The hosts were very responsive and helpful with whatever questions/concerns we had. I recommend this place to others!

However, there was an awful rotten smell odor coming from the water. We called the property multiple times and was told “it was safe to use”. Which was an insane thing to say when the price was so expensive but we couldn’t shower because of the odor. The people who we spoke with seemed like they spoke of a script and had no idea what was going on. They were little help. Maintenance did come by and they stated the issue was fixed, however it was not. We just dealt with the issue because of the lack of help. The house should have been properly checked out before allowing a group to check in. Also, there was no check out instructions on the Airbnb app. I found them a day later after check out in my spam email. We did have a good time despite the smell. I wouldn’t recommend this company though. It felt incredibly corporate.

Did not work when we tried to wash dishes. - Several lights didn’t work. Upstairs bedroom lamps and little cub house lights. We tried putting batteries in and they still did not work. Fan in the living room. - Upstairs TVs would not connect and could not be used - Fireplace in the upstairs bedroom didn’t come on - Kitchen stove - doesn’t cook evenly. High flames on top, oven needs to be temperature calibrated. Over cooks foods quickly and cooks unevenly Would have been nice - - Vacuum would have been nice - No pot holders or extra dish towels available to guests in the kitchen - No mirrors upstairs with exception of the bathroom. Praises - great stock of dishes and kitchen amenities - Sufficient towels and blankets for bathrooms and bedrooms - clean upon arrival - Well decorated - Downstairs was well done with plenty of entertainment. Kept all the kids busy when we were at the cabin. -

We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! Our stay at Eden Crest Vacation Rentals was great. We really enjoyed the roads leading up to the property felt like a roller coaster. The kids got a chance to see the lizards basking, they loved the fire pit and provided games/ mini arcade. The location was only 20min from the main attraction. All in all this was a great experience for the whole family thanks to Eden Crest, will definitely recommend and plan another trip back.

We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! Loved this cabin! Best one in the area for a large family. My toddler enjoyed all the space and kid areas. I enjoyed the master bathroom and shower. It was perfect and so relaxing. We loved the house and decor. The movie room was a nice touch to the house. I wish there was a baby gate to keep my toddler away from the stairs but it was fine. I also found myself wishing there was a broom to spot clean. The road the cabin sits on is steep but our car handled it fine. Be cautious if your car is not good on inclined roads. We saw one car struggle to get up the road in the rain and some door dash drivers find the back road difficult to navigate. If you stay here, do not use the back road it is difficult to drive on. Overall this cabin was so beautiful and we enjoyed our stay.

Description fit the house very well.

The cabin was absolutely stunning, clean and well stocked. The host checked in which was a nice touch. They had everything we could have possibly wanted in a vacation rental. The price was well worth it.

We were a group of 6 with children of various ages and the home had something for everyone. The location was quiet and peaceful, but fair warning on the steep grade of the street the home is located on. We did not encounter any issues (which was great), but still received a courtesy check-in to make sure we were all set for our visit.

We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! Had a great time staying at the cabin and the group we had with us were impressed by how nice the place was. From the host side, it would have been nice to have the hot tub filled prior to our visit but after messaging the host the maintenance team stopped by in the morning to fill it up. Also, as noted in other reviews, the water had a significant sulfur smell as is typical with well water. Requested ahead of time that the water be treated (greatly reduces the sulfur smell) and was assured that it was, but after arriving it was apparent that it was not. However, after messaging the host the maintenance team treated it first thing in the morning. One very important thing to note for others who plan on staying here: while driving to the cabin Google maps will direct you to drive down Nichols Branch Way to turn onto Memory Way. These are gravel roads that have large ditches that most cars will get stuck in. Take Foxwell Way to get on Memory way as these are paved roads.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience with just a couple of minor issues. The cabin exceeded my expectations in many ways. The beds were incredibly comfortable - I slept better than I have in months! The location offers absolutely beautiful views that made every moment relaxing and peaceful. The setting is perfect for a getaway, and I found myself spending hours just enjoying the scenery. The half bathroom was out of order during my stay, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, I think the property listing could benefit from a more detailed description of the cabin's features and amenities to help future guests know exactly what to expect. Despite these minor issues, I would absolutely recommend this property. The comfort, views, and overall experience made for a memorable stay. The positives far outweigh the negatives, and I'm already considering booking again for my next getaway. Great property!

