The family and I love this place. It was everything we need and the host was great!

Very clean, ideal location, neighborhood clean and great view. Positive: The space, the decor in each room. There was space for each family member to feel comfortable. Negative: One of the bedrooms the furniture made it difficult to move around comfortably.

Overall, it was a good stay. Positive: I liked the kids room. Negative: Hot tub kept going empty and making a weird noise. Were a few things broken.

We directly felt at home. The whole family including the kids (two 2-year olds, a 6-year old and a 12-year old) loved the pool, SPA and the nice and comfy bedrooms. The place was very clean and had all we needed for our stay, especially the kitchen. We loved that they also had extra towels and toilet paper which we didn’t expect. The location was great for visiting Disney. Prior to the check-in, Olga and Chris reached out proactively and provided all information we needed; the same with the check-out. They were very kind and reacted directly to all of our requests (for example, as we arrived, both Pool and SPA were well heated as we had requested and it was a pleasure to use the SPA after a long walk in the theme parks). Thank you so much, we can definitely recommend this place!

We loved this house! Beautiful kitchen and area for our big family (11 in total). Kids spent most hours (7am bright and early) at the pool or the club house pool. Pool w/ heat was worth the price! Water temp about 80-90’s (end of nov) and our family loved it! We rented this place last min when our other place wasn’t working out. They replied quickly with question and were flexible about letting us book an hour before arrival on holiday week! Great host and place to stay! Club house pool and water park was an extra fun bonus! Thank you again!!

Traveling from out of town the original house had more bed we were supposed to get and they told me they transferred my house to another house because of some problem and it had the same everything come to find out it was less beds and everything people had to sleep on the couch and floor didn’t get consider or anything for that for the pool they talking about oh we supposed to let them know 24 hours to heat the water how that’s possible like how we knew the water was going be cold then it was just a mess for my daughter birthday if I knew I wouldn’t book with this company other company I booked with in the past if we said we wanted it hot sent somebody within that day this new royal this company had is dumb and nothing was accommodating that they gave us less bed

Overall, we had a great time in this home, it was beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable, and it was clean. Positive: This home was spacious, in a safe location, and has clean and comfortable beds in all rooms. My daughter loved the princess bedroom! The boys enjoyed the Star Wars theme room as well! It’s 10-15 mins away from the grocery store as well. Negative: There were no washcloths available. I had to make a trip to Walmart to purchase some. The ice maker on the refrigerator was inoperable. There is a fee for the pool to be heated, which for the price it should be included and optional.

I’d just like to say our vacation here has been very enjoyable , from the space being enough to accommodate our family t Positive: The house was a very spacious fit for the amount of ppl we brought plenty of things todo ! It was very clean welcoming overall comfortable. Negative: The red ants were kinda a pain but it’s Florida I kinda figured they maybe.

If you’re looking for a fun, clean, beautiful place to stay with family this is the place for you. The entire home is clean, beautiful and well kept. The kids had a wonderful time and enjoyed the themed rooms. The pool and hot tub were emulate and felt amazing. The screened in back porch was comfortable and amazing against the bugs and animals. The host was super helpful and accommodating of all our needs. 10/10 highly recommend and will be back for another stay.

THE STAY AT OLGA AND CHRIS'S PLACE WAS GREAT. MY FAMILY OF 7 WERE ABLE TO STAY COMFORTABLY. THIS HOUSE IS PERFECT IF YOU HAVE A BIG FAMILY AND WANT EVERYONE TO BE COMFORTABLE IN THEIR OWN SPACE. IT WAS CLEAN AND CONVENIENT TO LOCAL STORES/SHOPPING. IT WAS ALSO CLOSE TO NEAR ATTRACTIONS. THE HOSTS WERE SWEET AND EASY TO ACCESS IF I NEEDED ANYTHING. I DEFINITELY LOOK FORWARD TO STAYING HERE AGAIN.

Olga & Chris’s home was fabulous for our family of 9 adults & 4 kids (5 months to 4 yrs old). Lots of space to be together in the kitchen, dining room, & living room. Plus bedrooms for each family unit with extra space for kiddos to nap & sleep. Pool & hot tub were well heated.

