Smoky Retreat — Guest Reviews

Thank you for your recent stay with us. We hope that your guest experience was a wonderful one and that all your expectations were exceeded. We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! No view of the mountains! I understand that maybe during fall or early spring you can see thru the trees, but the picture leads you to book it based on the view. Should be taken down because it’s misleading. There was coffee that was provided for the coffee maker but no filter- pointless. The property personal responded with they don’t provide it. Why provide coffee that you can’t make ?! Otherwise it’s a really nice property and very good TN vibes!

Thank you for your recent stay with us. We hope that your guest experience was a wonderful one and that all your expectations were exceeded. We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! Misleading photos. Very inaccurate marketing. The pictures of the views are clearly from 3-5 years ago when the trees on the property hadn’t grown yet. There is virtually NO view of the mountains. If you’re looking a cabin with a view of the mountains… this is not it. The bedrooms and house were fine inside

We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! I recently stayed at Eden Crest Cabins, and it was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable experiences I’ve had in a long time! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The cabin was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, blending modern amenities with rustic charm. The views were absolutely stunning—we had an incredible vantage point of the mountains right from the deck. The hot tub was a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring, and the fully-equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals and enjoy quality time with family.
