非常有特色的房源，古老的建筑，美妙的loft，绝佳绝佳的位置。确实会有比较多的小缺陷，请务必看好所有的差评之后再做决定——我对许多硬件条件的要求不是很好，这些缺陷对我来说都能接受，所以入住体验也没什么问题。更新一下淋浴的情况：热水问题好像已经解决，水温不错，但是…………花洒出现了明显的漏水，水力非常有限，而且经常会从尾部喷出——在洗澡时需要注意把握好角度，哈哈哈哈

Awful experience and stay. It took 40 minutes to drop our bags off because no one was at the front desk, which was a regular issue throughout our stay. No one ever responded to my message either to see if someone else could help. Additionally, our unit didn’t have hot water, and there was a strange, high-pitched whistling noise that occurred at random, interrupting our sleep. Don’t stay here.

This establishment has the perfect location! You’re in the heart of Old City. You can feel the history in this lively and drawing neighborhood. I give the location 5 stars. The apartment itself is just as the pictures portray it. But I would highly recommend that everyone consider the other commentary provided by previous guest. I would recommend that future renters bring a portable speaker to counteract to high pitch whistling and the early morning rolling of bins and construction material. I’m grateful that I brought my speaker along because it’s busy. I say that and I’m not even a light sleeper. In addition to the regular symphony that is this apartment. The showers are lukewarm at best. To achieve a proper hot shower, you will need to run the hot water setting on the kitchen and bathroom sinks along with the shower. Give it a minute and you’re enjoying hot water. I’m not a picky person. So I was able to adapt. But some people probably wouldn’t. I stayed 3 weeks

Spacious unit in a great location. Front desk staff was very attentive

Apartment had a strong paint odor. We had to buy candles just to help mask the smell. We paid $66 for early check in which were told it was noon but when I arrived at 1pm, they turned me away until 1:30. They provided ear plugs and now I know why, the A/C unit clicked all night long, meanwhile the exposed pipes upstairs had a constant water dripping sound. Making it very difficult to go to sleep. At least be honest about the noise.

The unit is comfortable and in a good location. Unfortunately, there were some pretty piercing and constant sounds coming from pipes in the wall. Difficult to sleep with that kind of noise

Building & front desk were wonderful! Room 236 was a problem with 4 issues. First 3 might have reduced my review to 4 stars. The last one, however, ruined the stay completely. 1) There is a metal spiral staircase going to the loft. Exposed stair step corners are at forehead level. I nearly clobbered myself several times. (You'd think I'd learn!) 2) There is no electric by the bed (phone chargers, etc.) Easy to fix with an extension cord (if you travel with one). Easy for host to solve. 3) Towels/washclothes were placed on bed upstairs. Bath is downstairs. Really tough to find towels until you get into bed. Not so great to discover after you're out of the shower. 4) BIG! There was an awful howling noise that was piercing and inconsistent all night long. Also, the air ducts had an unusual amount of loud rattling. The noise is likely a known problem. Why do I suspect that? Because there were earplugs provided on a little table with a note saying "we know the neighborhood can be noisy".

This little suite was absolutely perfect for my trip to visit my son in Philadelphia. The staff was very accommodating and the location could not be better. There is a gathering space on the first floor with a billiard table, fuse ball, large TV flanked by a sectional, and a kitchen. …perfect for working remotely after checkout. But, big picture …. that saves natural resources. I would definitely visit again.

What a cute and cozy apartment in such a nice building in a great historic location. We tried to extend our stay we liked it so much. The only thing we'd recommend is material on dining and activities/events in the surrounding neighborhood. Otherwise we lived it and will absolutely go back.

I love this place. Very cozy, clean, & everything in walking distance. The host was excellent. Response right back.

Great location, across from the Liberty Bell, and a block away from the train station. Lots of shopping and dining available nearby, and the Wawa store in the same building was super convenient! The place itself was super cute, spacious and clean. We were able to use the stove to cook a few meals, as pots, pans, dishes and cutlery are all included. The host provides essentials such as cooking spray, salt, pepper, dishwashing liquid, and detergent for the combo washer/dryer. We had a couple of things come up during our trip (a few stains on the couch, a glitch on the TV, and we got locked out of the unit on our last day), but all of these things were handled instantly once we texted the team. This is exactly what will keep us coming back: the unit itself was amazing, and the team was always ready and willing to assist with any challenges that occured during our stay! Great location for all the museums, beautiful parks nearby, thé place itself was nice and clean, I had an issue with the heat but the host was quick to send someone to help, and the sounds àt night were something to get used to, thé stairs weren’t as pictured, but overall a good stay

Everything was as it was described. Valet service was excellent. Front desk people were very nice. Spiral stairway is a little thin.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ my stay was really lovely, the space felt warm, cozy, and relaxing. the building was beautiful and the other residents were kind. everything felt easy and peaceful from check-in to check-out. would definitely stay again!

Apartment is really close to the center of Philly. Practically it’s next door to the Bell and other revolution places. We liked that window can be open but It was loud outside (several big ac units in the yard) we liked everything- from convenient booking till great mattress (we slept well after 27k steps around the center of the city)

I’ve stayed at multiple SoSuites before. This unit was a first. The unit was very clean and as pictured. The only issue was there was a loud constant beeping sound coming from the mechanical room next door to the unit. Another recent guest also noted this in a previous review. It affected my sleep and I left early because of it. Simon repeatedly said he was gonna have someone come take a look at it but no one showed up. I sent over video evidence of the constant noise and still nothing. Currently trying to get my lastnight refunded because I left the unit. Simon has not been helpful at all with fixing the issue. Beware booking this place if you are a light sleeper. The beeping noise will keep you up and affect your sleep.

Great location and we got a very nice room. There was a loud beeping from outside that would happen but they provided ear plugs in the room before we even arrived so it wasn’t a problem. Feels very well thought out!

This is a lovely brownstone so centrally located in the city. Such a Such a walkable neighborhood & parks restaurants nearby . reasonably priced and nice space I wish I was staying longer to enjoy. I only stayed the night due to a flight delay but would definitely go back. My only critique would be to do something with the front door to make it easier to open from Inside apartment and of the apartment and make sure both locks to enter the building and door working. Thank you for having me.

Beautiful place, just as described. Simon was helpful and responsive and the mix of long- and short-term renters made us feel at home. I was especially impressed by the common area which was perfect for remote work. Would absolutely recommend and hope to stay there again!

Lauren was awesome to have as a guest and did a great job on communicating and leaving the suite clean. I recommend Lauren and I hope to have Lauren again as a guest.

And the place is literally Right next to Independence , convenient to market, South Street, 2nd Street, Jewelers row I mean you name it it is a sensational location and the valet parking is clutch. thanks Simon I appreciate you

Good spot

This is my second stay at a Sosuite location in Philadelphia after having a great experience with the first one. This location was lacking. It is advertised as a queen bed, and it is not. I contacted the host and was assured that it was. With a partner that is 6’1”, it is noticeable if the bed is smaller. Confirmed it matched the size of a full size with measurements taken with the iPhone app. I was assured it was a queen and there was no follow up or resolution. The concern was simply ignored. There was also no fitted sheet on the bed. It was a zip up mattress protector with a flat sheet tucked in, then a flat sheet on top with blankets. I asked for a sheet and I was given another mattress cover. The place was clean. There was no view and it was loud, but that was all as advertised and expected with a big city stay. The building is nice and easy to find. It’s located in a beautiful area. The suite itself was just lacking and overpriced.
