Great stay as always!

We had a great time and would definitely stay again next time we're in Philly! Parking was convenient, and the place had everything we needed.

Really great stay in Philadelphia.

It was fine- the apartment and staff were very nice, parking and entry were easy. Positive: We didn’t eat there but the location was nice, we walked down the street to come restaurants Negative: Honestly the little dog potty outdoor area just had an insane amount of roaches- seeing such an intense number of roaches near where we were sleeping was not a great feeling lol

Positive: Très joli loft, bien équipé et spacieux. Vue incroyable, même si elle n'était pas sur downtown. Les bouteilles d'eau et petit paquet de bretzels qui nous attendaient ont été bien appréciés Negative: Le deposit de 250 $

Positive: Nice view from apt. Negative: Floors not clean sticky some places my socks turned black and sticky. Took a long time to get hot water at sink an shower. 2 elevators only using one ? so slow.

hosts were very friendly and responsive. location was close to downtown and unit was cute although the only cons was that there was different textured hairs on the sheets and in one bathroom sink. there was a used, balled up paper towel on the dining room chair and the dining room chairs seemed to have like crumbs or something on them:/

The host was phenomenal with communication & the place was spacious with everything you could need. Positive: My friend & I had a concert at Union Transfer & I cannot stress enough that this is THE PLACE to stay if you also have a concert in Union Transfer. The walk to the concert venue was less than 3 minutes and as easy as it gets; it was the perfect place close to the venue. The Institute restaurant located within this property made it easy to grab a bite to eat before the show. Not to mention we were shocked at the size of our 1 bedroom space. We had a full kitchen and living room area, with two bathrooms. The place was way bigger than expected with huge windows where you can truly enjoy the city lights. Negative: I really have nothing bad to say at all, however it is worth noting this property is around 20 minutes outside Center City. As long as you don't mind ubering/taking public transit/driving into Center City or have no interest in being there at all, it's the perfect spot. Quiet neighborhood.

Great value for a stylish, comfortable space. Positive: Loved the space. So much room. Well-equipped and terrific value. Glad for on-site parking. Very close to The Met, where we saw a show. Negative: The neighborhood wasn't bad, but it wasn't great, either.

This is our second time staying in this space. We really enjoy it and appreciate the cute layout and comfortable accommodations.

Positive: Spacious apartment with all the amenities we needed for our stay. The staff were extremely communicative with instructions and information, and getting in and out of the building was a breeze. The unit we stayed also included a washer/dryer, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and desk that came with a monitor, perfectly setup for remote work. Negative: The water pressure from the shower head could have been stronger.

Think long and hard before booking. Location isn’t in great area if you are visiting the city or seeking to be in main parts such as center city or tourist sites. Restaurant choices are limited. Only one elevator works which is frustrating at times and the apt is right next to elevator so you can hear it run all the time. Kitchen supplies are very limited.

Never knew about this place makes me interested in renting here. Such a homey feeling. Positive: The location was actually nice and I felt comfortable to be able to be outside at night. Negative: I wish I could spend more time here. I’ll be back for sure.

The apartment was spacious with a great view of the city. Would highly recommend staying with SoSuite and Simon!

We had a little hiccup with the initial check in. There was no in unit washer/dryer as listed, which is a key factor for us when we book an Airbnb vs. hotel. I messaged Simon and he immediately relocated us to a unit with one. That prompt attention and resolution to the issue was much appreciated.

Cute unit, amazing view. Oven didn’t work, neighborhood is kind of sketch, power went out once, water went out twice, elevator went out multiple times and only one elevator works at a time. Staff there is very friendly when you see them on the property. The gym is decent and gets the job done. Parking SUCKS: it’s way too expensive for what you get. People take up two spaces which means there’s not enough space for everyone who has bought a pass. The spaces are small, you have to get out of your car to open the gate from the outside and inside, I got a parking violation even with my valid parking pass visibly on my windshield and with them having a record of my car and parking pass in the office.

It was very comfortable and easy to stay here. The one bedroom room is huge so that’s helpful. Everything is there that you need and I had a good time staying during my conference at Temple University.

Nicole at the front desk was awesome and always got us what we needed. There are great restaurants in the neighborhood. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had a great view.

Great stay with Sosuite. Beautifully decorated, spacious apartment with everything I needed. Being on the 8th floor was a bit tedious with one broken and one very slow elevator but other than that, great spot.

I have stayed at sosuite more than a handful of times and everytime it is a great experience. It looks like they just upgraded the furniture as well so it was even nicer than before. I really like the check in process is all on mobile so you can go right to your room without stopping at the front desk!

