This place was perfect for my family and I. The location was perfect as well. Everything we needed was within a 10 minute commute. The host were very responsive and the made the check in/ out process a breeze. I will definitely book again!

Great place. Felt safe and welcomed. Easy self check in and check out. Quiet and private. Enough space for our family of six. The kids enjoyed the clean private pool. There was normal wear and tear on some furniture, which they are working on updating. Also a tip for new visitors: bring your own washcloths as the hosts mention they do not provide due to sanitary reasons. Not a big deal but something to note if you’re planning to book. Otherwise, we enjoyed Mark and Lindsey’s home.

This was my first time staying at an Airbnb, this experience was great. The hosts were very nice and attentive, their place was very beautiful, quiet and peaceful. The whole family enjoyed themselves.

Brilliant...but a few things could've been better Positive: The property location was fantastic. Only 45 mins drive to the airport and most of the major theme parks. We could enjoy full days out without a long drive home at the end of the day. The resort facilities were absolutely brilliant. The pools and terraces were immaculate, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. For us, it was great that the pools were fully accessible for all members of our family. This meant that we could all enjoy them together. Negative: Initial emailed payment links for the security deposit, caused us so much stress and anxiety as we arrived in Orlando. We had a frustrating time trying to reach staff in the office to explain that the links would not work. When we did get a response, it was to tell us that we could not have access to the property without the payment being made. We tried using several links to make the payment, without success. We were left sitting at the airport, with a young child, feeling utterly distraught. We had to arrange our own hotel for the night as we were exhausted from travelling. When we got to the hotel and checked-in, we finally had a response from the team, to say that we could have access to the property as long as we paid the deposit the next morning!! As we were local, we decided we would head to the property, to save unpacking at the hotel. Once we eventually arrived at the house, the access was slick and we could finally relax. It was a very, very stressful time though and we were so disappointed to have to have dealt with that situation on our first evening. We had several issues whilst staying at the property. The first was the kettle breaking. Not a big deal but it took 2 days for a replacement to be provided. The biggest issue was with two blocked toilets on the ground floor. There was raw sewerage flowing back into the property. To be fair the maintenance team were quick to attend and they resolved the issue by the end of the day. There was the offer for us to change property if needed but thankfully it didn't come to that. The cooker worked the first couple ot times that we used it but towards he en of our holiday it was showing an error message, so we couldn't use it. Our little girl was disappointed that she couldn't sleep in the "Minions" bedroom as the bunk bed was not usable. The whole structure was loose and wobbly and felt like it could collapse. Not ideal for a child's room. The pool in the garden was lovely.

We had a great time staying here! The house had everything we needed including a safety gate for the pool! The hosts were also very responsive and kind.

All was good. The only thing was the pool was smaller than expected and not enough light for an evening swim.

Amazing place. Close to everything, traffic wasn’t that bad, pool was perfect. And good for big groups of people everyone was comfortable and the beds are comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing trip, and the location was perfect for visiting the Orlando attractions while still being in a quiet neighborhood. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out incredibly easy. We truly felt at home during our stay and appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Orlando!

I had great stay, and will definitely be back

Was told 2 different addresses before getting the correct one. I called to get the correct address and they still gave us the wrong address. We had assumed since they gave us this address after the first one was incorrect, this was where we were staying. nope! people were already staying there! tried to call to see what our address is now that this was also incorrect, no answer 2 times. after finally getting to the correct address, the house seemed fine, but we later found blood stains on the sheets of 2 of the beds i messaged to have a cleaner come out to change the sheets and they did send someone, but they only changed the sheets on 1 bed after we had explained to them that we were questioning if any of the sheets had been changed or washed because of this. we left a voicemail for them as well explaining we were unsatisfied with our stay so far and no one ever called back. i typically don’t leave bad reviews but thought people should be aware of this experience and not go through it

Mark, Lindsey and Alfredo are wonderful hosts. House was great, great location. The only thing that didn’t meet our expectations was the pool not being heated. We were charged in advance for heating the pool.

Bery happy with everything

More towels , pots pans , and other needed households could have been provided /included . If we paid for the speed we should hav access to everything without hidden fees ,. Place could have been a tad more clean

When we first arrived, the house was very nice, well set up, and exactly as it appeared in the listing. Everything seemed clean and comfortable, and we were happy with the space initially. Unfortunately, on the third night of our stay we discovered a serious cockroach problem throughout the property. We saw multiple cockroaches, which made us extremely uncomfortable and concerned about cleanliness and hygiene. Because of this situation, we felt we had no choice but to leave the property earlier than expected. Had it not been for this issue, the stay would have been enjoyable. While the house itself has potential and could be a great place to stay, it should not be listed for guests until professional pest control resolves this issue completely

Sin dudas volveria a alquilar, la pasamos muy bien, es una casa muy comoda Positive: La casa es espectacular, muy comoda, todo grande, en perfecto estado de limpieza y conservacion. Todo funcionando sin problemas. La ubicacion esta muy bien, cerca de todo excepto de universal.. ahi es un tramo un poquito mas largo pero nada preocupante (en promedio 40 minutos). El barrio cuenta con servicios cruzando la calle los cuales estan muy bien, aunque nosotros practicamente no los usamos. Negative: Solo dos cositas que son un detalle pero estaria muy bien poder mejorar. El anfitrion siempre respondio en un tiempo razonable pero solo nos confirmaron el codigo de acceso 1 hora antes del check in. Si bien no es un problema, para quienes viajamos desde tan lejos nos hubiese gustado tener la confirmacion un poco antes para estar tranquilos. Lo otro, la casa no cuenta con parrilla/barbacoa, ni siquiera a pedido y abonando el costo adicional que corresponda. Quizas sea algo muy bueno que el anfitrion en el futuro otorgue la opcion de poder facilitar el alquiler.

Great location clean house just needs attention Positive: Fantastic response from host. Upstairs was fabulous very comfortable bed and very clean Negative: The outside furniture was dirty and had seen better days the 2 x metal sunbeds had no cushions to lie on. There was no safe !! A must when renting. We encountered cockroaches every single day although the host did send somebody out they were never eradicated. The doors leading out to the pool opened even when locked and with no safe We had to carry our passports and cards with us at all times. The living room sofa was not the same as in the advertisement and was extremely uncomfortable.

Worst place I’ve stayed. The 2nd night we found cockroaches. The baby cockroaches so you know that means there is an infestation somewhere. Pest control came and tried to resolve the issue and they turned up the next day again. Supposedly the house was suppose to be sprayed and was not. Bring your own sheets. Very cheap on refund. It not even close to what we spent for a new place and inconvenience of it all.

Unfortunately, this was my worst experience in an airbnb that I can remember in an airbnb. Check in was good and they even allowed us to check in early, but from the moment we got to the house we got a feeling that it's being managed in the worst of ways. 1 - no extra blankets, no extra towels, no coffee 2 - a lot of fire-ants in the outdoors area, I was bitten by some 3 - broken and dangerous bunk bed. I have a video to show how it was 4 - cockroaches in the kitchen. 5 - all the things that they left - ranging from the paper towel to the toiletteres were clearly of very low quality. In sum, I believe that those who manage this property don't do a good job managing. We could not wait to leave the house

We have stayed at quite a few airbnb's now all around, and I have to say that this place was exactly as the pictures show. Everything was very clean. The place was very, very spacious for a townhouse. Pool was clean, and everything else was as described. I would without a doubt recommend this place to anyone visiting Orlando.
