Niice place too stay and good ppl to deal with

My husband and I traveled 10 hours with our 17 year old puppy and this property was just the "welcome home" we needed. Every area is chill, comfortable, and feels like home. I only wish I would have remembered to grab some ear plugs like another guest recommended in a previous review. No kidding it sounds like someone is filming fast and furious 12 around three in the morning. Absolutely book your next stay in Philly here. And please bring ear plugs for a great night's rest in a super comfortable bed with pillows that are just the right amount of firm.

Nice spot. Seems like a ware house apartment block turned into long term stay units. Nothing to fancy but decently appointed. View from penthouse unit was pretty cool.

Overall a good stay. I found the additional 50$ charge after already booking the room frustrating and believe there should be more transparency around that. Great view, Easy to check in and relatively clean

Very nice, close to center city, nice view

The apartment itself was clean and looked like the pictures but the host was very inconsistent with his communication regarding the fully refundable security deposit. I was told that the deposit would take up to 7 business days to appear and once the timeframe passed and I still hadn’t received the money, I contacted the host and he gave me the run around. I still haven’t received my money. I plan to submit a report to Airbnb. Such a shame!

Bed was comfortable. Great view. The shower had no grab bars and the tub was very slippery. There were no towels, washcloths or bathmat provided and after repeated texts to virtual host, we finally got them almost 24 hrs later. The floors were very dirty. Very sparsely equipped.

I've come to learn that any place that offers parking when staying in Philly is a must. I did try to find street parking close to this location first but had no luck and did end up paying for the lot the hotel offered. It had a gate that was open when I got there and stayed open. Although I had no issues, the added security would have been a great comfort in this area. I was able to find the place easily. I thought I had to check in with a front desk person according to the instructions on the app. Others were waiting to get their checked bags and told me there was no one working there that day. I was able to just go to my room. Bringing my suitcase from the lot to the hotel was a little bit of a walk. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay there! The view from the 8th floor was great. Very quiet and spacious room with all the named amenities. I only had time to enjoy the room for a night but have no complaints about the rest of my stay. Not far from attractions. I would stay here again!

Beautiful space! Would stay again

Overall wonderful stay! Very clean and had all basic necessities. I really appreciated having a washer and dryer in unit. There are not many extra blankets, I’m sure you could ask but I was not there long enough for that. I would stay again and recommend to anyone wanting a good place to stay near City Center.

The room was clean and very nicely furnished with a lovely view of the city. Because of unseasonable warm temperatures , we needed air conditioning but were unable to get the unit to work. After a number of texts and phone calls , we were offered a room to relocate to. The new room was quite nice but required two flights of steps to reach so we requested a more convenient room. At each step of this process, we received excellent support from the staff at SoSuite. One staff member went out of his way and contacted the office to explain our situation further and even helped us move our luggage to the new room.

Beautiful and unique loft space with a great view of the city. The whole process from booking to checkout was efficient and seamless. Will definitely stay again!

This place looked like the photos and had a very nice view! It had a nice kitchen and bedroom, however, we had a few issues with cleanliness. After messaging the co-host, they had the place re-cleaned and it was great after that! Overall, I would stay again because of the view and place itself was nice, it was just unfortunate that we had to clean a bit upon arrival.

Our flat had a nice view of the city and was close to restaurants and things to do. During the winter the flat was warm. The light came though at night which made it difficult to fall asleep for people sensitive to light. Overall we had a decent stay.

simon was a great host and super responsive. the place was exactly as described and a beautiful loft with an amazing view and big windows. the location was perfect for us as we were staying for the marathon so easy access to the convention center and the start line. would definitely stay again!

Beautiful rooms! Positive: Beautiful room with gorgeous view! Negative: Front desk person was not there when we arrived. Several guests, including us had to wait to get our parking passes.

We really enjoyed the inside of this Airbnb, it’s a lovely space with a comfortable bed, and we’d stay again. However, we didn’t feel entirely comfortable walking our dog around the neighborhood. A note on the cost: the nightly rate is lower than many places nearby, but keep in mind there are extra fees for things like pets, parking, and late checkout. Overall, it ended up costing a bit more than we expected, though the convenience made it worthwhile.

What an experience at Simon’s place. Great location , amazing decor and aesthetics. Clean , organized and host was great and helpful. Would book here again.

Wife and I (and our small pup) really enjoyed the bright and spacious apartment. Comfy furnishings, beautiful window views, easy and comfy all around, convenient for getting around the city. Will stay again!