The house was amazing, most importantly the kids loved it. Will definitely recommend Olga & Chris to friends and family.

The Airbnb was just as pictured and described. It was very spacious for our group of 13 people. We were impressed with the cleanliness and amenities provided. Olga and Chris were friendly and helpful from start to finish and provided prompt replies to all our inquiries. My family really enjoyed the private pool and the pool at the clubhouse. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at the Airbnb and would not hesitate to book again.

One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at! My family of 8 stayed for 6 days and were beyond comfortable. It’s Sooo much space! I’ve never see an island that long. All 5 of the kids fit comfortably with an extra seat. Super comfortable beds! Host was very responsive and handled every concern(there weren’t many) promptly! Neighborhood is very nice, the kids loved the pool, The adults loved the Hot Tub! Target, Walmart & multiple Publix within 5 miles. STAY HERE!!

Overall we enjoyed the house. Beautiful layout and very spacious. I would definitely book again. Positive: The property was very spacious to accommodate our group, well decorated, and for a great price. Negative: Unfortunately we killed a few roaches in the kitchen area.

The house is very clean and pleasantly decorated. The kitchen has plenty of tableware for our big group. They responded quickly to our issues with WiFi.connection. Without wifi, most of our phones did not work inside the house so we had to step outside to use the phone until we got the wifi connection established. A clearer instruction was all that was needed to fix it. We stay at various properties in the area for business meetings and this property stood out as the one we would like to use more in the future due to our overall positive experience and quick response from Chris and Olga.

Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, making the experience even more enjoyable. The host was responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions. Overall, our stay was exceptional. We enjoyed our couple’s holiday! The host provided a welcome basket with treats and was very accessible. They called to check in with us on the second day to ensure we were satisfied. Overall, we liked the property. One small thing is that the queen bedroom does not have a closet. Our group (5 couples) travel together frequently and it was a pleasure to have enough space for everyone to fit comfortably.

We arrived to dirty pillows, sheets, and comforters with tons of hairs, pee/blood stains. The house also hadn’t been swept, vacuumed or mopped so there was stuff all over the floors. Also, the towels had a bunch of stains and body hair (gross). We told the host and she was unresponsive so we had to stay up until 4am the first night trying to clean our sheets. It wasn’t until air b and b got involved that she gave us sheets and towels that were still dirty. She claimed the cleaning staff came and cleaned but it was clear they did a rushed job again. Ruined our whole vacation schedule and the host didn’t seem to be apologetic about it. We paid to have the pool heated and when we used it there were fire ants everywhere and my grandparents are extremely allergic. No Netflix and 2 less baths than advertised. Lastly, when we left the hosts were waiting outside in their vehicles, 30 min before checkout, staring us down. Didn’t say hi or sorry it was weird and intimidating.

we rented this property for our team while attending a conference at the Gaylord Palms and conducted internal training for 5 people prior to the conference in the greatroom. the house was exactly what needed with a king bedroom for each person, laundry, large kitchen and bathroom for each person. the kids bedrooms be perfect for little ones and are adorable. hosts are very responsive. only complaint that traffic is very heavy near there and everything is at least 25 minutes drive, but that is not Olga and Chris' fault.

Our stay was alright. The house was clean, easy to find, and check-in was simple. The only complaint is the unexpected fees for heating the pool and jacuzzi. They ask you to let them know before you even arrive, without being able to check if the water temperature is good or not. Also, as an Airbnb loyal customer, this is the only house I’ve stayed in that didn’t provide any basic condiments—no coffee, sugar, or even salt. I asked before arriving and they said they do provide them, but we didn’t find any and had to make another trip to the store. The playroom is very small, and one of the air hockey tables didn’t work. I gave 4 stars mainly because the host was very responsive.

Nice location management was responsive. Don’t count on hot tub. Positive: Location Negative: Hot tub jets didn’t work. Heater only to 95 degrees. Toilet issues. Dishwasher didn’t clean dishes. Roaches in the house.

