Positive: Quede encantada con esta casa, super acogedora, todo muy limpio, ordenado, la piscina estaba en perfectas condiciones. La pasamos muy bien con mi familia además que la playa queda muy cerca. Sin dudas volvería a hospedarme en este lugar además que los anfitriones respondían al momento cada vez que tenia una pregunta Negative: Todo fue perfecto 👌🏻

Everything was great the beach was very close to us and the pool was very clean and warm. Everything around the house was clean and it felt right at home.

Great location. Nice layout - perfect for our family of six plus a pup! There is a family room/dining room with a TV and a separate “den” area with a TV. Pool is amazing. Separate building with a game room is a nice extra. Would definitely recommend and would rent again!

When we got there that AC wasn’t working. It was 90 degrees inside the house. I reached out to the host and they did respond and asked for us to troubleshoot. We did, but it didn’t work. An AC repair man came out to do a service - no luck. The house was incredibly hot and had a weird smell. Upon inspection the bathrooms were all dirty, toilets had a ring of dirt, spiders everywhere (I live in FL so I understand bugs, but this was neglected) No one had been by to even freshen up the house before we got there or they’d have cleaned the cobwebs and spiders living in the corners. The back bedroom had a serious leak in the ceiling - which I am highly suspicious that they knew about because there was a hole poked in the ceiling where the leak had lively bubbled the paint. The floor was squishy from the water that was seeping up from the cracks. The floor was also warped and the particle board flooring was disintegrating. There was a huge water stain on the floor too. Pool was dirty.

We were more than happy with this place. First off it was even nicer than the pictures. Looks like the owners have some more updates and landscaping. The location could not be more PERFECT. We were within 20 miles of downtown Sarasota, Siesta Key, and Lido Beach. The host checked in on us through out our stay as well. They accommodated check in time change and even offered to give additional time checking out if needed. Would 100% recommend this lovely home and hope to stay here again

Should have read reviews prior to stay. Cleanliness was an issue. Rugs in living room were severely stained. Furniture broken. Had no outdoor furniture in good repair and could not sit outside. Communicated with owner and was consistently told that they would address concerns but nothing done. Every issue mentioned in reviews from January and February were my concerns in April. Owner requested a review of 5 stars and promised to fix all the issues. What a joke.

The house was in a very quiet neighborhood and was close to everything which was great!

We recently stayed at this Sarasota home and found it to be a comfortable place to sleep, with a quiet neighborhood and easy entry process. The house served its purpose well, though it was more “functional” than exceptional. Overall, we were happy with our stay. The home is fine for a relaxing getaway, especially if your focus is on enjoying the area rather than the amenities.

HVAC repair unsuccessful, very cold with only 4 space heaters in below freezing temps. Hometeam Rentals had time to move us, but did not. Recommend a thorough cleaning with all area rugs, some furniture and blinds replacement. Note: Pool not heated.

Negative: owner cancelled my booking-left me in Fla. with no where to stay

The home was exactly as expected. It was a short drive to Siesta Keys. We have booked to come back next year.

This home and host are absolutely perfect. So much so I tried staying for a few more days and not to my surprise it was already booked.

Home was clean but some furniture and rugs were broken/stained. Exterior had not been maintained. Pool area had debris and leaves all over making it difficult for pool to stay clean. Furniture on pool deck was rusted or mildewed.

House in a good location. The host was receptive and responsive. There were numerous problems including: poor maintenance (cabinet door next to dishwasher was not attached at top hing so it interfered with opening and closing the dishwasher, the HVAC system died and was not fixed (we were given space heaters during a cold spell but had no effective way to cool the house during the hot spell), there were spider webs on the wall in the master bathroom, 2 of rhe under the cabinet lights flickered brightly giving the effect of strobe lights (the cabinet door and strobe lights were fixed after a week), The walls were dusty. The fans in the bathrooms were filthy. The dishwasher smelled like fish. The bathtub didn’t drain properly ( the host did quickly provide drano that fixed this problem), the bathtub was dangerous because it was like standing on melting ice. The only flat place in the tub was an 8” section in the center. The rest of the floor was sloping toward the center. We put a towel on the bathtub floor to slice the problem. The appliances were top notch. The kitchen had been redesigned with quartz countertops, new cabinets…attractive. There was numerous equipment for young children: high chair, games, floating toys for the pool, story books. The rug in the living room had several large stains. The furniture was strong and durable. The mattress in the master bedroom was comfortable…felt new. The master bedroom was spacious and comfortable.

12/20/25 thru 1/3/26 the location was good however we could not get in when we arrived. The lawn and landscaping was not done . It was overgrown badly. The landscaper came early christmas morning . We could not use the game room or the outside eating area it was covered in berries and dirt. There was no pool toys that could be utilized. Pingpong table would have been fun but there was no pingpong balls to be found. The pool area was bad the area was uncleaned the pool itself was not filtered or vacuumed. The grill,umbrella, chairs and small couch were all broken. We bought a grill to use we also bought pool toys for the kids and we left them all behind new at the property. Although phone calls were made at the time noone has reached out from management as of 1/14/26.
