He was a great host !!

Great house for a large group of people. It was nice having multiple different levels of bedrooms to be able to spread out. Location was perfect for Pawleys Island, would recommend to other large groups.

Great location, plenty of room for a large party, great amenities, golf cart for use, fast and prompt replies to questions - would definitely stay there again!

Kylie was an amazing host. Great communication and the house was in such a good location. It was perfect for our group of golfers close in proximity to all of the Pawley courses. Would recommend this house 10 out of 10 times!

Our large group had a wonderful stay at this location. It's a short walk to the beach, the kitchen is well-equipped, the location is convenient and quiet and the house has a comfortable feel. There are beds everywhere and no one felt crowded. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for the above amenities. This was our second stay here and we'll almost certainly be back!

Our extended family of 12 spent a wonderful week at this house. It was exactly as described and worked well for all of us, ages 3 to 80! There were three families in the house and we had room for privacy and room for togetherness. There was lots to do in the area. We especially enjoyed kayaking, taking walks, and sitting on the porch and looking at the water. The kids loved the ocean, of course. It was a great family vacation!

Great house with tons of beds! We enjoyed the back dock and the walk to the beach was easy and if we had coolers we used the golf cart.

The house was a perfect fit for our group of 12 during our golf trip to Pawley's Island. It was clean, well-maintained, and offered plenty of comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone. The location was also ideal, close to the beach, restaurants, and other local amenities. If we return to Pawley's, this will definitely be my first choice for accommodations.

Great location with easy access to the beach and local to plenty of stores, food, and entertainment. Elliott and Kylie were super responsive when we needed anything or had questions. Would recommend for any large groups or families looking for spaceous housing in the area.

Great stay for guys golf trip!

Great house in a great location! It was a very comfortable house. Our group used the dock for fishing and crabbing quite a bit. Beach is close by and the kitchen was well-equipped. Only minor issue was parking. There are 4 spaces, so just know that going in.

This is a charming older home! Tons of space in a secluded area. This would definitely be the place to book if you’re looking to fish and relax. Pawley Island is night and day compared to the typical Myrtle Beach scene. The golf cart was the highlight of the trip! Our guests really enjoyed taking it back and forth to the beach. Tons of beach chairs available to use which was also a huge plus. The cons were this is a smoke free facility which includes even across the street from the location. Some of our guest found this to be a inconvenience. One of the cloths had stains, not a huge issue bc I always pack my own. Oven safe dishware or making guest aware would be ideal to prevent safety hazard as a glass dish broke. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay host was responsive and kind!

Great house, but we had some issues My group of 19 friends loved this house, but there were some issues. First: took us about 15 minutes to find the blue bunk room because its in the closet of the green queen room. Also you have to walk through the yellow bunk room to get to the pink queen room. This is fine for children/families, but awkward for adults. Additionally, the support planks of the lower bunk in the ship-esque room literally collapsed while someone was on it. Then there was the issue with the host sending a maintenance man over unannounced. The man proceeded to let himself in to work on the washing machine (which he didn't end up actually fixing) while women were sleeping and showering a few feet away. The host refunded 653 but honestly we're still creeped out. There were draining issues in the sink in the basement bathroom. The fridge in the garage smelled like rotten food and didn't work. The golf cart was great but the garage doors stopped working while we were there. The beach is close and the area is wonderful. Ultimately, if everything were fixed, I would stay again because I did like the house despite the fact that it had clearly been neglected before we got there.

We had an amazing stay! The house was beautiful and perfect for our group trip. There were a few small things like running out of toilet paper and trash bags, but the hosts responded immediately and made sure we had everything we needed. Even when we had an accidental mishap that caused a small hole in the wall, they were incredibly understanding and handled it with grace — no stress or judgment at all. They were also super patient and responsive to all of our (sometimes silly) questions about the area — from crocodiles to southern living. 🐊😂 We truly felt taken care of and appreciated as guests. We’ll definitely be booking with them again in one of other locations around the country!

The property was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, loved the lighting, and felt incredibly comfortable. Elliott and Kylie were wonderful and responsive hosts, providing excellent communication by responding promptly to questions. My family and I especially appreciated the dock, screened in balcony, use of the golf cart, the overall comfort of the home, and my nieces enjoyed the sparkling water machine. Also, the convenience of local restaurants, grocery stores and a short walk to the beach. We highly recommend this listing for a truly memorable stay. We would definitely book again.

Loved this beach house, the location was perfect. It was close to the beach ( walkable) yet felt tucked away. I loved having bodies of water in the front and back of the house. Also, the golf cart was very appreciated and used. They had anything you could imagine you would need. The kitchen was stocked and then some. There were plenty of beach toys, equipment, and chairs for everyone. Thanks guys!
