Positive: Love how easy it was to check in

"We loved our stay, and the area. If you want to explore the center of Philadelphia that is a great place to get your experience pretty close to mostly everything, walking distance. If you don’t mind city noise, this place will suit you! Go birds! "

Beautifully decoreted efficiency in center city Positive: The efficiency apartment is very tastefully done on a modern/minimal aesthetic. The kitchen is well equipped, even if the electric range is a bit quirky. The building is located in a busy section of town, and the constant hum of cars is evident 24/7. They do provide earplugs if you need them. I did not find the din of the city too disturbing. The bed is very comfortable, and the linens are fine. The bathroom has a great rain shower head that feels great after the 102°F days we encountered. The small issues we had were handled immediately by the remote concierge. Negative: The bedroom area is very tight, making it impossible to open the closet doors. We had to move the bed so that the doors would open and the drawers would extend. Otherwise, all was great. We will stay here again.

So the apartment itself is lovely but the noise level is crazy and I was unable to sleep even with the earplugs given I Positive: The apartment itself is lovely very well appointed. Negative: So when I arrived I could not enter the code was not working and it took about 15 minutes to actually speak to somebody on the phone and enter into my apartment. I did not sleep most of the night as the street below is a very busy throw fair war cars are coming in and off of the highway. I would not stay here again. also it is not mentioned in booking that there is a $250 refundable deposit that needs to be paid. No transparency on that.

Positive: The property was ok Negative: The road noise is VERY loud. It is particularly bad on Friday and Saturday nights into the morning hours. The hotel knows it’s a problem since they give you ear plugs but they don’t block out all the noise.

Absolutely loved the location, if you don’t like hearing traffic this is probably not the place for you, but I love it. Our code to the door of the room didn’t work when we got there but they answered & helped us right away which I really appreciated because we had our toddler with us. Parking garage was right there so it worked out perfectly. Everything inside the room was just like the pictures, very clean & a great view. Definitely staying here again next time I visit!

Great stay

A very attractive affordable option for attending the Flower Show. Positive: Location easily walkable from Convention Center. Locked exterior door felt secure even without staffed lobby. The unit was clean, big windows and high ceilings gave it a spacious feel. A very comfortable night. Negative: There was traffic noise, as the property notes to guests. Earplugs and a white noise machine were provided and were enough to block out the noise.

It was such a nice time and so clean. Gym is great and rooftop is so nice can’t wait to be back!

Great place to stay for business

Good location, but service is lacking. Positive: The location is pretty good for visiting, and the rooms appear recently remodelled. Negative: We had several issues with the bathroom. The fist day it got clogged and we asked the host to fix it. They told us they would send someone during the day, but when we got back to the hotel nobody had been there.

I genuinely enjoyed every part of my stay. The apartment was spotless, well-designed and had everything i needed to feel at home. Self check-in was quick and stressfree and the communication was clear from start to finish. The building felt safe and quiet and the location made it easy to get around and explore the city. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting.

Positive: Location Negative: Kitchen needed more equipment. Pots, pans, dishes, etc.

Positive: Öffentliches Parkhaus direkt nebenan zu günstigen Preisen. Man war nach 10 Minuten zu Fuß an der City Hall. Metro auch 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. 20 Minuten zu Fuß zur Rocky Statue. Negative: Die Waschmaschine hatte ihr Eigenleben. Wasch- und Trocknungsprogramm ausgewählt, nach 6 Stunden haben wir die Wäsche zwar gewaschen herausgenommen, aber eben nur gewaschen. Die Trocknerfunktion wollte wohl nicht. Sehr schade, weil wir am nächsten Morgen mit noch recht feuchter Wäsche weiterfahren mussten. Und die Couch roch komisch, als man dann genauer schaute, sah man leider einem größeren Fleck auf der Couch und dann konnte man den Geruch leider auch zuordnen. Es roch nach Urin. Danach war die Couch tabu.

The place and layout was exactly as described. Check in and check was very smooth and the host was very responsive. I had a hard time locating the building but they did a great job directing me. Not much parking but there were plenty of low cost lots around. Only down side to the stay was there wasn’t any hot water. Would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay in Philadelphia! The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to see and do in the city. The home itself was beautiful, exactly what we were looking for. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!
