Retención excesiva Positive: Los departamentos son hermosos, bien amueblados e iluminados. Te dejan café de cortesía de cápsula que me pareció delicioso. Las camas y almohadas están deliciosas. Negative: Me hicieron una retención de 250 usd al hacer el check in en el sitio de ellos. El departamento tiene una lista de reglas pegadas donde dice que "si tu te portas bien ellos se van a portar bien contigo y no te van a retener dinero"... Nada, la única noche que estuve no quería ni respirar. Lo bueno es que si me la regresaron. Lo malo que no me sentí muy cómoda. La habitación que renté tenía una terraza hermosa privada y renté esa para poder fumar ahí y resulta que no se podía... Deberían de especificar eso antes.

Apartment was exactly as described but had more than we thought - huge kitchen area outdoor space as so wonderful large 2nd bath with laundry plus a walk in closet - beauty main bath with jacuzzi tub- the view from bedroom is amazing! We brought our dog Leo who was left a bag of treats, dog bowl and biodegradable poop bags - onsite staff super friendly and helpful can’t beat the parking and the price! We had a wonderful visit and would recommend to anyone! We’ll be back!

Beautiful apartment with great view!

Positives: The decor is beautiful and the scenery has a gorgeous view of the city. When we were relocated (see negatives), we were upgraded to a larger room with a patio. Negatives: Blowing heat in the summertime. Apartment was 88 degrees. Hosts were unresponsive to texts and calls for hours. Front desk said they couldn’t support. After several hours, finally got relocated.

We stayed here two previous times and while the location felt rough around the edges, we still felt safe. Unfortunately, after this stay, I would never return. During our visit, a large party in a apt space escalated into an extremely traumatic incident outside the building. We were abruptly awakened by very loud gunfire directly outside our stay. ak and handgun gunfire.. Immediately afterward, I saw an individual lying in the street and later saw shell casings outside the building. We did not even feel comfortable leaving afterward. I first contacted management the next morning via message and call to apologize in the afternoon. A refund was offered only if we checked out that day. I understand isolated incidents can happen, but other reviews showed this the week before. if there are strict rules around pets and guest fees, there should also be around large parties and overcrowding. It was great! A little dirty here and there, the bath tub didn’t work, and the shower drain wasn’t draining correctly. Other than those things though, it was a beautiful apartment, and a very comfortable and romantic stay!

Communication with host was exceptional. Really liked the loft feel with full amenities, and it was spotless. Love that they accept pets and have parking. Neighborhood had a good vibe and was a short Lyft to wherever I needed to go.

Place felt right at home, beautiful view & all the restaurants are close by, definitely will be back!!

We loved this place so much! I was enchanted by the large window and just sat and started out at the view, especially at night. We sadly had to leave after two nights, even thought we booked four. We were too afraid to get stuck there during the nor’easter so we had to cut our trip short. We will definitely rebook when we return!

This was one of my favorite Airbnbs I stayed and my second time at this location in Philly. it's convenient, dog friendly. this place was perfect, spacious, rooftop, jacuzzi (which was a treat), and lots of sunlight. kitchen was stocked and the place was spotless.

Great short stay in walking distance to the new pickleball facility! Restaurant/bar onsite was a huge plus. Unit is spacious, clean, and cozy. One added touch to consider is extra throw blankets for the living and bedrooms. Would recommend and stay again!

From start to finish the communication was excellent. The apartment is beautiful with great views and plenty of space. The add on for parking was well worth the price. Hopefully this unit will be available for my next visit.

Our stay was wonderful — the space was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. The view was beautiful, and the private rooftop access made the place feel really fun and unique. The location was also perfect, close to everything we wanted to do and easy to get around.

Great place with many places near by to walk to and friendly staff in lobby! The stairs from floor 8 to 9 are easy, even with a pet. We will definitely book again in the future!

Great communication with the host! Plenty of space in the unit. Equipped with everything needed for a long stay. Quiet unit. Restaurant/bar in the building was a nice convenience. Safe secure parking available. I’d stay here again.

