Positive: Très beau loft bien équipé bien situé Negative: Le lit était petit mais confortable donc ca compense

Cool loft with access to lots of neighborhood spots. Positive: The location was great and the space was roomy and furnished well. Well stocked with coffee and other essentials. Negative: It was very noisy; the building is not sound proofed at all (being a loft this is somewhat expected) but there was constant door slamming at all hours of the day and night. Loud enough to wake you out of a deep sleep.

Great open space with high ceilings. I also love the windows. The onsite parking was VERY convenient. The place was clean and the furniture was in good space and didnt seem cheap.

I had a great experience here. The space was clean, well-designed, and had a really strong atmosphere that made it easy to focus and get quality work done. The lighting and layout were excellent, and everything felt thoughtfully put together. I’d definitely come back again. Thank you!

Fantastic stay , love the ambience of the apartment . High ceilings beautiful Mira of downtown , a lot of windows and they are large . Perfect spot for a romantic night on Valentine’s Day :) place looked exactly like the photos. This is my 2nd time staying at one of these apartments & each time exceeded my expectations. Thank you see you guys again soon ;)

When of the most peaceful stays I ever stayed in. The loft feeling felt even more peaceful! Totally felt at home! Would definitely stay here again in a heart beat. I’ll be back in April lol.

The only con was there was no heat after a snow storm so I was freezing but it was perfect apart from that

Fine place and made me feel right at home

I had a great stay! The location is super convenient, close to the city and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants. The space was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a full-sized kitchen that made the stay even better. The host was very attentive and quick to respond to anything I needed. Definitely a spot I’d stay at again!

We were in town for a couple days for some campus visits. This was the perfect location, comfortable, clean, and a good value. It was just what we needed for our short stay. There was a little issue with our parking, but we notified the host and he took care of it. I would stay here again.

This place was great one of the best stays in Philadelphia top 5 in my book so far everything down to parking was a seamless experience. don’t take my word for it, see for yourself!

Beautiful airbnb and very modern and big. Lot’s of amenities and the gym was great. Not crazy about the neighborhood but luckily I had a lot of traveling outside anyway. Restaurant right downstairs was cool. Good beer selection.

Par usual, 525 was a delightful experience. This was my second time and I believe that there will be a third, fourth, fifth… etc time. Also, the staff and amenities were spot on.

i had a great stay, it was close to everything i needed. the elevator is a bit slow though, so i ended up using the stairs way more than i wanted — but that’s the building’s problem, not the host - just something to be aware of.

I had an amazing stay at So Suite. The location is great - everything is walkable distance. The apartment itself, very specious. You can really feel like home: from washing machine to hairdryer. I do highly recommend, this place ;)

Definitely staying here again. Looks exactly like the pictures. Easy to access and close to everything.

Loved the place and stay. The room was a little different than the photos. The room was on the same level as the kitchen and living space but overall that wasn’t an issue. Be careful if you plan to street park. Some surrounding streets are apparently permit parking only and it can be confusing. I received two tickets for a total of $82 so I should’ve just done the private parking for $75. Overall it was a nice stay and I’d do it again if the price is right.

Please be honest on what you offer. The price should be much lower. The neighborhood is not pet friendly. You can walk your pet, but very minimal green space. The gym was dirty and dusty and I had to request for it to be cleaned. Parking is extremely limited. One elevator never worked.

Simons place was great, clean and dog friendly. Good location with a nice bar downstairs in the building.

Truly enjoyed my stay! Check in and check out were easy. Simon was flexible and made sure accommodations were ready prior to arrival. I loved the space and the area surrounding it. Walkable to key areas in the city. Would stay here again!

Place was great. Very spacious and had all the amenities.

I was happy with the unit, but the power went out 3 times during my stay. I had a corner unit, it was chilly.

This is the first road trip of the year, so we tried to get a spot that's in the middle of the tourist side of Philly. This place didn't disappoint. We arrived on New Years Day, & were able to check in early. We also rented a parking space in the building lot to be safe but theres street parking. The place is tenant ready for any possible need, so you dont have to bring anything cept for basics like toothbrush, toothpaste, & personal toiletries. All else is covered. Didnt do much cooking, but kitchen is well shocked with the básics. The rooms, were clean and neat, and Its just like the pictures. We were able to walk to Chinatown in like 10mins, & it was a decent little walk. There was no front desk staff on New Years Day obviously, but there was building staff that was helpful, & you can also do a contactless check in. Simón & sosuite team are very responsive, so zero complaints. Theres even an in house restaurant. Thanks for hosting!!!

wonderful place and stay

Simon was very responsive when I had questions, the hotel staff was also extremely friendly and kind.

