Perfect jawn

Positive: I honestly love sosuite at the vine. It's the perfect place to relax and spend time with you significant other. Negative: So i didn't like that my check-in was at 4 pm and didn't get access to the room until after 5. Me and my girlfriend and I were waiting in the hallway. That's the only thing I did not like. Everything else was great

Easy access, nice location, near a lot of stores/restaurants. Roof top was amazing at night, I could see the bridge and also seeing the train pass by. Apartment was pretty cozy, loved the decor and how spacious it was!

I really liked and was surprised by the spaciousness of the living room and kitchen area, a beautiful and chic and comfortable sofa, plenty of linens, great amenities including unlimited coffee pods. Above it all, the customer service was excellent, and there was a rotation of folks who were always available, quickly responsive, thoughtful and helpful with their responses by text or phone call. The location itself was quiet and although there area was next to major roads and in between two bridges, there were very cute boutiques and chic stores in nearby blocks.

Positive: Excellent location. Walking distance from Old City. I really love this place.

The place was clean and the building was very quiet. We went on a Saturday expecting some noise, but other tenants in the building were silent. The rooftop access was a plus. I’d stay here again for sure. Within walking distance of most of my favorite spots.

Good value with somewhat tolerable downsides Positive: Responsive online staff. Friendly housekeeping staff. Easy self check in. Negative: A delayed 5pm checkin is way too late. Thin walls and very noisy property. Tough blocking all the light into the rooms. Not a good sleep.

It was an OK stay. Looks like the building used to be old. The apartment was just ok. Not what I’m personally used to.

I would recommend this place again to others. The location is great, walkable, and is relatively quiet—but it was Labor Day weekend so people could have been out of town. The pictures are accurate. It was clean and spacious for a couple. The only downside is that the walls might be thin. You can hear your neighbors if they’re talking loud or on the phone. But we definitely enjoyed our stay here.

Great location in the Old City neighborhood in Philadelphia

Positive: Excellent location, lovely apartment. Negative: Was advertised as having parking. There was only very limited, restricted time parking. I had to purchase parking at a remote location. Having said that, if you plan on staying within Philadelphia, there's really no reason to bring a car, as the public transport is excellent.

really enjoyed my stay! The Airbnb instructions were clear and easy to follow, and accessing the property was very simple. The place was cozy, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. The host was also available 24/7 and very responsive whenever I had a question. I would definitely recommend staying here and would gladly stay again!

Great place and awesome customer service!

We had such a wonderful stay! The place was very clean from the moment we walked in, and all of the amenities were easily accessible. The hostess was great and responded right away whenever we had a question or needed anything. The check-in instructions were very clear and made the whole process seamless. I really appreciated how accommodating they were with our late checkout (for an additional fee), and the fact that the property is pet-friendly was a huge plus. There was also a dog park nearby, which was very convenient. The neighborhood was beautiful, safe, and great for walking, while still being close to everything we needed. And the rooftop was truly the cherry on top! It was accessible at all hours and offered such a beautiful spot to relax and watch the sunset. Overall, this was a perfect stay, and I would absolutely stay here again!

SoSuite at the Vine was the first Philadelphia Airbnb I ever stayed in & is my first choice whenever I am in the city.

Find Somewhere Else Positive: The bed was comfortable Negative: They forced us to check in around 5:30 but the room still wasn’t ready and it was dirty. The price also was deceptive because they make you pay a non refundable $50 deposit. The sofa was not comfortable and when I tried to call someone they hung up before I could finish leaving a voicemail

Love it here. Positive: It’s clean clean clean. It’s equipped with anything you need. Full kitchen and laundry in the unit! Pet friendly! Negative: It would be nice for 2 sets of towels if you are staying for more than a night or 2. I felt like I had to was my towels every couple days.

I truly enjoyed my stay @ Sosuite . I felt right at home it had everything I needed along with being very walkable to great restaurants and city events.

Great location! The rooftop deck is stunning. The hosts are quick to respond and easy to communicate with.

I had a great time at this location as a solo traveler this was perfect to get away from home for a little. I love that it has a wash and dryer and dishwasher. The bathroom and bed and closet space is good, also it’s walking distance from stores to eat shop and sight see I would stay here again

There was no soap in bathroom but it was a really good place

My nights rest was very comfortable in the bed. The listing is centrally located to every destination I needed, which was excellent for me. Also, the response time is fantastic.

As always my stay here was great. Easy access, extremely clean and very comfortable!

