I had a wonderful stay here! The place was exceptionally clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches—there were snacks and water waiting when I arrived, which was such a nice touch. The staff/hosts were incredibly friendly, understanding, and accommodating when I needed to request a later checkout. They were very proactive and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier. There was always someone available at the front desk, and if they happened to step away, there was a clear sign letting guests know when they would return. I never had any issues during my stay and felt very comfortable here. I would absolutely stay again and highly recommend this place!

Location is great around cafes, restaurants, and walkable parks. Spacious yet cozy and was able to use the gym. Would stay here again.

Loved our stay here. It’s in a great location and the space is lovely. My friend and I who stayed here both broke out into hives however in the bed - not sure if it was something about the detergent they use or allergies from the loft area. Otherwise everything was great.

I enjoyed my stay very nice location

This is a great place to stay in Old City. Although reviews highlighted the noise being problematic, it was extremely quiet during our stay. Everything was exactly as advertised. We were a bit thrown by the host needing a later check in time, but were still able to valet the car and maximize our time in the city. Overall, a nice place to stay and you can’t beat the location.

It was really great

We frequently visit Philadelphia and this was our third stay at the Ledger, first time in this unit. It’s in a great location of the historic area of the city with a ton of stuff to do within walking distance.

Beautiful building, great loft apt. I could not carry my luggage up the loft spiral staircase. I was not prepared for the plumbing noise due to exposed pipes. If you are not a light sleeper though - won’t be an issue for you! My daughter slept on the couch and did not hear it. It was a great building and apt.

Very clean place, but a little bit thoughtless in the detail, and asking for an extra deposit (or pay $50 extra so you don't have to do the deposit, not typical of Airbnb, more like a hotel, imposing last-minute stuff as a money-grab). Airbnb covers damages, so extra emphasis on a deposit made me very wary of making any mess in the room. I feel like I was on tiptoes the whole time. They have an easy-close toilet seat that just slides around, they just need to tighten the bolts. The only trash I could find in bilevel was in the bathroom downstairs 🤷‍♂️. They put the towels on the bed which is at the top of a spiral staircase, it's fine to leave towels on the bed when you're on a cruise ship, where the bathroom is 3 feet away, but come on ... bathroom is downstairs, why put towels at the top of a spiral staircase? Maybe it's unreasonably persnickety, but I'll probably avoid SoSuite in the future on Airbnb in Philly, despite their nice communication, and clean room.

Clean and well decorated space, the hosts were more than available if we had any questions or concerns.

Location is perfect! Brought my dog, which I selected during initial booking. Was only informed of additional $30 fee upon arrival. Should have been provided the information initially.

Everything was exactly as advertised, clean, and honestly all the reviews about noise I believe to be really nit-picky. I slept wonderfully, and the noise machine was a pleasant but not-needed bonus. It is Philly, but it way far away from the noisy parts, and I found it cozy and perfectly restful.

This was a really nice place, we just had issues from the very beginning first it was an issue with the keys which wasn’t a biggie because the hmm front desk used her key to let us in. However, the neighbors were judging us from when we FIRST came in. They asked us “are we sure we belong here & are we in the right place” which made me feel very out of place & uncomfortable then, they lied and said we were having a party which we weren’t my boyfriend works in the music industry so we were playing a few beats out loud. They knocked and asked us to turn it down which we did immediately. Then they kept knocking just constantly asking us random questions as if we weren’t suppose to be there. They also made a false complaint saying we were “having a party” which we didn’t understand because it was nobody there except us. They were judging my boyfriend by his looks and it just made us feel very uncomfortable. The assistant manager came & confirmed we weren’t having a party or doing any wrong.

I liked the location and overall convenience of the property. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, I had to wait nearly 40 minutes to check in because my room was not ready. The hotel offered me an extra hour for late checkout, which I appreciated, but I had already planned my trip and ended up checking out at my originally scheduled time. Overall, the stay was okay, and the location was the highlight.

We had such an amazing stay here. The loft was beautiful, clean, cozy, and exactly what we needed after our wedding weekend. What made the experience even more special was how incredibly kind and thoughtful the hosts were. I mentioned that my husband and I had just gotten married the week before, and they went out of their way to set up sweet surprises for us when we arrived. It truly meant so much and made our stay feel even more memorable and personal. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a great experience for their guests. We’re so grateful and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Perfect location and lovely staff. It was comfortable. (It may be time to replace the sofa… it sagged in the back). We didn’t realize it was a sleeper sofa. The loft was comfortable and easy to get to. We didn’t bring g our suitcases upstairs because the spiral staircase was narrow. It worked out fine but we didn’t get to use the closet or dresser. We didn’t use the sound machine but didn’t feel that it was needed. It was not noisy at all. Thanks to a previous review, we brought the towels downstairs before showering! We had a lovely visit overall.

The elevators need a refresh but work flawlessly. The facility is in a fantastic location. Parking is $40 a day, gives you unlimited in and out access with valet. I will definitely stay there again.

Comfortable stay, great location!

Fantastic location, great view of the park, with everything I needed for my stay. The rental was very clean with easy walking access to both old city and downtown.

