Well thought out on-site amenities, especially for kids. There were abundant additional options for beach trips like toys, canopy, beach chairs, etc. Host was extremely responsive and friendly. The house matched the photos, although I will say the harsh sun and salt in the air is starting to beat up some of the decor & furniture. So it didn't quite look and feel as vibrant as the photos made it look.
Everything you need, close to everything you want to do. Our family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have stayed at a lot of VRBO type properties and this was by far the most well stocked. Lots of activities to do and everything you need to do them. Plenty of towels, cleaning supplies and trash bags. And the best part...no crazy list of cleaning items to be completed at checkout. The location is minutes to beaches and restaurants. Kitchen is well stocked and we were able to make several meals at the house. The grandkids loved the swings and we all enjoyed smores around the fire pit. It's all there and made for a fun and relaxing vacation.
We travel to Florida every summer and have stayed at numerous different places. This has been our absolute favorite so far! The house was clean and supplied with everything we could possibly need. The backyard/pool/hot tub was superbly maintained and absolutely amazing! The location was perfect for us. It was private with grocery stores and restaurants right nearby. Can’t wait to return again!
Unfortunate for us, the renters prior must have had a little too much fun. Upon arrival, there were 2 overflowed trash cans outside and the pool and hot tub were not usable for the first 2 days of our 4 day stay. The host was responsive but not able to address the needs timely. One thing to note - the fourth bedroom has a door that is clear in the photo - what is not is it’s outside the fence, without covering of the window and vented with a bit of water under the doorway. Overall we did our best to enjoy the time, and used the basketball and pickleball court as well as many games of pool played.

We truly enjoyed our stay! This was a fun place to spend time with our extended family. Easy location to AMI. Our kiddos really enjoyed the pool, it was very refreshing. Kylie was very responsive with our needs and even was able to accommodate a slightly earlier check in. Overall this home has a great feel, however, it feels like it is missing a few polishing pieces. The curtains are not able to fully close to provide privacy at night when lights are on. The living room and front bedroom stayed warmer during the stay despite ac and ceiling fans.
Great place and close to the beach 🏖️
After long days at the beach, it was the perfect place for our family to come back, relax, and keep the fun going. The kids absolutely loved the spacious kids' room, which was packed with games, comfortable beds, and plenty of room to play. The outdoor activities kept everyone entertained, and there was always something for the kids to do. The kitchen was perfect for family meals, snacks, and even a few spontaneous dance-offs between dinner and dessert! The entire home was roomy, comfortable, and well-equipped for families. Great place, great memories, and a great time all around.

Great location and management team communication was good. This property could have received a 5 star review unfortunately the outside was not maintained well. We arrived to a broken washer leaking on the floor, a pool that was extremely cloud and the water level was below the skimmer, and a hot tub that was covered in scum. The management team was responsive however, nothing was fixed until the 3 day of our 5 day stay.
My family had a wonderful time and Kylie is a great host always answered when I had called and responded very promptly and professional the place was really nice I loved that the kitchen was fully equipped with appliances and dishes, even pot & pans really good. Not only do I recommend, but I will definitely refer. We will be back.
Traveled with two other families. Plenty of room and the backyard had plenty for the kids to do! Some more comfortable chairs inside would be my only change. However, that does not detract from the great time we had. Would visit again.

The house itself was fine. The TVs were nice, the pool was nice, and the layout was OK. However, neither toilet worked upon arrival and took 5 hours to fix. They then became clogged several times during the stay and required the purchase of a decent plunger to keep them working. A lot of the outlets didn’t work, and an electrician showed up (without notice) to repair them while we were checking out so they knew they were an issue. Bathroom doors didn’t latch. Cabinets were broken. There were not nearly enough amenities/toiletries provided to cover the amount guests proposed. The outside was not picked up, there were nails around the pool area, pickleball equipment was broken. The hot tub was dirty and required work on our part to try and get it working. No propane for the fire pit. The house could be great, but for the amount of money paid it should have been a much nicer experience. Host always responded with “I’ll ask my team” and didn’t seem to know the house well.
This house was amazing it was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed! The host was friendly and quick to respond. I would definitely come again and recommend this place because the location was close to the beach!
House was great! Kids didn't want to leave. Plenty to keep kids busy. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. House had everything we needed. Highly recommend for families or anyone wanting to wake up to basketball / pickleball / swimming / putting. Would definitely return.
We were very pleased with the awesome home.. Definitely had everything we needed and then more than expected. Perfect play areas for kids and adults .Really liked the large round table for our meals and playing games . Owners were always friendly and available for any of our needs. . I only wish the cost of having the pool heated was not so steep.
We loved every minute of our stay here! My husband, myself, and our 3 kids and a great week!! We had a few chilly days while staying and the hot tub and game room kept every one entertained! Kylie was very friendly and responsive to any questions I had!! My kids are already asking to go back!
The house was just fine. Very colorful with a very retro theme going on. The kitchen was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Loved the video games and pool table in the kids room. The backyard was a great place to play and relax. The one unfortunate part was the pool heater failed and we were unable to use it at all because it was too cold. The host was very responsive to questions and refunded our heating fee. Overall a decent place to stay, and very near the beach.
This place was amazing! The inside is so fun with the colorful decor throughout the house & pool table & arcade games in the bunk room! Lots of room to spread out & relax. The backyard is what makes the place though, wow! Our kids didn’t want to leave the Airbnb since there is plenty to do between the pool, pickleball, basketball, mini golf, etc. So well done, we highly recommend this place!
The rental was well thought out and stocked with everything you need. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond. Me and the family had a great stay at this beautiful property!
Nice and cozy , and very colorful place. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Had some issues with the pool heating but had a talk with Elliots crew and they were willing to refund the nights lost due to complications. Greatly appreciated 👏
