Great location and place

Place was nice and quiet. Very clean easy to check in! I will be booking again

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Ledger. Historic building and very dog friendly which is a plus, and it’s in a great location in the heart of everything. The downside was our unit was dirty upon arrival (dirty mugs and dishes in the cabinet, sticky floor, hair on floors, and old pizza left in the oven (?), but regardless we cleaned up (host offered to come the next day) and warmed up to the place over the course of our stay. Parking will be hard to come by unless you utilize the nearby overnight garage.

This place is outstanding super clean , great location as soon as you walk out plenty to do , see.

We had a great stay and would book again. Very walkable to the local historical sites.

Great location & a comfortable stay!

This was easily one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, and I would absolutely book it again. The host was amazing. My flight was delayed, and instead of arriving at 4 PM, I didn’t get there until around midnight. When I couldn’t get into the building, I contacted the host, and within minutes she responded and helped me get inside. The communication and urgency were outstanding, especially that late at night. The location was incredible. I didn’t realize it was directly across from the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, and the site of the President’s House. Being able to step outside and experience so much history was unforgettable. I also loved the industrial design with the exposed pipes and vents. It gave the space a unique loft-style feel that reminded me of New York, but on a smaller, more intimate scale. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded my expectations and deserves a 5/5. Highly recommended.

It is a nice place in a perfect location. They did have too many people responding. That caused some miscommunication. Not just the city life that is loud(which is ok with us), it was the pipes right above your head that is very loud all the time. The front desk was kind enough to find us a white noise machine, which helped a little. The different hosts were very responsive. It was a nice stay. You can walk everywhere

Great place to stay at, highly recommend

Great location, walking distance to everything.

Place was nice and was by a lot of the places in anted to visit. Didn’t like that there’s a non refundable fee for damage. That could definitely be mentioned before booking but other than that, the place was nice and easy to get in.

Very cool building and space in the middle of a lot of things. Feels kinda special staying there. My room was next to a boiler room or something across from it that would emmit a loud piercing high pitched sound. It was somewhat challenging for me cause I needed to concentrate and relax. They said it was an ongoing issue. Other than that detail it was a really pleasant stay. They provide ear plugs and a white noise machine near bed that helped, but if you have sensitive ears like me, you might have a hard time with the beeping .

I can’t wait to go back to Philadelphia, because The Ledger is the place that makes you feel that you’re living in a penthouse. I love the concept.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Pictures don’t do this place justice it was BEAUTIFUL! The lighting was absolutely beautiful and the space was so comfortable! Thank you for having us, we hope to stay again!

Place was very clean and easy access, love the design and bathroom was spotless. The only bad thing I can say, you can hear everything that is happening in the outside. Other than that, I will recommend it and definitely go back.

The place was great! Just like described and looked like the pictures. We were there for one night and it was great. The only downside was there was a loud squealing sound coming from across the hall, not sure what it was, sounded like a machine wasn’t functioning correctly. That sound was the only downside of the whole place but it was very loud and frequent.

Great space to stay

Great location. Nice little “apartment” type feel. A little bit loud at night since the bedroom has no door to keep out light or noise, but I would definitely stay here again. Gym in the basement was a big plus.

Good for long stay

Cool spot. Very Noisy. Expects city noise but the bed loft is situated with the plumbing directly overhead instead of on the other side of the room and they do not have any soundproofing on the pipes so it’s very jarring randomly throughout the night. You can tell the cleaning staff is rushed and the room was not clean cleaned. I had to sweep and the couch was very sunken in and had old flossers and dried food and tissues so they hadn’t cleaned or maintained in a while. Bring a sound machine!

The location was perfect! Early mornings were noisy, but being early risers it wasn’t a huge issue. The condo itself was clean, but not so much in the hallways. Valet parking was easy, and less than $50 extra a night.

Exactly what I expected

The Ledger By Sosuite was nice. Clean and looked exactly like the picture. Very close to a lot of restaurants and night clubs. I actually live in Philly but stayed for a nice quiet evening away from home and I had exactly that. I reached out to the host and I got an immediate response. I would recommend to anyone. I will be returning. Thank you

Great stay and an excellent value for the area near Independence Hall. The space was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. Sosuite was a great host—easy communication and a smooth check-in/check-out. Would definitely stay again!

I had a slight issue at check in but they were able to resolve with a complimentary late check out. The location is perfect for a weekend trip- walkable to many sights and things to do. The space itself was incredibly clean and well kept. As warned- there is some noise, in my opinion not so much from outside but more from just pretty thin walls. The complimentary ear plugs are a nice touch. A good spot for a quick trip.

Nice place

Great place! I’ve stayed all over Philly and this is by far the best place. The bed was always comfortable and the place was clean and looked exactly like the photos. Having a washer in the unit was definitely a plus. The only issue was the pipes in the unit were very loud with running water 24/7. It’s also in a great location next to a bunch of restaurants. Simon was a great host and always responsive. I will definitely stay here again!!

Place was great and well kept cleaned. Highly recommend this place for the city.
