Communication was great. Their expectations were clear and helpful. The place showed some wear and tear but it wasnt bad at all. I would definitely stay there again.

This property was exactly as described. It was very clean and nicely furnished inside. Easy walk to the beach. The outdoor furniture could use a little updating, but it was still satisfactory. I would book this house again.

It was our second time at this location. Very clean and nice location away from the hustle and bustle Gulf Shores! Greg was helpful with suggestions on restaurants! We will definitely be back next year!!

The location is perfect with a nice view from the deck. Super clean with everything you need. It’s a short walk to the beach which has a family oriented vibe. Close to stores and restaurants. Highly recommend!

This was our second time booking with this property management company, and once again we had a wonderful experience. The house was clean, comfortable, and the perfect size for my husband, our dog, and me. We loved being so close to the beach and enjoyed the beautiful ocean view. The property management team was friendly, responsive, and easy to work with throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend both the property and the management team.

This quaint home is very clean and it is so peaceful in the area where it is located! Public Beach access is a very short walking distance. Owners and management company were fantastic hosts as well!

We greatly enjoyed our snowbird rest. The home was well kept, furnished and decorated. The gated dog fence was very helpful. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a nice place off of the beaten path.

The house is close enough to the beach that the ocean can be seen from the front porch. It’s a 5 minute walk from the house to the water with part of the walk through sand and partly on the street. We were notified that the house was ready for us about an hour before scheduled check in but we were stuck in Mobile traffic. The house is cute and all 7 of us had a place to sleep. Beds were comfortable but we asked to have the sheets changed in all 4 bunkers bc there was sand at the bottom of all of them before the kids ever even got in bed. We also told management that the kitchen floor was sticky in places upon arrival. All of that was taken care of quickly and the manager stopped by to make sure everything was now ok. The entire floor area of the house needs a good scrubbing because we had to wash the bottoms of our feet every night. There is no Keurig, only a drip coffee maker with no filters(we left an entire package for future guests). The area below the house is spacious and has plenty of seating to enjoy being outside but not in the sun. Several beach chairs and toys are also available.The house is actually listed for sale. If you need shrimp, there’s a seafood store 9 miles east of the house on Hwy180, but for all other groceries, go to Dollar General or else go back to Gulf Shores because the prices at the closest little markets are outrageous. All in all, the grandparents, children, and grandchildren had a wonderful time.

This was the second time we brought our family to say at Smiles N Waves and are already looking forward to our next visit! We had everything we needed for our week long stay and the walk to the beach is only a few minutes away! The view looking off the deck is beautiful. I don’t think we could have picked any more of a perfect place to call our family vacation spot!

This was our second spring break spent at this property, we love the place. Short little walk to the beach, when not at the beach place has all the amenities for a comfortable stay.

We worked directly with Jen and Allison from Coastal View Vacations with this rental. They both were awesome at communication and answering all our questions. A short walk to the beach was great. The house was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed our getaway from the snow!!

Jen and Allison were always available if needed and replied immediately with any questions ⭐️ The house is very roomy and comfortable . Everything you need. I stayed at this beautiful home on a quick girls’ trip and could not have been happier with the accommodations. It’s a beautiful home and had everything we needed. Access to the beach was very convenient, with it being just a very short walk. We all enjoyed it and I cannot wait to go back!

This house and this area is so beautiful! Very clean and so well taken care of! The owners have thought of everything to make your stay feel like "home". Everything from fans in every bed room for white noise to sippy cups in the kitchen! A fully stocked kitchen if you want to cook, or grilling under the covered patio if you would like to have him cook! Nothing has been overlooked! If you're not looking for a vacation including kids; you'll love this place too! Very short drive to Gulf Shores with plenty of cool places to stop and sip in between! Very short walk to a beautiful, clean, semi private beach that was not overly crowded. Beautiful! Highly recommend! Cannot wait to go again!