Overall a pretty good stay at Ledger by Sosuites. Coordination from the team for check-in was smooth with easy access and water and a light snack on arrival. 4 star instead of 5…walls are paper thin and the spiral staircase is pretty rickety / dangerous. My dog, who’s very nimble wouldn’t climb it and I scratched my heel on it pretty badly. The design concept is there but execution wasn’t. The couch was very hard to sit on too; completely lopsided after getting worn down. For the price point and location it was reasonable but sharing my experience for future guests

I stayed here for a few nights. Pros: It was conveniently located, spacious and had a super comfy bed. Cons: The couch is so old/sunken/uncomfortable and there weren’t enough kitchen supplies. The spiral staircase wouldn’t be appropriate for anyone with mobility concerns.

This was our second time coming to sosuite. This was the perfect location. Everything about staying here was so convenient and easy for traveling to Philly. It was very clean, and comfortable. This will be our go to stay when traveling to Philly!

This place was great! Front desk staff was incredible, valet parking was perfect, and cleaning staff was helpful with extra towels. Tons of dogs in the building. So fun to be near the independence hall and National Park!

Perfect for a last minute solo business trip to Philadelphia! The location was amazing, in Old City surrounded by history, walkable to meet my client downtown and a respite after work. The building itself is historic, and having a front desk clerk was a bonus. I was not bothered at all by traffic or other noise at night. I hope to stay again the next time I’m in town for work or pleasure.

The perfect location for visiting Philadelphia’s historical sites and museums.

the place was great. Neat and clean. Literally in the heart of Center City. The only issue I had was the water pressure in the shower was very low and it the water got cold very quickly. Other than that it place and location was great.

Had to wait an extra hour for check in because they didn't finish cleaning the rooms but it was otherwise as advertised and easy to check out.

The place was just as described, spotless, great location! Parking was a bit expensive, but overall it was a great 2 day stay for my lady and I.

Nice & clean place! The area is walkable. Amenities are an added bonus. Host is proactive in communication. My only con was that you can hear the street traffic. But host offers ear plugs and white noise machine. I will book this place again.

I noticed some reviews mentioned the noise, but it was only noisy during the day. The host even provided ear plugs. The unit was beautiful with a view of Independence Hall. The location was perfect. The lounge had a pool table, foosball table and TV that my son loved. We would stay here again.

Overall, the stay was pretty good. It was simple, clean, hotel-like, modern and perfect for 1-2 nights. There was a bit of an odor in the bathroom and sometimes upstairs. I am new to the airbnb world and so the only challenge was the strict 4pm check-in and the somewhat strict 11am check-out. It makes the whole stay really tight and a bit stressful. I would stay here again.

Absolutely amazing stay!!!

Great place to stay, clean, modern and close to historic sites. If there was one drawback it’s the overhead pipes in the loft. You can hear water suddenly running at odd hours. Thankfully, the hosts have ear plugs and a white noise machine if it’s too much for you.

Wow. Great location directly across from Independence Hall which I could see from my window. Pretty cool with the bell tower ringing in deep resonant tones every hour. Solidly appointed kitchen accessories, clean modern sexy loft.

World class loft suite overlooking Independence Hall in Old City Philadelphia. The suite was clean and well kept with ample amenities. Located in the historic Ledger bldg, the suite has all modern amenities and is within walking distance of great restaurants, historic sites, as well as the Penn’s Landing waterfront. Communication from host was courteous and clear and suite was in excellent condition. Highly recommended!

If you need to stay some where near historical landmarks, nice restaurants and bars ! I recommend this place. Everything is either walking distance or if you’re driving that would be a 5 min drive.

It was great, it had everything I needed I even used the washer/dryer enough towels and wash cloths. The location was awesome a nice cozy place quiet enough to relax I also enjoyed the lounge area downstairs beautiful atmosphere and architecture as soon as you walk in if you appreciate well designed facilities then you’ll fall in love with this entire building.

Great place to stay. It was clean, spacious, and I had no issues with check in. Parking situation is unfortunate, but it is in the city so to be expected.

Very nice rooms in a really unique building in Philadelphia’s Old City. Couldn’t be any closer to the Liberty Bell unless you were living inside of it! Close to China Town, Market Street, and very easy to get around to wherever else you need to be in Philly.

This is a fabulous stay and location! I was shocked to open the blinds only to see the Independence Hall liberty bell tower as our view. The place was spotless, the California king was comfy, and great shower pressure. Sosuite even hooked us up with tickets to a wonderful show leading us to a cool neighborhood we would not of found otherwise. Very responsive and friendly service. The only caution I would have is for someone who may struggle going down spiral stairs in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. Otherwise - highly recommend!

What a fantastic location! It was in a historic building and central to many of the sight seeing highlights in Old Towne Philly (it was kitty corner from the Liberty Bell). It was right around the corner from a Wawa which was extremely convenient as well! We did have a little bit of a noise issue, but it didn't spoil the nice stay. Parking/Valet was so easy and worth the extra cost. I'd definitely stay here again if/when I visit Philly in the future.

Perfect location! We had a wedding party in the top floor of the building and it was perfect to just take the elevator down to come home after the wedding ended. The building has many amenities such as a coworking area with office rooms and a pool table in the common area, a gym and a coffee bar! Thank you for the stay and for always being quick to respond to messages!

Disappointed the cafe in the lobby was not in service but otherwise great stay 5 star across the board
