Joan was a pleasure to host This property is the perfect place to stay at AMI. The location is amazing! This is the ideal place to go relax. I especially liked the fact that we had beach chairs and towels available on the property to take to the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

Melissa was a pleasure to host! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would consider coming back. It was a really great location right above Pizza Social. We were able to easily golf cart to the beach access and restaurants. It also supplied beach chairs and a cart to transport chairs and beach stuff to the beach. There is a place right beside that rents anything else you may need. We love AMI and how you can golf cart everywhere. The hosts were communicative and helpful. The pool area was super nice and perfect for practicing your putting game and watching some football. We would recommend staying here if you are wanting to be in the heart of AMI!

Jessica, was a pleasure to host! We had a wonderful stay in this cottage. The location is amazing- right on Pine Avenue with a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. Even though it was on Pine, it was quiet and private. The hosts were very responsive. We hope to visit again!

We have LOVED this place! Three of us came down to work remotely and play and it’s been perfect! Great outdoor and indoor furniture and spaces for working and reading, relaxing. It’s a PERFECT location right on Pine Ave with all the shops and restaurants but surprisingly quiet and private - from the living space you’d never know you were on the Main Street. Just a few blocks to the beach and the Sandbar Restaurant. Also not far from the pier and farmers market on Tuesdays. The management company was quick to reply with the few questions we had and were accommodating to our check in and out needs. All in all I’d give it a 10 star review if I could. We will definitely be back!
