The home was beautiful. It was nice clean free from clutter and it was not too far from the beach maybe like a 15 minute drive

Very spacious and clean.

House is great for a big family. Great amount of kitchen supplies, guest house is PERFECT! Coffee machine was missing the insert for the single cup in main house, took the one from the guest house. Internet service for TV’s were glitchy and not always connecting. Pool and outdoor area was great, maybe a fridge or cooler available for outside bar area. Front storm door was missing the piece to pull door closed. Maybe an ice maker would be nice. Would recommend for large family get together. Dealing with you was excellent, quick fast responses were appreciated!

Overall the place was great. We had a group of 14, and it was very accommodating. Would recommend to another group to stay. Also, Kylie was a great host and quick to respond during our stay.

This house was perfect for our family of 17. We had the best time. Close to the beach, plenty of space and entretaintment. Had everything we need it! Recommended 100%

Este viaje fue muy especial para nosotros, ya que se trató de nuestro reencuentro familiar anual, y realmente encontramos el lugar perfecto para disfrutarlo juntos. La casa fue ideal para compartir en familia, relajarnos y crear recuerdos inolvidables. Los niños disfrutaron muchísimo de la fogata, especialmente de asar marshmallows juntos. Fue una experiencia muy divertida y especial para ellos. ❤️ La piscina fue perfecta para toda la familia, y el jacuzzi fue genial para nosotros, los adultos: un espacio perfecto para relajarnos, tener buenas conversaciones y conocernos aún más. Nos sentimos muy cómodos durante toda nuestra estadía y disfrutamos realmente cada momento. Spacious home and fun for a large group. Great communicator and very responsive.

Anyone looking for a big place to stay in Largo or around the Saint Pete area, this house was amazing. Plenty of space to spread out, plenty of things for the children to do. The second kitchen and refrigerator came in handy. Just a note that the two sets of double twins are in the separate house along with one king that was perfect for us. It was clean. The host was responsive. I would definitely stay again.

The house was great for a large party. Plenty of beds and bedrooms and additional couches for even bigger groups. The pool and outdoor bar were great to hang out at in the warm weather. Kylie and Carmen were also very responsive to anything we needed and always checked in on our stay!

We had a wonderful stay! We came for a baseball tournament and had a large crew. We were very comfortable & it was so nice to have the guest house with the extra kitchen. Lotsa space, comfortable sleeping arrangements, the outside was awesome to hang out at & plenty to keep everyone occupied ( pool, hot tub, pickleball, loungers etc ) the area was fairly convenient to beaches and the places we needed to travel to for our games. We were so happy with our choice. We can’t wait to come back again & Hope we get to in the near future.

Great time! Will 100% try to book again for my next trip to Tampa. Easy stay from the airport, great location, and enough space at home to kick back. Check in and check out were smooth and communication was easy.

The stay itself was great. My family enjoyed the pool and it’s a great location close to Tampa and Clearwater. Our biggest issue was the A/C in the “guest” house went out Sunday morning and wasn’t fixed until Tuesday evening at almost 10 pm. We left Thursday morning so for about half the time the ac in our part of the stay didn’t work. On top of that my wife found reviews from 2 weeks prior of the same issue so it didn’t get resolved fully from the last stay. Other then the ac the stay was great

This house was absolutely amazing for our family vacation! It was decorated beautifully, had everything we needed and even more. The back yard/pool area is very nice and private. It has plenty of outdoor games including a pickleball court. We had the most relaxing time! Also, it’s so close to surrounding beaches and there are so many things to do. They were super helpful and very responsive when we had questions and were so easy to work with. We would absolutely stay here again!