I stayed for a weekend. It was a nice place. Night one, the fire alarm went off for 8 hours. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

Nice and secure place. Area was clean and well stocked with anything I could've needed. Had more amenities than I needed! Very walkable neighborhood with a short distance to a lot of things to do! Restaurant in building was also super convenient for the first night when we arrived kind of late.

I love my stay .I just hate dirty sheets where I have to sleep at. The counter and tables was not completely clean .But besides that everything was beautiful.

Great stay!

My mother came to visit, and we Couldn't be more satisfied with our stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and informative. The property provided all the comforts one could ask for, including off street parking (for a negligible fee), a rad onsite bar/restaurant, and even a small space outside for your pet to do its business. The unit itself was spacious, clean and well stocked, perfect for short and long term stays alike.

This is my third tike staying at Simon’s suites.. this was the third unit I’ve stayed at. I will come back again when I need to come back again!

Perfect location for a show at Union Transfer. There was even a second half-bath that I didn’t see in the posting, but was nice to have. Nice loft apartment, good desk and chair in the bedroom, and kitchen seemed nice but we didn’t cook in our one-night stay (though there didn’t seem to be much in the way of pots and pans). Nice to get dog treats after paying the $25 dog fee. We also paid for the off-street parking that was offered just to be sure, but it turned out free spots on the street weren’t hard to find. I would definitely consider coming back here if I needed to work travel in Philly.

Great place, really comfortable. Positive: The property was fantastic, loved the furniture and the bed was really comfortable. Having a kitchen was also something we valued a lot. Negative: The only thing I would recommend is having the floors cleaned more frequently, but when we asked to have them scrubbed and cleaned more thoroughly, it was done almost immediately.

Very beautiful place! The room was exactly as described and very well kept. My only complaint was the extremely hard bed, it was very uncomfortable. It could just be personal preference! Everything else was great, host made things easy, we were able to walk to many different places and were not far from the subway. I would stay here again if we are ever in Philly again!

Aesthetically pleasing loft

Highly discourage booking. Run by mgmt company that can’t manage. Night 1 it’s 76 degrees in unit, so SoSuite responds that they’ve “upgraded” me to 2 bed downstairs. 2 bed obviously not an upgrade for solo traveler. They already made me confirm multiple times it was just me. New unit also wasn’t as nice as the one I booked. I understand things happen w/ HVAC & I didn’t complain. But 1st night in new unit I left & came back & was locked out. They changed the code & didn’t tell me. Fine, things happen. But next night they did it AGAIN. Locked out late at night as solo female traveler in area I don’t know. Then, departure day BEFORE checkout time I’m packing & am naked when I hear buttons beeping on door keypad. No audible knock/ announcement. It was a cleaner, who said she thought I had been moved from this unit to 307 (the original one), not other way around. They were just going to enter w/out permission. In >10 yrs staying in Airbnb’s I have never had such a negative experience

I recently had this airbnb booked for two months while in Philly for school. However, I was almost killed by someone at the subway station only a few blocks away during the first month. I took time off from school as a result and did not need the rest of the reservation. I contacted the host since it is an extenuating circumstance. They agreed and encouraged me to file for a refund with Airbnb. The host has to approve this which they denied after encouraging me to file for a refund. Airbnb support agreed that I should be refunded and had to try contacting the host but had a difficult time getting a response. Awful experience. As for the airbnb, it’s a nice building. The floors are sticky and filthy after walking around for 20 minutes my white socks turned black. I had to clean the floor multiple times before it felt clean. There are also flies infesting the trash room that make their way into the apartment which is annoying. Hopefully they can use the money they kept from me to clean.

We had a pleasant stay at Simon’s. It was spacious and Simon was very responsive. We did self parking which was convenient for us as we did not have to worry about looking for parking at night.

Simon was a wonderful host, always responsive and planned everything to perfection. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend giving this lovely place a try when at Philly.

The location is unbeatable, situated in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. The host was incredibly responsive. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient stay.

Nice, big one bedroom, easy to get to, walkable to Center City and good food, bars, events. Lovely stay in Philly and we'll be back to be sure.

The apartment was super cute and very, very spacious & the staff is very friendly. The apartment is right outside the elevator so prepare for a lot of noise at random hours of the night & the walls are pretty thin too. If you’re not used to walking around some rough spots, this location may not be ideal. However, growing up in San Francisco, the areas surrounding the apartment wasn’t that bad to me. All the major attractions are literally a 30 minute walk with a ton of food and cafes along the way. Target & Aldi are a 15 minute walk which is super convenient! Overall, my stay was perfect & I’d definitely book here again just because the location is so close to everything and the apartment was perfect for me. Thank you, Simon for everything, I had a blast! 🙌🏼