Every thing was good

Fantastic views, tons of natural light, and the outdoor space was a respite from the hustle and bustle. Solid dining options nearby, and walkable to Center City, Chinatown, and Old City for even more delectable eats. Great spot for remote work, too

I usually stay closer to downtown when visiting Philadelphia but this spot will definitely be one of my first go-tos going forward. The apartment itself had character, it was a 10 minute uber from tons of great spots, and the rooftop patio was a fantastic place to unwind at the end of the evening. Simon was also super responsive, answering mundane questions like the type of coffee maker they had and helped us with reservations locally. I was a little disappointed that the whirlpool tub I spotted in the pictures wasn’t working - but the listing did specify that it wasn’t working at the moment. Hopefully that’s resolved before the next time I stay here!

I love this unit. It made for an awesome date night away from the kids.

My stay was good. Served its purpose for what I needed. A quiet Mother’s Day evening. The jacuzzi doesn’t work properly. And I kind of don’t like that you have to take an elevator and then stairs to the unit but overall it was a decent stay.

We enjoyed the place, but going up and down the 9th floor was not the easiest with all our stuff, since the elevator stops at the 8th floor and you have 2 flights of stairs to the 9th. So many different codes to remember that you have to keep looking at which one to use each time. But, the place itself was nice.

Lovely space! The stairwell to the unit is suspect, but the actual space is remarkable and well designed. The patio doesn’t have proper steps. You have to jump down to the patio level from the unit. An intermediate step would be a great addition.

Nice place! Cool loft and plenty of room. Our only issue was that the hot tub water was hot for only filling it halfway (maybe others in the building had depleted the hot water heater. After waiting awhile we were able to finish filling the tub

Convenient spot

Loved having such a nice huge bathtub and big windows overlooking the city. A lovely place to stay.

Was a cozy stay, very accommodated. The space was beautiful, views were beautiful. The water in the bath doesn’t stay hot long enough to fill the tub, ended up having to boil some water but that’s the only thing. Still five stars!

The penthouse was nicer than pictured. The elevator doesn’t go to the ninth floor so be prepared to get off on the eighth floor and walk up two flights of stairs.

This place was AMAZING. The only reason I took off one star is because I really wanted to use the hot tub and it got cold before it even filled up. There was no way t actually use it during my stay.

When we first walked in there was this god awful smell of fish and it was coming from the washer in the bathroom. We had to close off that bathroom and not use it and go to the store to get air freshener because the smell was so bad. The jacuzzi tub was the whole reason I booked this for place and it would not fill up with hot water. The water would be hot for a minute then just be cold so it was impossible to get the tub full of hot water so I didn’t get to use it at all so it kind of ruined my birthday and I would have been better off just getting a hotel. The place was nice and clean other than that.

We felt right at home. The place was beautiful and very comfortable! The host responded immediately! Would love to book the same place again!

The place was amazing! Very peaceful, great space, and amazing views. The only bad thing I have to say about the place was that there was never enough hot water to fill up the bath tub. This was a little disappointing since that was a big reason I picked the place but after trying on 2 separate occasions I was unable to produce a hot bath... Other then that, the place was great.

Freezing cold the entire time. Bathtub/hot tub was unusable and that was the reason why I booked this specific room. The room was very clean and beautiful so it’s unfortunate.

Overall great. The place was nice. Only issue was that we had trouble getting hot water in the hot tub.

Beautiful spot that’s even better than the pictures show when you factor in the space and the view. Really nice area that’s close to pretty much everything in the city. Simon is a fantastic host who is extremely easy to communicate with. I highly recommend staying here!

Really convenient location! We were able to walk or take public transportation everywhere. Having a bar and restaurant on the first floor was super convenient for when we arrived tired and hungry. It was a comfortable space with some good views of the city. There was not enough hot water for us to be able to use the hot tub, which was disappointing, since that was definitely part of why we chose the apartment. The apartment was also bare bones in terms of soap, shampoo, extra blankets, or kitchen supplies.

