Sosuite | 1BR Apt w Roof Deck, Gym, Laundry — Guest Reviews

Positive: 地理位置，员工都挺好的！ Negative: 有些设施存在一些问题，但是很快解决了

Our stay was fantastic! A weekend packed with activities, all within easy reach, and we felt right at home, very comfortable and at ease. Everything in the apartment was as described, and it had just the right amenities to make our stay enjoyable. We would definitely return.

Unprofessional and not worth it Positive: Didn’t provide breakfast Negative: The late check in and lack of communication throughout the process

Great place. Would stay here again. Positive: Loved the apartment. Spacious and comfortable. Good location on a quiet block, walking distance from the convention center and many sites. There's an okay grocery store around the corner and plenty of paid parking options. Negative: I didn't like that I only stayed one night.

Positive: Property was clean with a convenient parking garage located next door Negative: The initial room code did not work and the door wouldn’t open. After getting ahold of customer service, we were given a new code that worked. Once we entered, the door had trouble fully closing. It would get jammed and not fully close, until one time where it magically decided to finally shut. For reference, this was room 302. The rest of the stay was fine, the room was clean and comfortable, but if I’m paying almost $300 for a single night, I’d like to think simple tasks such as getting into my room and having the door fully close won’t be an issue, but they were. I wouldn’t stay here again, but I do appreciate the fast customer service.

We would not return. Not having a person on site made small issues turn into an unpleasant experienc Positive: The layout of the room, the rooftop deck, and having a working kitchen were nice. Negative: The pull out sofa was covered in stains and crumbs and had old bedding and a spoon folded into it. There was not enough towels or bedding materials for three people. The storage lockers were all full throughout our stay. The building smelled like pot and the noise from the street and other tenants throughout the night was ludicrous.

So perfect for a little staycation I hope to be back soon! I like the little park around the block for my dog.

Excellent location for everything, super central

This place would have and could have been an amazing stay! I booked this place to do some pre Thanksgiving cooking and some laundry. I specifically asked before hand about the washer and dryer since it was one of the reasons I was booking. Unfortunately, I couldn’t do 1 load of laundry because I was stuck trying to figure out the error code that the washer kept displaying for 6 out of the 14 hours that I was there. I communicated with the host, but nothing was offered other than to come have maintenance look at it at 5am & by the time that was offered, I had given up and was going to sleep. The shower has a rainfall shower head that is amazing, but the water runs cold after 15 minutes. I really would like a refund or a night stay provided by the host at one of their properties because again, I didn’t get to do any of the things that I booked for due to the washer being broken. Other than that, bed was comfy, the place was clean and everything was very modern with the tech. it provided

The place is located in a safe and convenient area. There were no issues finding the entrance. Paid parking is right next door. The hosts were very responsive. I would absolutely stay here again.

Positive: Cleanliness and location Negative: Security deposit not telling the client in advance It was hard to get clear parking information Apartment’s decor sad

I loved my stay. My only problem is that we couldn't activate the TV. I followed the prompts and it just froze. Besides that, it's a great space.

Great stay it was clean and everything works as it should! Every time I boom with so suite it’s a great experience thank you!

It was lovely staying at this place. Would love to visit again in the future!

Our stay was enjoyable. The place was as described, very clean, and located in a great part of the city. The luggage storage in the lobby was also very convenient. The only downside was the washer/dryer was not working during our stay and experiencing issues.

Great place !
