the back bedroom too. That might be annoying, though, if you aren't prepared for it. It was easy to get in, and very clean. Very happy with our stay

This was a really great find for our quick trip to Philly. Dog friendly. Baby friendly. Elevator for the stroller. It was overall a great experience. Parking nearby at a hotel parking garage. It was just a lovely time! Thank you and we’ll be back. :)

Very appreciative for this opportunity to stay with sosuite, we’re pretty local and have been enjoying the area for years but never thought to stay the weekend, so happy we did, we’ll most definitely be back!

I rented this suite for a 2 night stay while I moved from Philly to New Jersey as we needed somewhere to crash in between. The host was super responsive and friendly right from the beginning. They allowed our two shibas to stay the night with small pet deposit. When we first entered the suite, I was shocked at how large and NICE it was! I knew it looked good in the pictures, but wow that giant window facing the street was amazing. Kitchen had everything we needed along with squeaky clean bathroom, washer /dryer, and comfy bed. The area is one of best in Philly… very safe , and if you’re in town visiting there are lots of good restaurants and shops. I wish I had more time to enjoy at this place and would 100% return again. The price was equal if not cheaper than staying at a hotel, and you get so much more here. Thanks again!

our stay here was great! The only issue we had was that the downstairs door stuck, but a maintenance guy happened to get there while we were struggling with it and fixed it immediately! Everything was as advertised and the location was fantastic!

This unit by SoSuite was perfect for our quick trip to visit family in Philly. Nestled in on a cute street in Old City, you’re surrounded by some amazing shopping, great coffee and interesting landmarks. Everyone on the SoSuite team was extremely helpful and their virtual concierge was easy to use and had a ton of great recommendations & info. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a central place to stay in Philly, and would definitely stay again myself! Thanks again.

Sosuite was SO SWEET! The location was excellent and apartment was so clean and I couldn’t get over how beautiful the windows were! I went there to study for an important test and was able to do so just fine with how peaceful the city was at night

Lovely place that was walkable to many different restaurants and cafes, sights, picturesque area. The building was beautiful with updated amenities and comfortable beds. Host was super responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

This apartment in the old city is absolutely gorgeous! we had great weather and loved opening the balcony windows to see the street below. There are plenty of places right downstairs to eat, but the apartment is also walkable to all other historical sights in Philly. The Betsy Ross house is right around the corner. The beds and linens were very comfortable as well! Overall - our favorite place we’ve stayed in Philly and we can’t wait to stay there again!

Our family of four and our pup had a quick overnight stay at Sosuite. Our room was meticulously clean and everything was brand new. The location was perfect, everything was walkable, many restaurants and dog parks nearby. We stayed on a Sunday afternoon and were able to find street parking right at the corner. Jean was super responsible, kind, and thoughtful. He was super fast in our request for an early check in. We asked for a high chair for our one year old twins and it was there upon arrival. Couldn’t ask for a better stay. We will for sure return for a future stay.

Great location and the beds were comfortable

The location way key for us. We were able walk or Uber everywhere we needed to go. The area is also very dog friendly, there are a lot of dogs walking their people around the neighborhood! There is a parking garage very close that worked out well. The high ceilings and the big windows make the place feel bigger than it is. Our daughter live a block away, so we will definitely return.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment style stay. Positive: Beautiful and practical design. Negative: “Balcony” as listed as an amenity was not a true balcony where you could sit or relax on. Also the street is incredibly noisy which should warrant a lower nightly rate. The second bedroom did not have a tv to watch.

Well-appointed new space - exactly like the pictures! Great, walkable area. Street parking mid week was absolutely fine. Front lock to the front door wasn’t working. Remote doorman wasn’t working. So, had to rely on other guests to let people in and out, including us. We literally couldn’t leave for a few hours because there was no way of knowing we’d get back in. Locksmith did arrive - but this meant there was no street facing lock for the duration of our stay. Also, sosuite required you to go to their third party site for access codes. Overall, not a seamless check-in experience. Challenging to fix the temperature in the apartment. There are no written documents to help you with matters like this, but Jean was extremely helpful and responsive. We would 100% stay again (especially now that we know how to navigate the space!)

Nice place to stay, very central. Felt bigger than the pictures. Huge windows and everything was very sleek. Pet fee was not included in the fee and they make you pay separately (which they do note in the description). Clearly run by a company. To check in, you had to register for a seperate customer portal off airbnb which felt excessive and like way to much work to just get the information that should be on airbnb. The cleaning crew stood outside our door starting at 10am waiting for us to leave, which felt awkward and rushed for a 11am checkout.

Really enjoyed our stay! Thoughtfully designed space, very well maintained and in a great location. Was very comfortable for our family of four for a few days. Host was super responsive and communication was easy. If we are back in Philly I would definitely book again!

This rental was a great weekend getaway for my senior dogs. From ample dog friendly spaces in the neighborhood, to an elevator for easy access to the rooms. The bathroom was big and spacious, the living room ceilings and windows were breathtaking. We were able to let our seniors explore Old City with treats from the local pet store and even felt safe enough to walk outside with them at 3 am. The neighborhood is filled with dog lovers, running enthusiasts, foodies, and even the occasional unhoused individual, but never once did we feel unsafe, ostracized, or feel like we stuck out. There is even a free admission museum across the street! My only downside was that we were not able to access the balcony windows. Also parking is abysmal. Friday, there was a ton of traffic including buses you wouldn’t think could fit on the street. We had to park in a garage for the night. After 4:30 on Saturday, street parking is free and was abundant. Sunday, all the parking was free but also gone.

The main room at the apartment is bright and airy. The location is perfect if you want to be in Old City. The kitchen is adequately set up for simple things but maybe not if you’re more ambitious. Then again, there are good restaurants and casual places nearby in almost any direction.

Clean and close to everything. Will definitely stay again.

Everything was like the picture, very clean place

This is a beautiful apartment with great light in the living room and nice design details. The rooms actually looked bigger in person than they did in the listing. I would caution light sleepers against using the bed in the living room because of street noise.

The place was clean & the location was good if you wanted to stay downtown. There is no parking at all. You will need to pay for street parking & that may be a mile walk. Also, it’s super noisy & you can hear every bit of the outside noise. We just so happened to be staying the nights when street construction was beginning. We didn’t stay for more than a few hours before booking a new airbnb. Will not be returning to this location but may try other SoSuites in different areas to compare.