Incredible location, adorable pink house that’s easy to find, every amenity you could want, and great view of the ocean! Super quiet and peaceful location

We fell in love with the area and the house. Under the house it is paved, so the kids rode their bikes. There is a variety of seating and a swing, bonus! Everything was super clean, the beds were all very comfortable, and everything was very kid friendly. Our only downfall was the location to the beach. The walk wasn’t bad at all, but we have 3 kids under 6 and for them it was challenging to walk back and fourth. Overall we were highly satisfied and would definitely recommend!

The house is very nice with a very short walking distance to the beach. The house was very clean when checking in. Only negative I would say is that the supply of garbage bags was very few, just the one that was in the garbage can, so I had to run to store and purchase more for the property. The manager was quick to respond when I did have an issue. Would highly recommend.

Smiles and Waves exceeded my expectations. The house is spacious and is well maintained. The outdoor shower, sand box, grill and swings were a huge hit for my family. This home is in walking distance to the beach, not even a three minute walk. I have four small children and the walk was very doable. The beach was not crowded at all. We LOVED our stay here!! Short walk to the Beach, the house was clean, & provided the privacy, & relaxation we needed for a great vacation!! I would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay in Fort Morgan at Smiles N Waves. This is our 3rd trip to Fort Morgan. We love the area because it is quiet and the beach isn’t crowded. Smiles N Waves accommodated our party of 5 well. We loved the large master suite, the well equipped kitchen, and the outdoors spaces. The front deck had a nice view of the ocean since there is not a home directly in front of this property. There is a bit of a walk to beach access. This wasn’t really a problem for us as we just learned to pack light for our beach days! I was very impressed with the property management team at Coastal View Vacations. They were helpful and provided prompt responses to my questions!

The home was perfect! We arrived to a clean home and it lived up to expectations. The location was great!! The only problem was the lack of available kitchen supplies. There were a good amount of bowls for mixing, and the pots and pans were adequate, but there were not baking pans. It’s hard to make cinnamon rolls without a pan. We made it work, but had to get creative. Overall the stay was very relaxing and the home was supplied with unexpected things like beach chairs and sand toys.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the "Smiles N Waves" beach cottage. We loved sitting on the front porch with the ocean breeze and lovely view. The house was extremely clean. It was well stocked with all we needed to cook. The updated beach themed decor and comfortable furniture made it a joy to stay there with our family. The close proximity to the beach and the many delicious restaurant choices made it a wonderful location. My whole family said it was a great vacation and we look forward to planning another trip to "Smiles N Waves".

Ten of us (4 adults & 6 kids) comfortably stayed here for 4 nights / 5 days. We LOVED the close proximity to the beach. Our kids range in age from 11 to 18 and we felt comfortable letting them walk back & forth from the beach to the house. The beach is clean & beautiful! We stayed on the main drag in Orange Beach last year; this was a much different experience... quieter, farther from attractions. Both have their appeal! Dollar General is about 12 minutes away, and everything else (groceries, WalMart, shopping & restaurants) is at least 20 minutes away. We enjoyed coffee on the porch in the morning, looking at the ocean. Beds are comfy, showers are nice, & the house is clean & pretty. The kitchen is stocked well, and there is plenty of storage space. Washer & dryer are conveniently located and work well. We used the grill several times, and enjoyed spending a couple of evenings hanging out on the patio furniture in the car port area. Several of us went for walks/runs on the road just south of the house; it's a quiet road without much traffic, and there are lots of pretty houses & views to look at. We really enjoy the following in Orange Beach / Gulf Shores: The Track & Adventure Island for mini golf & go-karts; Sea-n-Suds, The Gulf & Oyster House for restaurants; and Surf Style & Ron Jon for shopping. The property manager was very friendly, helpful, & quick to reply. Let her know if something is wrong! Highly recommend!

This home is situated on beautiful and peaceful Ft Morgan. The area is so quiet and serene. The home is beautiful and very clean. It has all the comforts of home except you also get to gaze upon the wonderful view of the gulf. We will return and enjoy it again soon!!

Everything was good, except one night wind was blowing and something on the roof is loose. It banged all night waking us up several times.

House was nice, quick walk to the beach, super quiet, with big kitchen for cooking, and comfy sectional to chill and relax. Enjoyed our stay!
