Very spacious in very central location in Fishtown. Would recommend

The space was very dirty. It looked like had not been cleaned since before the people who stayed prior to us. I found trash, pills, handprints, paw prints, and a lot of dust everywhere. The water filter in the refrigerator was overdue to be changed. The washing machine was broken. The unit itself was also very loud. We could hear everything going on in the other units. Parking was difficult but expected in fishtown. On the positive side, the location was very convenient. We found everything easy to walk to. Overall the stay left a lot to be desired and I wouldn’t recommend this over other stays in the area.

The stay here was great. We got what we asked for the only thing I will say is that the dry do not work. But that’s OK cause we do not need to wash our clothes. I would definitely stay here and it was easy to get in and out. Even asking for towels, we were able to get a lot of towels that we needed. I would definitely recommend two others to stay here

Great location for our weekend in Fishtown!

If you can handle the noise, a comfortable place to stay Positive: If you are young and lively, this is a great place to stay, right in the middle of Fishtown with lots to do and see. There is a cute little back patio and the couch is deep and long enough to remove the cushions and sleep on like a proper bed, no problem. Comfortable bed with bedside tables and lights on both sides. Roomy bathroom. There was quite a bit of coffee provided, though not enough for the three of us for each to have a cup on all of the days we had booked. Good thermostat and heat and cool control. Negative: We did like the centrality of the location, but the car alarm going off in the middle of the night on both Thursday and Saturday night, the noisy upstairs visitors and drunk arguments at 1 a.m. outside the street front bedroom window, not so much. Ear plugs and a cheap white noise machine that sounds more like TV static than anything were provided, which is nice, but didn't really do much. Price a tad high for no wi-fi, which also probably contributes to there being noisier visitors upstairs, as no one stays here to work online. It's hard to eat out on the patio, as the chairs are permanently reclining- awkward.

Excellent accommodations! Walking distance to everything and felt very safe and secure. The noise from the subway and residents upstairs is loud but sound machine provided helped! Highly recommend this spot!

This is a nice apartment in a great location for walking to restaurants, the train, etc. It was very clean and looks like the photos. The issues were: very strong cleaning smell on arrival, missing basic stuff (no hand towels, only 2 small bath towels, no bath mat, no hair dryer). It is advertised as having an extra bed (it's a very comfortable couch that works as a twin bed) but there was only one spare sheet and no blanket or extra pillow case. I wrote about the towels, hairdryer and blanket. They responded quickly and nicely, but said it was too late to have them dropped of that day and it would happen first thing the next day. They were finally dropped off the following afternoon. There was no pack and play though it was on the list of amenities. A second issue was that on a Saturday night a person who had partied too hard made a LOT of noise directly outside the bedroom window. That might have been a random occurrence. Summary: Nice place, kind of a hassle.

Location and cleanliness are great, but management won't protect your stay if issues arise. Positive: Excellent Fishtown location - walkable to restaurants and dog-friendly areas. Unit was clean and well-maintained. Note: Unit 2's bedroom is right by the main entrance - you'll hear everyone coming and going even under normal circumstances. Negative: Management and security failures ruined our stay. Three consecutive nights (Dec 31-Jan 2) of unauthorized parties in another unit with 20-25+ people. Noise until 2-4 AM each night. Night 1: SoSuite's own noise detection alerted them. I immediately reported it wasn't us. Management said they'd "take care of it." They didn't. Night 2: Sent video of party-goer banging on "secure" entrance for 2+ minutes. Promised security in "30-45 minutes" - arrived 90 minutes later with no resolution. I had to call police. Night 3: Told at 2 PM guests were "evicted." Party started again at 10 PM. Called police twice. Zero communication from management. The "secure" building entrance was repeatedly breached. Management's 24/7 support was essentially non-existent when we needed it. Only choose this stay if you're willing to gamble on other guests' behavior with no reliable management backup.

I had a good stay at the sosuite the only issue was the loudest . Also It was tape above the refrigerator in the kitchen & also it was left over roses on the floor but other than that it was cool .

Our stay was super cozy and we felt right at home. The location felt like the perfect spot for a couple or a small group of friends, extremely homey! Host was super nice and responsive when I asked questions! Overall we loved our stay and I would definitely stay here again when in Philly again!

Extremely well-designed place that allowed us to really enjoy Philadelphia. We could easily eat out a nearby restaurant or cook up something with the well-designed kitchen. The interface can be a challenge but SoSuite was super responsive in helping me use it. The host was very responsive and kind overall. I would definitely love to return.

This place was perfect for us as it was close to family in Fishtown. We felt safe walking to / from mornings and early evenings. Very clean except for the mold in the washing machine soap dispenser. The bathroom sink drained slow but we told the owners about that when they had a plumbing inspection during our stay. The A/C was a bit loud. Didn’t get a chance to use the cute back patio this visit. Didn’t spend a lot of time inside, but it was nice to come back to every evening

Amazing location in Fishtown with some of Philly's best restaurants a block away. Super clean. Us and our dog enjoyed are time and will definitely be back.

I cannot overstate how amazing this Airbnb was. Right by all of the best restaurants in Fishtown, very cool and spacious living space with a stocked kitchen and an outdoor area, allowed our dog, and host was extremely responsive. This place is a steal, especially for the price. We stayed here for almost two weeks while we were between homes and had the best experience.

The place has everything you need for a quick business trip to the city. The hosts are friendly and always available. Just the right type of amenities for what I need, a very comfortable bed with plush pillows, quality linens and bath towels. Overall, the place was very clean a couple minor expectations. Too minor to write about. I will stay in a Sosuite every trip back to Philadelphia.

One of the better Airbnb stays I've had. The location can't be beat - quick walk to so many restaurants, coffee shops, bars, etc. No issue finding free street parking within a few blocks. Unit is exactly as pictured/described, back patio is a comfortable space to relax. Normal city noise as you'd expect, came with a sound machine which helped us sleep well. Will absolutely stay here again.

The Sosuite made us feel right at home. It is located in the heart of fish town. Right as you walk out there are restaurants and coffee shops to choose from. The team is super friendly and really responsive. Whatever issues we had they were resolved right away. It is a perfect little 1 bedroom equipped with everything you would need for your stay. The check in process is super simple and you will feel right at home.
