Great place to stay would definitely come back

Great location, space was perfect, the price was right Positive: Clean space, nice layout. Perfect for 1-2 people. Negative: The door was on street level and the lock didn’t work well. It needs two magnets on top or bottom, you could pull the door almost all the way open even thought it was “locked”

not bad thankful it wasn't too hot outside since air conditioning didn't work parking was difficult with construction going on and parking lots were streets away because the recommended one doesnt accept suvs. overall clean and presentable.

Great place

Positive: The location was perfect for our stay. The apartment was cozy and had everything we needed. It was very comfortable Negative: The door creeped me out. It didn't feel like the lock was secure enough and there was no second layer so when people walked by you could see their silhouettes and hear them talking. There was also a blinking light in the door that would sometimes make noises? I wasn't sure what it was, it was definitely related to the lock system but that only made me more nervous/uncomfortable. Other than the door/security not feeling strong the stay was amazing.

Human-free hotel will lead to lots of oversight. Positive: Location was good. easy access. decent sized kitchen,. Negative: AC vent on my face. couldn't turn it off even when i turned off thermostat. Was cold outside and it annoyed the heck out of me. hot water was sub par. Felt sterile throughout.

Love staying here whenever I come back to the city. Location is wonderful, and the views from the rooftop are always spectacular. Such wonderful hosts, and cannot wait to be back!

Great Positive: Location

I enjoyed my stay and definitely would use again. Positive: It had a private access separate from the other apartments. The size was perfect and had all the amenities I needed. I thought the price was pretty good. It was cheaper and closer than the hotels. The apartment was very neat and clean. The bed was comfy too. There was a white noise machine and ear plugs provided for city noise. The location was a short walk to my office. Negative: I was unfamiliar with the parking situation. I’m not from the area and don’t know where to park so my car ended up being towed. It was totally my fault that I parked in a no parking zone. I didn’t see the sign because I arrived late and was unfamiliar with the area.

The place is great with a beautiful roof-top, but security could be improved. Positive: The place is really clean, which made for a pleasant stay. I appreciated having all the necessary supplies readily available; it really adds to the convenience. The code system for entry is fantastic,, no more fumbling for keys, which is a huge plus. One feature that would truly elevate the experience is the addition of a terrace. That would be a fantastic enhancement! Negative: Firstly, the main door leading to Suite 1 does not feel secure. I could hear the auto-lock mechanism, and it opens directly onto the street, which made me feel vulnerable during my stay. This lack of security seriously affected my peace of mind. Secondly, the window above the door is made of glass, allowing anyone from the front apartments to see directly into the living area. This lack of privacy detracted from my comfort, as I felt exposed while relaxing on the sofa. Additionally, noise from the street was quite noticeable, which further disrupted the atmosphere. These concerns regarding the low security of the door and the visibility from the window left me feeling uneasy, even with my people present around. I hope the management considers making improvements in these areas for future guests.

The noisy person living upstairs interfered with the stay. The host informed us that we were being noisy at around 11 pm so we turned off the tv. However, the person living upstairs had the music on until 5 am that was so loud that you could hear it even with the ear plugs on. I would not recommend staying here if you’re tying to rest. The apartment looked like the pictures including the rooftop. However, it could’ve been a bit cleaner. There’s stains in the restroom. Lastly, they offer you startup toiletries and towels.

Cool spot. I got the first floor suite which was cool. Positive: No breakfast. Negative: I liked everything.

Short stay in Philadelphia. Positive: Location was great. If you wanted to reach the city by foot it took about 30 minutes. Flat based in the old city with lots of historical buildings around.

Pretty neat place, will certainly consider staying again! As other reviewers mentioned, the living room door leads right to the street, so it doesn't feel very private, but the bedroom is separated from that by an extra wall so it's fine. Access to the rooftop is definitely one of the main reasons to stay here again for me personally.

Nice place. Great view of the city from the communal rooftop. Area is developing a lot. Good coffee spot around the corner and reasonable parking garage nearby.

Overall this was a tremendous place to stay. We came for the 4th of July with our dogs. Super convenient to let them out. Walkable of key historic sites. We even got to see fireworks from the roof top patio. Only negative was people kept thinking our location was an office for another residence so they would try to open our door day and night. Office staff appreciated the feedback and responded positively to our concerns. We’d definitely go back.