We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! The house is great, we were a group of 15 (mostly seniors not so agile) and 4 youngsters. Rooms were great and comfortable. Surroundings were very nice and the road was ok (follow the instructions given) It was clean and had plenty of amenities for everyone. The renovations were lovely. My only concern was the water, it was very stinky the first two days, specially the hot water. I called Eden Crest and Joshua attended me very nice and understanding. We even considered to leave the place earlier if the water didn’t get better. A toilet downstairs was leaking too. Joshua told me maintenance will be passing. The next day, I called to ask when to expect the maintenance and the lady who answered was very rude. We know it was well water, but we also know there’s a mantainance that can be done so it would not stink so bad. No one came, we shut off the leaking toilet and dried the floor. We recommend taking more water than just for drinking. Some of us got sick. Don’t use the ice.

We saw so much nature, many bird species, rabbits, squirrels, a black bear, and even box turtles came out when it rained! My kids experienced lightning bugs and the fun of catching and releasing them for the first time. My family traveled from many places in the US and all got so much quality time visiting! The personal touches stand out in the design of all the rooms. The beds and couch are so comfortable! The location is perfect for all activities. I would stay there again, hands down. Pictures don’t do justice the place is remodeled and very inviting any problems call the number and they will send someone even for well water smell! Everything exceeded my expectations 10/10 we had 17 in cabin easily slept them and comfortable. The description is Right on to the T

Driveway and Rd leading to cabin is washed out and requires a 4x4 truck to get to . it would have been helpful to know this prior so i could have told all our guest not to drive their cars ! . Cabin accommodates 20+ people but listing failed to mention only 4 parking spaces. No floor plan was available . Live and dead lady bugs all throughout cabin . We was holding a company retreat . We had people coming from 6 hours away and wanted to check in 1 hour early to decorate for Christmas. they told us they would contact us as soon as the cleaners left. the cleaners left at 2 (I was outside) I messaged eden crest and they told me still wasn't ready . waited there till normal check in at 4 , then they gave me the ok , didn't seem to be considerate of us wanting to decorate before our employees arrived . No attraction tickets was received. Even when I inquired about the tickets they couldn't answer general questions . There wasn't general household cleaning items (garbage bags washing powder)

I had only one concern during the trip was the odor from the water. Odor was from the water being well water. Wish that was listed in the description. Also there was some parts that was dusty like the light fixtures. Overall I enjoyed the house. The kids love the movie theater room. Enjoyed the outdoor view. Beds were comfortable.

We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! beautiful location, but it is hard to get access to the cabin. The main access has a very steep hill (our van could go down but never go up ), we have to use the alternative option, which was a stree hard to get. A 4x4 is needed. Cabin is very nice but needs some care. There is a lot of space and lots of cozy blankets. Beautiful views and great location. overall, a great adventure vacation.

It has been the best one we’ve stayed at that is able to accommodate such a large group. The driveway did make us a little nervous, but that’s part of the experience. We will definitely be returning for a longer stay in the future.

I do not recommend the cabin, it is nothing like what is in the photos, the furniture such as beds and bathrooms need maintenance, when you arrive you find a totally dirty exterior and used sheets.. The hot water does not work for the number of people who rent the cabin. cabin ..! the owner never answers and doesn't help you either!!!

We hope to have the opportunity to host your next visit to our area! very spacious. the area is hard to get to with the steep hills. also one rd into the place is a dirt drive that has alot of pot holes. we were unable to bring our vehicle that way and had to go an alternate route. the home does not have any "spices" in the kitchen- so make sure you bring everything. beautiful area

We had a large group for Thanksgiving and the cabin accommodated everyone. The main level and kitchen area made it easy to prepare and serve meals. We were able to find lots of cookware including a stock pot for chili! The location was private and quiet as well. Lots of parking (we had 4 club cab trucks and 3 SUVs). When we had an issue with the Roku, a service tech was sent to us within the hour. All in all, the cabin was convenient and comfortable. It could use some additional maintenance and updating, but we enjoyed ourselves.