Great time in Philadelphia!

The apartment was clean, well equipped, and exactly as appears in pictures. My only note would be that the bedroom doesn't have any windows, so in winter it felt a bit airless, with a loud and constant hum of the heating. I'd also point out, in case you missed it in the description (as we did), that SoSuite require a deposit, which was a first for me at an AirBnB property.

The cons: Floor had dog hair, dust and a bottle cap. Obviously the floor was not vacuumed. The sound insulation is very poor and each time the elevator was used there was a noise made into the apartment. Wish they had bigger bowls for soups. The pros The windows have a very nice view. The host is very responsive. Easy access to major spots and supermarkets. Modern design. Standing desk is very nice.

The apartment was located in an awesome 100% rehabbed building right on the border of Chinatown, Callowhill & Spring Garden which felt really centrally located. It was easy to get an Uber and get on and off the express way. The keyless entry was fine. I got to the Apt a couple of hours early and just texted the host through the App and they sent me the link to get access. Super easy and the door man let me sit in the lobby for a while. Great place would rent again.

We had an overall great experience with this location. Simon and the team were very helpful, friendly, communicative, and responsive. We never had to wait for information, responses, or hassle with anything. It was a seamless experience, and the location was fantastic for walking to Chinatown and City Center, and was close by to other great neighborhoods. We will absolutely stay here again when we come back to Philly.

An absolute hidden gem. Close walk to the train, lots of restaurants and pubs in the area. Basic kitchen items, the provided soaps/shampoos allow you to be worry free! The building and suite are newly renovated so everything is absolutely perfect! The only “minor,” and I mean “minor” item would be the refundable $250 deposit on top of you already paying for your suite. While I understand the need, it could deter frequent ABnB users. We will definitely be back and enjoyed everything about this place!

Unfortunately this host does not embody the Philadelphia spirit of brotherly love. While the view was nice, the Airbnb was dirty upon checkin and the whole building reeks of skunked weed and tobacco (despite a non-smoking policy). The real issue involves changing reservation dates. I stayed here with my boyfriend while in between leases. I initially booked the Airbnb for June 1 to July 6. The next day, I submitted a request to adjust the reservation to a day earlier, May 31st. That request was accepted. Two days later, we found out from our landlord that we could move in on June 25th instead. My request to adjust my reservation check out was denied. Their policy online states that the first 30 days are nonrefundable. Okay, what about the remaining 6? No dice. Airbnb Support was no help at all. An utter scam. Do not stay here.

cozy and convenient location

I loved my short stay here. My pup also loved the doggie bags and treats and the staff showed us the run area 😀where he could do all the zoomies he wanted. The staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated the availability of parking (not the added fee lol), which panned out because parking in the neighborhood was tight with a bike rack on your car), although the layout of the underground parking was super tight as well and I scraped the bottom of my car every time I came in/out on the ramp. This place had a great view and not a lot of neighbor noise. I wish I could have stayed longer. Check in/check out was relatively easy and the host is super responsive and quick if you need anything....which I didn't because I'm a former local so I knew where to go for the good eating 😉.

It looked just as pictured. Stayed on the 8th floor, the view was beautiful at sunrise. Very walkable to a lot of different restaurants/bars if you’re into that. Simon was very responsive & helpful with anything I needed! There is a $250 deposit fee so be sure to keep in mind when booking. Very chill 10/10 recommend.

Simon was incredibly responsive and accommodating when it came to extending our stay from the original date. The apartment itself was clean and beautifully well kept. Amazing view of the city. Would definitely return!

I've stayed at a few of the SoSuite units in this building and they are all really nice. This one is particularly great because it has a electric standing desk, nice desk chair and a computer monitor which makes working remotely much more enjoyable. There is also a really nice view out of the giant windows. Comfy couch and bed, along with a well equipped kitchen. Great location with tons to walk to. I love hopping over to Chinatown for groceries. Tons of great parking in the building (though it would be nice if that was included in price) SoSuite have been incredibly responsive and helpful whenever I've needed anything.

The space looks exactly as advertised and is actually a bit bigger than expected. Bedroom had white noise so that was helpful for sleeping. Everything was very nice and actually better than I expected.

We loved staying here! Communication was quick and easy. The only thing I would mention is that you should bring your own cookware if you plan on cooking. The cookware provided was poor quality and difficult to cook with. Other than that we loved the location and space! The team would respond quickly when we needed something.

Incredible stay. Booking and check in were smooth, no hiccups. The apartment is exactly like the pics. Comfortable and well laid out. Not a ton of cookware but serviceable. We would definitely stay here again. Some good restaurant choices in walking distance.

