We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! The WiFi was terrible! It didn't work in half the house the chair in the living room was falling apart. The upstairs bathroom shower leaked down to the fort floor. 2 of the wall TV's didn't work. A board on the deck broke when walked on and was rotting. However they fixed the problem very quickly.

Multiple things were wrong cabinet was falling off wall tvs werent working internet was spotty Leak in bathroom floor that leaks to bottom floor bathroom.

Their ages are 1,3,8,and 9 so this papa dealt with the stair in exchange for the smiles on those little faces.

Everything was great, except in one of the bathrooms Hot water missing and the maintenance person visited and mentioned plumber will visit, but there was no show up and it was out check out time after 5 days! But rest of all was truly grate and very responsive.

Thank you for staying with Eden Crest. We hope to see you again soon! The best airbnb I've ever stayed at! They were super accommodating for our group. The hot tub and pool table were a hit amongst our group. Would highly recommend anyone traveling to the Smokies to reserve this cabin.

As in how many bedrooms have bathrooms included and where are locations of bathrooms in regard to locations of bedrooms. I received no check out instructions. Water pressure was terrible.

The resort was nice overall, but we had a lot of issues with our cabin that the staff was not willing to compensate for. There was not enough toilet paper for one weekend of stay. They supplied baby gates but they were broken and not usable. The dvd player in the theater didn’t work. All of those were minor problems that I would normally over look and not say much about; however we did have some problems that were more than just inconvenient. There was virtually no water pressure. (Not even enough to use 2 showers at once) the washing machine overflowed and flooded the wash room. Worst of all the septic system overflowed into the driveway and the smell was so strong it was hard to enjoy being outside. I understand these things happen, but when I explained the issues to the help number provided, they did not even attempt to compensate for my family’s troubles. Could be a nice place, but it is not well maintained and the resort staff was less than helpful in my opinion.

It was dark at check in and some of the porch lights weren’t working (blown bulbs) called and maintenance came the next day. The driveways was steep and slick with the leaves covering them. But the biggest disappointment was the inadequate supply of water. Did not have water on 2 different occasions. Called and maintenance responded quickly but was unable to resolve the problem. Was informed that it could be possibly due to maybe a shared well. Ceiling fans needed to be cleaned they were caked with dust. Overall it is a nice cabin and met our needs except for the inconvenience of the water supply. At no given time was there more than one person trying to take a shower when we had the water problem.