Great location, great view from the roof. The place had all the basic necessities for a long stay (30 days). The rooms were in Unit 5 of SoSuite at the Vine, a middle, upper floor apartment. The view is the darkly-painted wall of the next build 10 feet away. Except for an hour or so when the sun was overhead, the rooms were void of natural light, dark and gloomy as if it was about to rain. The housekeeper was very helpful and even offered us household items from her own home when SoSuite would not provide them. I would stay again for one of the street-view units.

Beautiful home. Rooftop view was wonderful great view of the city. 25 steps to rooftop so not easily accessible but worth the walk up if your able too. The staff took care of everything quickly and made us feel right at home

Needs to be clean up a little better also was notified that my check in time is being moved and hr and a half later only and hr before arrival I wouldn’t stay here again

One night in Philly was made to be a little more luxurious at this property. Positive: Beautiful, clean, spacious, modern, and overall gorgeous 10/10 would stay again. Negative: Very difficult to find and no parking.

Great place Positive: Beautiful place Negative: The bed is stiff. The location doesnt have the best parking and (not the fault of the owners) there is construction going on next door. At 8 am!

Great and beautiful Airbnb. I booked at as a Mami staycation to reflect and journal and it was so worth it. Plus it’s walking distance from everything. 10/10!

Great location, nice apartment, yet dark and loud Positive: Location and roof deck, apartment interior Negative: Building sound insulation: neighbors live practically in your apartment, it's incredibly loud The apartment, although it features large windows, is very dark: windows face a wall that's about 10ft away Registration process: they really try hard to get every possible additional dollar from you (e.g., you can only register directly if you pay some 75$ insurance fee, otherwise you have to inconveniently wait for 24h to finish registration) --- doesn't feel too welcoming.

Very nice place and super accommodating! Friendly host that was quick to respond and had easy instructions for check in/out. Close to a lot of things. Overall very happy with the stay!

I had such a great time. Positive: Excelente localização. Negative: Barulho no apartamento acima.

Very nice for a short stay. Positive: The person who answered the phone late at night was very helpful. They were able to accommodate us when a maintenance problem arose. The location downtown was in walking distance to everything we were looking for. Very clean and in great condition. Negative: There was not much of a view. But the entire place was very nice and well-appointed.

Negative: I had a bad experience overall because I needed to cancel my stay due to illness and it was denied.

Great place to stay!

My stay was okay—honestly, it would’ve been perfect. I really loved the views and the location of the area, and the place itself was very nice. However, I was disappointed to find dirty towels left in the bathroom. When I called about it, I was instructed to go to another unit and handle it myself, which I felt was unfair and not something I should have to do as a guest. Thankfully, the owners did try to make it right by allowing me a later checkout at 1:30 PM instead of 11:00 AM, which I appreciated. Overall, it had great potential, but the cleanliness and handling of the situation could’ve been better.

Negative: 1• a senhora que faz a gestão das reservas, já sabia antecipadamente que ia chegar mais cedo, e mesmo assim fez-me perder imenso tempo porque não me deu os códigos CERTOS para entrar, e deixar as malas. 2• check in online é super eficaz, mas no meu caso já não estava a dar, e a senhora não me deu qualquer outra opção para fazer o check-in. 3• é longe do centro 4• os vizinhos de cima fizeram tanto barulho durante a noite que eu pensei que o telhado me caísse na cabeça.

We enjoyed exploring historical Philadelphia Positive: Location, within walking distance of old city Philadelphia. Unit was comfortable, had most everything you would need. Negative: Unit was on first floor, could hear unit above making noise. Windows, nothing to see except wall of next building.

Peaceful and Relaxing!!!

Positive: The location felt a bit remote, but it was easy to find. There weren’t any cafes or restaurants nearby. We have to walk about 5 or 10 min. to find them. The room is dark, the next build was too close and blocked a lot of natural lights. Negative: Lack of natural light and need to walk to find cafe/restaurants. Also you can hear the foot traffic from the floor above us and the noise from the street. It didn't bother me but it was quite bothersome for my husband.

Nice suite with plenty of space and amenities. Positive: Plenty of room, nice kitchen and bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Washer/Dryer and kitchen amenities were nice. Negative: Not enough comfortable seating. Noisy, we could hear people having conversations in adjacent suites. There was a strong sewage smell during one of the days. The door lock to the suite did not work consistently.

Love this place if I could, I would live here forever Positive: Yeah, the property is very nice quiet love the location. The girls that clean the room are so sweet. I love all of them. Negative: It would be nice to have a Gym area maybe even like a hot tub on the roof
