Our family had an amazing stay! The house was exactly what we needed to accommodate our blended family, with plenty of space for toddlers, teenagers, and adults to spread out comfortably. Everyone had room to relax, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and so peaceful. We immediately felt at home from the moment we arrived. Hannah was one of the best Airbnb hosts we’ve ever booked with. She was incredibly proactive, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. As an added bonus, we even had a bear stop by to stroll the property at the end of the week, which was a fun and memorable experience! If we find ourselves back in the area (and we’re confident we will), Hannah’s properties will be the first place we check for availability. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed here with our two grown children, their spouses and our two young granddaughters. The home was perfect for us to have spaces to be together as well as for each family to have their own space within the house. The home was clean and well stocked upon our arrival. Hannah was very prompt in responding to the few hiccups we had during our stay. The hot tub needed maintenance while we were there and it was taken care of within a few hours. We also lost power during a thunderstorm when a tree fell on a power line. I contacted Hannah and she kindly set the repair in motion and checked on us through the evening until the power was restored. Thankfully, the whole house generator kept us comfortable and provided for all our needs throughout the power outage. We were fortunate to see a bobcat and a black bear on the property! It was one of the highlights of our trip.

Great location! It is peaceful and secluded yet close to everything. The only downfall to this place is the driveway. It is very steep with some sharp turns and loose concrete. Host was very responsive with communication. We would definitely stay here again.

The home was just as beautiful in person as in the pictures. My family had a great time!

Our group of 7 adults, 2 kids, and the dog thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Plenty of space for us all to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved the extra mini fridge and wine fridge as well. Slow mornings with coffee and a view combined with relaxing evenings around the fire and hot tub were just what we needed in between busy days taking in all that the area has to offer.

We had a great stay at Serenity Lodge! The home was very clean, and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Our kids especially loved the activities—there was a cute relaxation room with wooden toys, arcade games, putt putt, and a spacious, clean hot tub. We had perfect weather during our stay; otherwise, the driveway might be a bit tricky even with 4WD. We really enjoyed the peaceful outdoor spaces—almost every room had access to a balcony or deck. The grill initially wasn’t working, but Hannah responded quickly and resolved it. The location was perfect, right between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Easy access to almost every activity. Overall, a wonderful experience—we’d definitely stay again!

We got snowed in at the cabin with no way to get out and Hannah was proactive and ready to help however possible. What could have been a more stressful situation was made better with the responsiveness, and she put our mind at peace. Our stay was an unforgettable one to say the least! She made our experience the very best and we will remember our weekend at the cabin fondly, despite the circumstances. We hope to be back next year!!

We used this property as a retreat cabin, it had everything and more for the retreat. Plenty of space and bonding games to play and the mini golf course and bowling pins were a hit with our group along with the firepit for s’mores! If your looking for a retreat space or just a cabin with lots of room for group and lots to do on property you have found it!

We had a wonderful relaxing time in this beautiful home! The kitchen was well appointed, the beds were SUPER comfortable, and the host was very friendly and responsive when we had questions! The home is located VERYclose to local attractions, restaurants and groceries, but up high enough to feel secluded if you want to be! Highly recommend! Would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for 4 couples, very comfortable. Made dinner every night in a well equipped kitchen. Home is in private setting but 6 miles and you are in the heart of everything! Hannah was 5 star commicating from the time I made the reservation to this mornings checkout! Absolutely recommend!

The host Hannah was very responsive and proactive, making check-in and check-out very smooth. The cabin is stunning and well equipped. Lots of dishes, toiletries, and appliances. It is accommodating for a large party. The decor is stunning and very well thought out. Love it!!! Had an amazing time.

Our two families (5 adults and 3 children ages 8-17) had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cabin. The location is perfect - secluded and peaceful with stunning natural surroundings that provided the ideal escape we were looking for. The cabin itself is impressively spacious, offering plenty of room both indoors and out for our group of 9. The kids were thrilled with the outdoor mini-golf setup, and we made great use of the jacuzzi throughout our stay. What truly sets this property apart is how exceptionally well-equipped it is. I've never stayed anywhere so thoroughly stocked - from toiletries and cleaning supplies to dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, and everything in between. It felt like the hosts anticipated every possible need, making our stay completely hassle-free. We would absolutely return to this property on future visits to the area. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a peaceful, well-appointed retreat!

Everything was absolutely perfect! Home was warm and inviting, gorgeous cabin decor. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, multiple bathrooms with nice sized showers a definite plus as well. Picturesque setting, very peaceful and relaxing place to unwind after spending time in Gatlinburg and Smoky Mountains. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay. Definitely keep in mind that there are some steeper mountain roads leading to property itself for anyone not used to driving in mountain regions. Great vacation memories!

Beautiful Cabin and views. Great location. Amazing experience. My family loved it specially my kids. Hannah was very helpful. The cleaner missed a couple of spots, but it was quickly resolved. The place is pretty big. The town is nearby. I Highly recommend this cabin.

Positive: The place was beautiful! My family definitely enjoyed it! 😀 Host was great as well! Negative: The firepit didn't work, downstairs bathroom water wasnt hot, and I had to set up all the tvs. Which was not too fun! Haha but Overall a great experience