Positive: Location was good- in a quieter neighborhood. WiFi worked well. Bed was comfortable and bathroom/kitchen were nice and spacious. Water pressure was nice as well with shampoo/conditioner and body wash provided. Options for luggage storage outside of the room if needed which was also a plus. Was also provided with ear plugs/white noise machine and snacks/water at check in. Communication was timely and they took my feedback to make future stays even better. Negative: Booking had this filtered under parking available- it is very limited, time dependent street parking (max 2-3 hours depending on the street, M-F with variations on time frame), and I had to park in a nearby parking garage for $30/day. Unit 1 had a lot of the unit facing the street and/or sidewalk, allowing a lot of extra noise and noise from the wind with the door. Despite that, the street wasn’t super busy and ear plugs and a white noise machine were provided which was thoughtful and a good solution.

The unit is ground floor attached to street. There is a mechanical lock that every minute would unlock itself and could be opened from street. There is also a sliding door behind that curtain that someone outside in dark alleyway could walk up to and open easily. Very unsafe feeling unit. Would not stay with dogs since they can run right out or someone can get in very easy. We think they have beeen renting out with faulty lock for a while and nobody has noticed. We complained and after they said it’s normal they finally moved us after hours on phone. We’re moved then told we would have to move again in morning. Our entire nights plans were ruined. Now they refuse to refund our first night stay. Terrible hosts very unsafe room. Will never stay with them again.

Nice place, very clean and in a great location. Our issue was with the bag storage. If you’re coming in and need to store your bag prior to check-in or after checkout, don’t count on the lockers. All were full and we had to pay for the late check out Because we had no place to store our bags.

This was the cutest spot for us and our two small dogs. With it being on the first floor, we could easily walk out to the little park a block over. The neighborhood was so peaceful. The pictures dont do the airbnb justice with how cute the kitchen is! Obsessed with this spot & would absolutely book again!

I loved this little apartment! It was perfect for a weekend in Philadelphia! EXCELLENT! PROS -only a five-minute walk to the center of the city -quiet and peaceful neighborhood -clean, spotless, and exactly as pictured in the photos -great coffee/tea station in the kitchen with cream and sugar -great water pressure in the shower, water gets hot fast and stays hot -comfy bed -charger provided on nightstand CONS -no washcloths and only 1 bath towel per person so if you take multiple showers per day, you'll have to reuse a damp one -as other reviewers stated, the door is right on the street which feels a bit scary -also-just like another reviewer stated-someone showed up pulling on the door continuously around midnight while we were in the living room. The bottom of the door opened for the stranger, (just not the top where the lock is) which was frightening. It would feel safer with a deadbolt -luggage storage was full so we had to take our bag (not their fault) OVERALL GREAT STAY!

Exactly what I was looking for in beautiful Old City! Clean, easy to access, and walkable to everything.

I stayed in this unit for a week. Great location, very clean when I checked in. Only issue was since it's on the ground floor other guests staying upstairs would sometimes think my front door was the door to get into the building. On 2 occasions, people managed to punch in the code and enter the unit while I was inside. Other than that, I had a great stay.

This place is added to my favorites! Close to every and a safe location. My only thing is please be mindful it’s a first floor unit. The door has a commercial sensor locking system. So no way to actually dead bolt the door.

Happy customer Positive: I have an excellent stay.The place is clean, comfortable, and quiet. The location is convenient and central to most places. The staff was very responsive when you needed assistance even on a weekend. 👍 Negative: The price was a bit pricey but worth it. We stayed at unit 1, which is at the corner of the building with a different entrance and access code. Thank God the staff was very responsive with my phone inquiry on a Friday evening to explain how to get to unit 1.

Jean was so helpful, we needed to extend our stay and everything went very smoothly. The place is beautiful. Spacious everything was great! I would love to come back. The kitchen gorgeous. The bathroom is big and roomy. Very easy to communicate, responds so quickly. A++we appreciate you hosting my family! Thank you!

Great place to stay,close to activities, and great communication with the owner

We had some minor issues checking in due to some problems with our initial unit outside of Jeans control. He was extremely responsive and was able to get us into another unit in an even better location for our inconveniences. Even though we were slightly inconvenienced, Jeans communication and ability to resolve the situation quickly should be the pinnacle of customer service! With all the being said…. The stay was fantastic, location really couldn’t be better, and everything was truly exceptional. Highly recommend!!!

My stay was great! When i arrived, i could not locate the unit (located outside the building), which was a little confusing. The management were helpful and responsive. Once I found it, I was welcomed to an airy space. The place was beautiful, clean, and spacious. There were plenty of things to do around the area. I was also allowed to bring my dogs which I am appreciative. I would definitely recommend to all my friends and family. Thank you!
