Excelente atención, comodidad y muchas cosas que hacer en casa. Tuvimos que quedarnos debido a la lluvia y fue excelente teníamos tantas cosas que hacer estando en casa. Niños felices y adultos súper cómodos también

This House was way bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside. Fit for large families or groups of friends and family. Slept us all comfortably 19 people. Plenty of room to not feel crammed and plenty to keep entertained. The host was great to deal with as well, very responsive and fast.

We were extended family in for a college graduation at Eckerd College & wanted a fun place to stay. The house was clean & sizeable, plenty of room with comfortable beds. The kitchen was well equipped, and the parking situation was great. We had 3 cars. The backyard lends itself to some fun & we enjoyed the large dining table & golden tee inside. I gave it 4 stars as the house does need some maintenance. The pool needed to be cleaned, (the owners responded & cleaned day 2) the basketballs were flat (the owners did respond and amazoned us a pump which was great). It’s was alot of little things - fans, lights, rugs with curled up tripping hazards…nothing that kept the group at large from having a nice time but was annoying to keep hearing what didn’t work or needed maintained in the house when we paid a lot of money to bring family in to stay together. I can say the owners listened & hopefully will address some of these little things to make the next renter give it 5 stars!

Entertainment & game home! The backyard is the standout - pool, hottub, firepit, putting green, and basketball hoop! Inside the home - pooltable, two vintage arcade games (Ms. Pacman and Golden Tee), and a theater room. Traffic pending, so many beaches within 30 minutes including Anna Maria Island, which is gorgeous!

Perfect spot for our group. So much fun having all the different activities and space. Would definitely come again

We had a wonderful family stay at this home near Anna Maria Island and would absolutely rate it 5 stars overall. The property itself was clean and very comfortable. Everything inside felt thoughtfully prepared and made for a relaxing visit. The beds were cozy and the living spaces were inviting. There were a few minor inconveniences during our stay, but nothing that significantly impacted our experience. Additionally, we did encounter a few unexpected items in the backyard including some items that made their way into the pool. While this required a bit of extra attention, it didn’t take away from the overall enjoyment of our trip. The location is fantastic and close to the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. With just a bit more attention to the outdoor spaces, this property would be absolutely perfect. Overall, we had a great stay. Thank you for hosting us!

Upon arrival, we were delighted to find the house exactly as pictured in the listing—absolutely stunning. Everything we needed was provided on-site, from ample dishes and towels to spacious, beautifully decorated rooms. The theater room quickly became our favorite spot, where the whole group gathered each evening and made lasting memories. With something to enjoy for every age group, this home was the perfect choice for our stay, and we would absolutely return if we’re ever in the area again!

My husband and I had stayed here with our bridal party and had the most amazing experience and time. The home fit us all perfectly. My husband and his groomsmen absolutely loved the pool table while the bridesmaids and I enjoyed the movie room. Everything was perfect and we had such an amazing time. I’d say the only thing that caught us off guard was that the room with the two double beds was in what would be the master bedroom with the master bath. But we made the best out of it and had a good time. Also the hosts were very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question.

This was the perfect getaway house for a bachelorette party! The rooms were spacious, well decorated, and the beds were beyond comfortable! The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need and the laundry machines were nice to have as well. Our first night there, we did locate a few cockroaches but the host was very responsive and offered pest control solutions. The firepit was also giving us troubles but we had only attempted to use it our last night there. The pool was great for a large group and the basketball court as well as the movie theater. Overall, this stay was wonderful and the house and hosts were amazing. Thank you!

This property matches the description and pictures exactly. The floor plan of the house had a spacious, spread out feel, so everyone felt like they had their own space. They have provided so many activities that everyone in our group (ages 2 - 72) had fun things to do inside and outside. We had a great week!

I must say this was the perfect home for me and my family. The home is surprisingly much bigger than i anticipated and comfortable. From start to finish Elliot and Kylie was very communicative and helpful with everything. We had a small issue with a door that got locked by accident and they stayed communicating in the late night hours trying to assist with the issue which was solved eventually. The home is equipped with everything young need to have family fun and a great stay! We definitely will be back in the future!!!!

If we could’ve stayed another 9 days, we absolutely would have! This home was the perfect landing spot for our Bradenton/AMI family getaway. Plenty of space, cozy touches throughout, and a kitchen so well-stocked. From the crock pot to the glassware, everything we needed (and then some) was right there. The blankets? Fluffy, cozy perfection. Meyer’s cleaning supplies? Chef’s kiss. Bonus points for an A+ air conditioning system, it stayed perfectly cool the entire time, which is a Florida vacation must. The pool was a favorite for the kids (and adults too, let’s be honest), and the layout worked beautifully for our multigenerational family crew. Lots of privacy when needed, and great common areas for snacks, games, and late-night laughs. The host was responsive & helpful, & the check-in/check-out process was as smooth as Key lime pie. Overall, this was a wonderful stay, full of sunshine, sand, snacks, & stories we’ll be laughing about for years. We’d absolutely book again! THANKS! :)

Fun place, good location. Too much money for everything wrong tho. Positive: The amenities at the house were great. It was stocked with everything you need. Good location, nice neighborhood. Just a short drive to the beach. The house was very clean. Lots of towels provided. Quick response from team, but handy man was very rude. Negative: There were ants in several bedrooms that we couldn't seem to get rid of. Several bathroom and bedroom doors do not shut all the way and do not lock. The hot tub heater was broken, which was a real bummer. The air doesn't quite cool every area of the house, and the beds are VERY hard. Wires are hanging out of the walls in various spots. The electricity needs attention. Lights would come on and off throughout the day and night. The dishwasher is very loose and is a little hard to latch all the way, you can barely get to the buttons as they are under the countertop. The Keurig coffee maker is messed up. Overall the house needs attention and they shouldnt charge so much until everything is fixed.

1st off Kylie and Elliott were very proactive with notifications and updates. They maintained contact daily with little check-ins and if anything was needed. They responded quickly to our messages. It was a family trip and the house was more than accommodating with things to do for the kids and adults. The pool was great for relaxing on the hot days. Lots of space for resting. Other than providing groceries 🤣 there wasn’t much else they could have did. Restaurants and grocery stores were nearby. The beach was about 15mins away. It was a great trip with fantastic host. I would definitely stay at any of their properties again. Thank you for having us!

We had a very pleasant stay at this property, perfect for spending time with family and friends. The house is well-maintained, all the spaces were clean, and the rooms are comfortable, with all the necessary utensils for large groups. Communication was clear and timely throughout our stay. As a suggestion, it would be ideal to include the non-refundable $55 insurance fee in the initial booking cost, to avoid making an additional payment before check-in. We loved the proximity to beautiful beaches and supermarkets, which made our stay much easier. The property is located in a quiet and convenient area. We definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing stay near the beach, and we would gladly rent it again.