Loved it! So simple yet classy! Decided to do a long weekend stay for my birthday with my wife, in the heart of Philly. Entire stay was wonderful, staff professional, and apartment had breathtaking views! Close vacinity to bars and restaurants. We'll be back for sure.

It was a last-minute business trip for me and my wife, so we felt lucky to be able to land in a clean and comfortable space with easily available off-the-street parking that was close to a number of our events. However, having the check-in info unavailable in the Airbnb app and having to pay an additional safety deposit outside of the app was more cumbersome than we’re used to. But overall our stay was a great experience.

This modern charming apartment in the middle of philly was an amazing stay. There’s great restaurants, lounges, bars and attractions within 10 minutes of the property. There’s a restaurant and parking within the property which is super convenient. You will not regret staying here!

This apartment was just as beautiful and comfortable as the photos. I loved being there so much I barely left. Even ordered groceries online so I could just make breakfast and coffee at home without having to leave. It was delightfully relaxing and inspiring to be there.

I enjoyed my stay at Simon’s apartment, it was just enough room for me, my partner, and toddler. The apartment was clean and looks just like the pictures, just a little bit smaller. Simon was quick and responsive with any questions I had. The parking is very limited so it is best to book the parking that is offered, and you can take the elevator up from the parking garage straight to the apt. The apt is located right next to the elevator so you may hear noise but it didn’t bother me that much, I did stay here on NYE so I expected to hear some parties. The kitchen was fully stocked and the tv had so many channels which was perfect for my son. I loved the large windows and the view that came with it. I would stay here again.

We very much enjoyed staying here! Good location, we walked most places and enjoyed delicious dinners at both Vedge and Suraya. The apartment offers a great view and was very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the culinary tools you’d need. There was a little hiccup with our code to get in to the apartment but Simon’s assistant sorted it out for us in a kind and very timely fashion. We took advantage of the paid on site parking which was nice not to worry about street parking. Thanks for a great stay!

Just as pictured. Great view. Beautiful light and openness while still feeling cozy. Kitchen has everything you need, the beautifully seasoned huge cast iron was great. I loved the deep couch and the comfortable bed. I did have to pay another $40 to park for two nights in their basement lot which you access around the corner of the entrance to the lobby (Green Street, I believe). You have to get out of your car to punch in the code the front desk gives you which opens the gate to access the lot. It was easy to get my luggage and groceries right into the elevator and take it straight up to my floor. I loved having the peace of mind of having my car in a secure lot/garage and off the busy roads. Overall, I’d say I would definitely stay again. The only issues I noticed were that there was some residual stains on some of the towels, no hair dryer and no facial tissues. Also, while I understand the fire hazard that comes with allowing candles, I would have loved to have my aromatherapy candles burning while enjoying the space (which violated house rules; see smoking policy).

Aesthetically attractive suite, with cool giant industrial-chic windows , clean and comfy accommodations. Everything was exactly as described, even if it does a little bit smaller than in the pictures it was still large and comfortable enough, and communicating with Simon was easy and cordial. The area is conveniently located near center city, Reading Terminal Food Market, Chinatown and not far from Fairmount, art museums and Fairmount Park - a fifteen minute walk or quick drive to most of the main Phildelphia attractions. The area directlly around the building is a little edgy, up and coming, - quiet streets for the most part as opposed to being directly in the middle of things. It is not fully gentrified or polished. This was not a problem at all and overall we felt very safe and comfortable and would be very happy to stay again next time we’re in Philly.

This loft really is an awesome place with every accommodation anyone would need. There’s a restaurant and bar downstairs which I didn’t realize until I checked in. The area is up and coming so while there are some cool trendy bars and restaurants within a few blocks, there’s some dilapidated buildings that are being torn down or fenced off to be torn down. That said, my wife and I felt safe and walked all over Center City from the loft and explored the areas around the apartment building, so don’t sweat some of those growing pain aesthetics.

We had a nice, comfortable stay in this apartment with our dog! Looks just like the photos - stylish and spacious. Communication with Simon was excellent, check-in was easy, and the discounted parking was super convenient. This apartment is located right next to the elevators so there was a bit of hallway noise at times. Looking forward to staying here again on our next Philly trip!

Simon's loft is bright and airy and he supplied everything we could need for our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Superb penthouse apartment, great communication from Simon and very seamless check-in. If you’re staying in Philly I highly recommend this. 5 stars. Parking can be an issue so either pay upfront for in-house parking or prepare to scout the local area for roadside parking.
