The Onyx was great very modern and homey it was very clean and spotless. I loved the kitchen, wish my stay was longer. There was issues when trying to enter the building but I was able to get a hold of someone very very quickly and got help. The parking was slightly misleading on the app it had the closest parking garage as a 3 min walk but it literally was next door to so suite lol. But nonetheless i loved this place I cant wait to book again I highly recommend. I saw other reviews about the noise but i mean it is DOWNTOWN so the sounds of cars etc is expected but it wasnt THAT bad but ear plugs and a sound machine is provided.

Quite literally one of the best and most beautiful listings we have ever stayed at (and at a very reasonable cost)! We loved everything, from the high ceilings that made the space feel spacious, floor-to-ceiling windows that offered great natural lighting, and the gigantic island — which we made great use of. There were so many options for things to do, places to eat, and tourist attractions within walking distance. And lastly, check-in/check-out and general access of the listing was a breeze!

This place looked exactly like the pictures. Beautiful all around and close to different restaurants. Yes it is by an expressway, and a major street. The noise level was not that bad at all. You do hear cars passing by but overall it was bearable. Checkin process was very smooth and instructions were clear. The parking lot was right next to the apartment and that was a huge plus (we used Spothero). Would highly recommend!

Convenient location, clean and comfortable space. Clear instructions and processes for access and support during stay.

The place was very clean and modern. Great view as well. Walking distance to a lot of great things my bf and I were able to walk to the reading market and Franklin institute. It was really easy to get in had zero issues. I know some other reviews complain about the noise but honestly I slept great and we didn’t even need to use the noise machine.

We booked 2 units. Both were dirty, found a dirty underwear in one of the unit. Coffee machine was dirty. AC was not working and temp was 85. Not staying there again for sure.

We had a great stay! The Airbnb looked exactly as pictured and was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was perfect just a short walk to the subway, making it easy to get to Phillies games. There were also plenty of restaurants, cafes, and places to grab a bite within a 5 minute walk. Overall, it was a convenient and enjoyable place to stay.

Overall we had a nice stay. The overall location is convenient to center city but as others have stated it is VERY noisy. This cannot be overstated. The sound machine and ear plugs provided were not just helpful, but absolutely necessary. It’s beyond “normal city noise”. The place itself was fine. It looked like the pictures though was quite sparsely stocked. We had to flip the couch cushion over because there was a mysterious stain of origin we’d rather not imagine.

Beautiful place and great communication

A great stay at a central location. Positive: The perfect stay in Philadelphia if you’re looking for a good location, lots of space, and is spotlessly clean. The apartment/studio is huge, and a very modern airy design. A stay here feels like a luxury home. A couple bottles of water and snacks were waiting. It has full facilities ideal for a shorter or longer stay including all the crockery and cutlery, washing machine, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, etc. The TV has streaming and live TV options where you can sign in with your streaming subscriptions and specify a timeout on your logins. There is plenty of closet space, and the bed is extremely comfortable. Location-wise, it is a 15 minute walk to Market Street, and mid-way between the historic Independence Hall/Liberty Bell quarter, and the museums (Franklin Institute, Art Museums). It is a 10 minute walk to Suburban station where you can get a quick train to the airport. A Trader Joe’s supermarket is a 10 minute walk away. There are no staff on-site, but this doesn’t pose a problem as assistance is provided via text, and responses are prompt. Check-in and out are done via a provided web portal. All of this is at the same price as a moderate hotel room. I definitely could have stayed longer. Negative: Only inconvenience is that the check-in didn’t go smoothly as 30 minutes prior to the agreed 4pm check-in, I was advised that the studio wouldn’t be ready till 5.30pm. I was already enroute so this was inconvenient. The operators did however, extend my checkout time accordingly. Only other minor issues (and they are truly minor), is that the lights only are on at 100% (no dimmer) which means lighting is very bright, and that there are no USB ports at all, so bring your plug. I told you they were minor!

I stayed with a friend and they slept on fold out couch bed. They were cold and I requested blanket and it was promptly delivered while we were out. I appreciated having use of a locker to store luggage before checking in. The check in is precisely at 4 PM. The lock is timed to only work at 4 PM. If you want to check in earlier, you may pay a fee. It would have been nice to check in earlier when unit was ready. 3 pm would have been nice.I do understand units need to be cleaned

Beautiful place! Loved the area and how walkable it was. Easy instructions and very responsive host. Will be staying here anytime I come to Philadelphia

The location was perfect, just a 10 to 15 minute walk to Center City and close enough to easily walk almost anywhere we wanted to go. The unit itself was spotless and beautifully updated. Everything felt fresh, modern, and well cared for. The shower was especially impressive, one of the best we’ve experienced while traveling, and the floor-to-ceiling windows in the main living area offered spectacular views and great natural light. It was a comfortable, relaxing space and an ideal home base for exploring the city. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Philadelphia.

Easy access to town and Ubers within 2 minutes. A little noisy due to the highway being very close and a traffic light 50 feet away, but its manageable. I would come back and stay again.

They were very accommodating. There were a few miscommunications but they resolved it professionally and efficiently.

My fiance & our French bulldog loved our stay here in Philly. The host was great and the space was beautiful. Great view & had what we needed. Walked to dinner & for coffee under a mile, it was refreshing. Even a comfortable bed which is always nice! The instructions for our stay & recommendations were on point.

Great time Negative: Only way to have a tv while relaxing in bed was to rearrange the living room and sleep on pull out couch

This was an extremely convenient place to stay in terms of easy to find, clear instructions, spaciousness and cleanliness. For some reason my Macbook was never able to connect with wifi (though my Android phone did it automatically) but that was a minor inconvenience. The luggage lockers in the lobby are an extremely useful and thoughtful amenity. I locked up my things, checked out, and went all over the city with my sister unencumbered. Fabulous.

5/5 service - very responsive team! Also very clean. The building is brand new, and check in and out experience was great. However, it is right by a very busy street and it was extremely noisy. We stayed over weekend so maybe it is a weekend thing. We could hear every brake, engine noise, honk, sirens very very well unfortunately. They offered ear plugs, but it wasn’t enough. We did not hear any noise from inside the building, so likely the windows are letting in all the noise. It was non stop honking (very aggressive drivers on weekends?!) and sirens from 8ish to almost midnight. But if you are not an early sleeper, likely this unit is great!

Easy to get to, it is right off the exit from the main highway. There is a great parking lot right next door. Space was clean and well furnished. Great stay.

I've stayed in Philly multiple times, but this was by far the best. Very easy walk to the Convention center and Reading Terminal. It was spacious, clean, well updated, and simply a pleasure to stay at. I'll definitely be back again soon!!

The apartment was beautiful and in a great location. There were a couple of issues with broken appliances, but they were quick to respond and offered to send maintenance right away. We had a guest from one floor up that needed help getting back into her suite, and customer service helped and solved it right away. We will definitely be back.