The stay was overall good. We did encounter some flaws but we would definitely recommend it. Negative: The tv broke off of the mount while we were watching it in the living room. The kitchen had cockroaches so our food got filled with them. Upstairs floor made a lot of noise when walking on it .

Pero lo PEOR FUERON LAS CUCARACHAS EN LA COCINA Y NO DIERON SOLUCIÓN. Además llegaron unos paquetes de amazon el día que nos fuimos y han pasado 4 días y hasta ahora no me pueden responder de que fue de estos paquetes . Muy mal servicio . It had cockroaches, the house was worn out and with several things that didn't work like some plugs, lights, some accessories were falling down like the towel hangers. But the WORST WERE THE COCKROACHES IN THE KITCHEN AND THEY GAVE NO SOLUTION. Additionally, some packages arrived from Amazon the day we left and 4 days have passed and until now they cannot answer me what these packages were about. Very bad service.

Roaches, broken bed, hard mattresses, and A/C barely works. Negative: The floors were dirty and the property had roaches. We also paid daily add-on fees for a hot tub that didn't exist.

The house was prefect. I dont think that they should charge for heating the hot tub. Positive: Very spacious, clean, nice location Negative: The refrigerator was not working properly and some of our food had to be thrown away and maintenance tried to fix it but couldn’t. I was not given any money back for the items that I had to throw away we had to use cooler to keep our food cool

Bizarre parking situation, they make you feel like you can’t park on the street but you 💯 % can with a parking pass from the club house, but won’t tell you that for some reason. Beds falling apart and cheap sheets, won’t stay on mattress. Kitchen has barely any cooking utensils and cookware is cheap as can be, poor quality. Not enough garbage bags to use for our stay and bizarre rules about that too. Had to pay $70 extra to heat the pool for a day and I inquired to make sure it would be heated and hot by the time we arrived they said yes but it never got hot out entire stay. Totally unfair but they didn’t offer to refund our $$ for this inconvenience. Also have you pay $70 to use a grill one time! Living space small, not Great for large groups, game room super lame, it’s in the garage, no ventilation. We’ve been to many other homes in Orlando and this is not one we recommend unfortunately.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in the Orlando area! The host was extremely accommodating and made sure my stay was comfortable from start to finish. The house itself was beautiful and immaculate, with modern decor and all the necessary amenities. I especially loved the fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to cook meals during my stay. The location was also ideal, with easy access to all the major attractions and plenty of nearby dining and shopping options. Throughout my stay, the host was always available to answer any questions I had and provided great recommendations for local activities. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the Orlando area. I will be back soon!

Only problem was didn’t have wash clothes and didn’t know they didn’t provide them I think that is something you should put to let the guests know. Very beautiful place and will return again

Great resort area. Close to everything + a short 25 min drive to Disney parks. The little pool/hot tub was a nice touch. There were only 4 of us but property would be very spacious for a large group. Well decorated + clean…except for the towels—a couple stained and a couple had small black hairs on them. (We didn’t use them.) Our contact was very responsive, professional, and friendly—really pleased with her communication! Only downside: We were not able to get the pool/hot tub heated. Unfortunately, this was one of the main reasons we picked this place over others. Listing did not mention any requirements/prerequisites to having heat. Even after I receiving a message asking if we wanted heated p/ht and replying “yes”, request could not be granted. Later told that advanced 2day notice was required + a min. of 3 nights stay—We stayed for 4 nights but still could not get heat. Hopefully, listing will be updated to reflect these conditions/prerequisites. Other than that, good stay!

Negative: There is only parking for 2 cars in the driveway. The clubhouse where we were told to park additional cars was hard to find and too far away from the property.

Overall I really enjoyed staying here. They were very responsive to whatever questions I had and checked in throughout our stay.

Positive: The property inside was very nice, beautiful and spacious. Great location, close to Disney and Margaritaville. Negative: At night, the pool area didnt have any lights, their was a few broken furniture and the TV downstairs in the living room didnt work at all during our trip.

This home is a hidden gem!! Everything was perfect! They have a private within the home and also another pool area on the resort! The is a Dj and bar. The bar serves food and drinks! It was enough to accommodate everyone. You won’t be disappointed!
