Kelly was very responsive and the place was perfect and exactly as described. I would recommend a book at the house that outlines all of the details including how to access the garage to get to the golf simulator, clubs, etc.

had my friends here for my bachelorette and it was such a nice welcoming home! was always answered immediately when we had a question and we all had a great time! 10/10 recommend

We had a great time, in our stay it’s quiet, and the kids enjoyed the games they had available there. Just few minutes to the beach and mall, restaurants. It’s all worth it for the dollars we paid. Kelly is great, she check on us if we’re ok. Whole experience was great.

Wonderful memories were made there. Only thing I would say that would make it better is the one king room should be a queen for sure with the size of the bedroom and lack of walkway space, as well as having one more bathroom for the amount of people but those are genuinely such minor things. This place was gorgeous and we had such a wonderful time !!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was great, easy access to everything, and beautiful beaches just a short drive away. House is well stocked and host super responsive. Plenty of space for everyone. Our group never felt crowded. The kids never got a chance to be "bored" with all of the activities at the house. I wish the game garage had some airflow, but it is exactly as listed. We could have left the beach chairs, toys, wagon, and umbrella at home bc everything was available here. My only complaint is that I wish we booked an even longer stay...a week just wasn't enough!

Kelly was an excellent host and the inside of the property was lovely and comfortable. We did have a few minor setbacks the pool could have used a cleaning and we couldn't get hot water to come out in one of the bathrooms. Aside from those two details, it was a good experience and Kelly was great to communicate with.

Starting with the positive, host was super responsive-typically within minutes. All issues were addressed and handled. Broken coffee maker and pool net were replaced within 12hrs. Plenty of things for the kids to do and room to sit and relax with a big group inside. There was not much shade until after 5/6pm so bring your own tent if possible. The garage game room was loaded with lots of fun things-but is not climate controlled. So we did not use much because it was like a sauna sitting in the Florida sun. The biggest issue we had was with cleanliness. Both inside and outside. The host was very responsive and made efforts to make right the issues with cleanliness, but I almost left the first day we were there I was so grossed out.

Great amenities and location for stay🫶🏻

I stayed here with a big group of guys. We wanted a landing spot to come back to after going out to Anna Maria Island, and boating and all that jazz. The house was perfect - kept all the guys entertained and content the whole time. Kelly was very easy to communicate to all throughout the process - before, during and after our stay. Thank you guys for an awesome stay <3

Everything was great. The house was in good shape very comfortable just as described all the activities available at the house really made for a great trip with our teenage children.

When we arrived with our families and children we noticed right away that the home had not been cleaned properly. The trash was overflowing in the front yard, the Ac was completely broke our entire stay. The extra comforters that were rolled up assuming they were clean had blood on them. The washer holds water and would not spin or drain correctly. The pool heater was broke also dirty however they did have a pool guy come the second day we were there to clean it, but our children were unable to get in it due to the chemicals that were put in there. They had a AC guy come which informed us there was no Freon and it needed new parts. The back door handle was completely broke off overall a horrible experience . The yard had not been mowed. It was very unfortunate as We had family from upstate come as well as our son’s friends for their spring break and his 16th birthday.

Our group really enjoyed our time at the house. We were in Florida for a soccer showcase and needed a house close to the beach but also not that far from the soccer site in Lakewood Ranch. The house location was perfect. Very private and quiet in a neighborhood that was 10 minutes to Anna Maria Island and 30-35 minutes to Lakewood Ranch. House was just minutes from the Publix and Target as well as other restaurants. The open family room, dining room and kitchen was just what our large group of 7 (3 families) needed. Whether at the large dining room table or sitting down to watch TV in the main living room, we also had plenty of room. The bedrooms were a nice size. The teenage rooms found the upstairs bedroom with bunk beds to be perfect with their our bathroom. What drew us to this house was the games and outdoor space. Every day we were outside playing basketball or pickleball. And we got plenty of use out of the indoor ping pong table. We would highly recommend this house.

We loved all of the many amenities. Bedrooms were good size and easily accommodated our group of 11. The kids had a blast in the pool, playing basketball, ping pong and more. While the adults really enjoyed the golf simulator and pickleball. \n\nGreat spot for a multi-generational hangout.