We had a great day! Even though the website was down, check-in was super easy because there was someone able to text us all the information we needed. The building felt super secure and we loved our spot on the eighth floor! It also was much larger than we anticipated. Can’t wait to come back.

Second time staying in the building. Beautiful light and views. Spacious and spare in appearance, but stocked with all the basics and necessary amenities.

The "equipment" of the loft was sufficient but on the minimalistic side (no dish towel, no blanket on the couch, and no bath mat). The great views from the 8th floor, good Mexican restaurant and Cafe for breakfast/lunch within 3 min walking distance and quiet neighborhood made up for that! Host was responsive, friendly and helpful.

This place was great with lots of natural lighting! Very clean and Simon was very responsive. I will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely loved this loft. It has sweeping views of the city and is equidistant to all the great sites in Philly. Also has great restaurant options near by walking distance. Would definitely return!

Beautiful views and very nice accommodations- scarcely stocked kitchen but enough to get by. Not the nicest neighborhood but close to plenty of restaurants and all the best Philly has to offer. Very comfortable bed! The ‘dog park’ is a small patch of fake grass in a fenced in smoking/bbq area.

Amazing views, squeaky clean, great water pressure, cloud-like mattress, lots of available storage, brand new washer dryer (must be tall to set dryer) w/ complimentary laundry soap. Body wash and shampoo smell so good but low quality conditioner . Super nice responsive staff, we would love to stay again (if it is affordable).

This was an absolutely delightful stay. The apartment was great with a lovely view. Love the giant windows. The place was spotless and very comfortable… especially the bed and pillows 👍. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great. Twenty minute walk to Center City or Fishtown. I would gladly stay here again. Thanks to all and all the best.

Great place , great view of the city

I am going to give a 5 star review because as an Airbnb host myself, I understand the importance of ratings. Unfortunately, this stay felt underwhelming and lacked any real sense of life or intention. The space felt cold and impersonal, filled with cheap furniture, a broken fake plant and shelving that was completely bare—like it was styled just enough for airbnb but not actually meant to be lived in. The dog wallpaper in the bedroom was an odd and jarring choice, and there were no extra blankets provided, which left me uncomfortably cold at night. It really seems like the hosts have never stayed here themselves, and that lack of thoughtfulness showed. The best part of the stay was the view, which was lovely—but everything else made it hard to feel comfortable or at home. This experience honestly felt like it missed the mark on what Airbnb is supposed to be and gives a disappointing impression of both the platform and the hosts.

Would recommend and stay at again

Not in the greatest area but it was quiet and we felt safe walking around. The building itself is beautiful, and the space was very expansive. The lighting through the windows and the view of the city were wonderful. For the price, it's definitely a good deal. Only complaints is that the room didn't appear to have been deep cleaned recently. Dust/debris behind the nightstand (found out the hard way when my phone fell behind it) and a hard, crusty stain on the rug. It wasn't a dirty space, just felt more like you were staying in a somewhat messy friend's nice apartment. The coffee table would also have fallen to pieces if you bumped it. Worst part was the front desk staff of the building was inattentive and unhelpful when we were trying to figure out the parking pass entry/exit situation.

Great place to stay

The place is beautiful. The only thing is the bed was broken. It was digging into the floor, which it had been for a while from the looks of it. We complained about it because the bed sagged in the middle, and me and my husband felt like it was going to break and we were having trouble sleeping. Somebody came to see it but couldn’t help us. We didn’t get any compensation back or anything, and had to pay over $100 a night with a broken bed. Even though the place is beautiful… a broken bed defeats the purpose.

Great location and amazing views! Everything we did was a short drive from the place. We enjoyed our trip and visited many attractions. Also loved the convenient restaurant bar downstairs! Will definitely come back!

Awesome loft with amazing light and beautiful decor. Loved the space. The building is in a rundown part of Philly. The neighborhood is full of trash everywhere. If you are coming with your dog which is why we chose it there is not a patch of grass or a tree anywhere. The elevator got stuck with me in it and was difficult at times to respond when we needed it. The comfortable high-end bed had a broken frame so it caved in in the middle. I reached out to Simon and I was compensated. He was responsive to all my concerns. To get into the city center there it is a bit of a long walk. This loft and many of the ones in this building are run by a company. They over-communicated, (I can't believe I am saying that). I got so many messages before we even arrived, it became annoying). I am sorry to say I would not book there again despite how attractive the space was.

Thank you for allowing me to stay this beautiful place!! I loved watching the sunrise in the morning and the beautiful night lights at night. Definitely recommend.