Beautiful air bnb we very much enjoyed Simon’s gorgeous place . Just a friendly reminder to anyone staying for the jacuzzi you need to fill it up halfway and then re-fill it up 45 minutes later to keep the water hot

Such a wonderful time!

The place was overall okay. Not great because of the following: jacuzzi didn't work properly since the jets spitted out something that looked like spinach which means it wasn't cleaned. The shower door isn't efficient since water leaks out at the bottom where there is a hole and makes the bathroom floor significantly wet. The living room floor was filled with noticeable dust. However, the kitchen had great utensils to use, the bed was comfortable and the TV was great to use.

Simons place was beautiful!! I loved that it was spacious and easy to find. Definitely very quiet and intimate. Simon was very responsive when it came to issues. Definitely would stay again.

The jacuzzi tub jets didn’t work and it took the whole day to fix then subsequently use the tub, felt like a waste of a day. Also the water gets cold before the tub fills up and black spots and hair and dust came out into the water once the jets were turned on. The rooms smelled like garbage the entire time as well. And there is only one operating elevator which is extremely frustrating. I stood at the elevator for about 15 minutes waiting to go downstairs with a few heavy bags and the elevator never came to the 8th or 7th floor so I had to walk down the stairs halfway. I just wish I would’ve been made aware of any operating issues. For the cost I just wished things were a bit more clean, convenient, and operational.

Great large space with a lot of natural light. The large terrace and hot tub in the second bathroom were perfect spots to relax. Would definitely return.

Overall it was great. The tub had some issues while we were there other than that it was great.

The place was a cool penthouse with a huge outdoor rooftop area and big jacuzzi in the bathroom. The problem we had was that the water would not stay warm long enough to fill even a quarter of the tub before it turned cold. Everything else was great. Just a let down because my girlfriend and I chose this place because of the jacuzzi and weren’t able to use it.

Beautiful space that looks like it was 3D printed and pulled out of a magazine. Loved my time there.

Other than the noise, not the host’s fault, it was great!

Great accomodations. The unit was very clean and modern. Beautiful view of the city. Wish that the rooftop deck had a lighting option, but it was still very peaceful. Also, being on the roof, you sometimes catch smells from the restaurant on the ground floor, but it was minimal. Looking forward to staying there again.

What a view and the perfect distance to multiple music venues!

Very neat and unique spot. Roof deck was awesome , and felt like you were in your own little private world. Staff that I ran into were friendly and helpful. On site parking highly recommend.

My wife and I needed a place to stay to see a concert at The Met and this place was perfect! Great space, clean, and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend! Having the Bar and Restaurant downstairs was super convenient. These lofts are awesome! Our furry son Milo didn’t want to leave :)

I stayed here for 2 nights, this place was absolutely beautiful! The check-in and checkout process was so simple. I requested a late checkout and was able to get it so that was great. The view from inside looking out was so amazing and the jacuzzi was a nice touch to the trip. I also liked that they offered reserved parking because it made it easy for when I had gone out to explore to come back to a parking spot. The only thing I would recommend is requesting for extra towels and blankets. I will definitely be booking another stay with sosuite! They met my needs and Simon was great with assisting and responding in a timely manner.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had an overall good experience. The unit was spacious and offered a good level of privacy, which I really appreciated. It had all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay, and the interior was nicely furnished, making it feel homey. However, there were a few details that fell short of the "penthouse" label. A bit more attention to detail and upkeep could elevate the space significantly. One of the major perks of this location is the proximity to some fantastic restaurants. Whether you're in the mood for a quick bite or a sit-down dinner, you won't be disappointed with the dining options nearby. That said, the area right outside the building left something to be desired. There was a noticeable amount of loitering, which made coming and going a bit less pleasant than I'd hoped. While it didn’t affect my safety, it did impact the overall atmosphere. All in all, it was a good stay, but with some improvements, it could easily become even better
