Lovely stay! The view is amazing. The house has everything you need!

Place was incredible, right on the canal and the tiki bar/pool combo was perfect for the group we had.

Kelly’s place was great! Exactly as described pics did not do her home justice, from the furnishings to outside on the oceanfront. The pool and hot tub were great additions and hanging outside at the tiki bar while watching the games were a good time! Was close to airport and shopping ! Would definitely recommend this place ! 5 stars

This home is ideal for large groups. We had plenty of space, and the house was very clean and inviting. We spent most of our time in the pool, which was absolutely beautiful. The tiki bar has plenty of seating and boasts two big TVs for watching the games. I highly recommend staying in this home. We all enjoyed it immensely.

The home is beautiful, well-maintained overall, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Kelly was very responsive throughout our visit and made every effort to address the few maintenance issues we experienced. Unfortunately, despite those efforts, the toilet issues were not fully resolved during our stay, the master shower remained only lukewarm, and the twin mattresses in the guest bedroom adjacent to the dining room were not very comfortable. I would recommend replacing those mattresses and addressing the plumbing concerns for future guests. Overall, we enjoyed the property, appreciated Kelly's communication throughout the stay, compensation for the inconvenience and I would still recommend the home. With a few maintenance updates, it would provide an even better guest experience.

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this property. The house was very clean, spacious, and the pool was a fantastic addition. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy our time together. Kelly was extremely responsive throughout the entire process and even accommodated a late checkout, which we really appreciated. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Great stay in Tampa. Lots of things to do around the house between the pool, tiki bar, etc. as well as great food and restaurants between Clearwater, St. Petersburg and Tampa. Overall 10/10 experience and we’d gladly stay again.

This is a great place to stay in Tampa. We loved all the extras like fishing equipment, foosball table, fire pit with lots of seats, gorgeous pool and outdoor bar area. The outside space is where we spent most of our time. Inside is the most comfy furniture with extra blankets to snuggle and watch TV. The location is a short drive or uber to anything you need. Busch Gardens, Tampa Zoo, Tampa’s riverfront. So many great restaurants close by as well. Also, full size washer and dryer so we came home with all clean laundry!! Huge plus!

Clean, safe and relaxing spot to enjoy a Tampa vacation! Close to downtown and the airport, can’t beat it!

Beautiful spot! Host was kinda and very communicative. Perfect spot for a girls trip. The backyard area was gorgeous at sunrise!

Bathroom was not clean, electrical outlets with exposed wires, hot tub that took 3 days to heat, safety issues. Would not recommend.

Beautiful home. Very comfortable. Pool, hot tub and grill were used and in perfect condition. Quiet neighborhood right on the water. Watched bowl games in the tiki hut. Fantastic experience.

Kelly was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The house is beautiful and in a great location. Very close to the airport with great restaurants 15 minutes away or closer. Easy ride across the causeway to get to Clearwater Beach if that is where you want to go. Easy ride to downtown Tampa or St Petersburg.

Kelly’s place was wonderful. The house was gorgeous with beautiful views out back! my friends and I had a great time during our stay over the weekend & hopefully sometime we can return :)

First the pools pumps are not working very dangerous to swing with out water circulation. Second a lot of roughest coming out the bathroom. Third all the garbage cans was all to the top of trash and the force me to take it out for them not cool. It was so hard to get refund because they want to charge me for 4 hrs one day plus $380 about $625 plus for one day. Of you do stay here keep all this stuff in mind. I loose 2 day of my VAC on all this trying to find another place that my entire family fit. I WILL NEVER BOOK OF THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN.
