Our stay at the house was wonderful! The home has a warm, welcoming atmosphere and is very comfortable. There are plenty of beds to accommodate two families, with very comfortable mattresses and pillows. The three bathrooms have everything you need, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The hot tub and sauna were a wonderful bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable! The hosts were very attentive, responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had, and were always willing to help. We would love to stay at this house again on our next visit to the Poconos. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such a wonderful stay! We were a family of 13, and the house was perfect for us. We made so many beautiful memories together with our children and family. We enjoyed the beach, the pool, kayaking, had a BBQ, made a cozy bonfire at night, and even spent a fun day at Camelbeach. The house was spacious, comfortable, very well-equipped, and had everything we needed to enjoy our time together. More than anything, we loved being able to relax, laugh, cook, eat together, and simply enjoy quality family time. This getaway was truly special for us, and we left with so many beautiful memories. We would definitely stay here again and are already looking forward to coming back to the Poconos. Highly recommended for a family getaway! ❤️🏡🔥🛶

Firstly, I want to say this place has the potential to be an amazing 5 star, rare find kind of place! We had 8 adults, 5 kids and here are some highlights: the space is very cool, modern and themed decor that lends itself for fun and time together. It’s perfect for a large group of people who need private sleeping spaces and our kids absolutely LOVED the game room. It was a huge hit. The kitchen is pretty well stocked and we were able to cook all our meals easily! We did bring our own knives and spices, etc but the kitchen was great! The beds were comfy and the location was walkable to the pool and lake entrance! To note: there are additional HOA fees listed (I missed that on my end) that can add up with more people/cars so make sure to read fully. Overall, the space is in need of some updates (the couch is not comfy and outside needs a little love) but the hosts were fantastic and assured they are working on improvements and listened to input with authenticity! Would recommend!

I gave our stay at the Arrowhead Lake Pocono rental a 4 out of 5 rating. It met our basic needs, i.e. 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, pet friendly, and outside area. Positive comments: inside and outside eating areas, comfortable beds, fire pit area, appliances all worked (except the washer, which did get fixed in a timely matter), televisions and WIFI, and the kids loved the rec room/bedroom. Items that need improvement: couch very uncomfortable, lack of closets, lack of bathroom towel hooks, air conditioner is on a schedule so the comfort level varies, and ice/water dispenser doesn't work.It should also be noted that some of the listing information was inaccurate, i.e. the king bedroom did not have a closet and no fenced in yard. Kelly, from Home Team Luxury Rentals, was very responsive to communication, especially when the washing machine wasn't working.

Booked the place specifically for their basketball hoops for my group of boys, after looking at a few places this one stood out, and besides the fact that the basketball hoop was destroyed upon arrival really ruined the whole reason I picked the place because the boys were not able to use it the host was very responsive unfortunately the hoops were not able to be fixed or replaced the place was besides that as described and we made the best of it beautiful big home

My family and I had a very good weekend at this property even tho it was a rainy weekend

The place was perfect for a retreat. The amenities were a plus. Very quiet and peaceful surrounded by nature. Exactly what we needed. We will definitely return.

We had a wonderful time we went to celebrate my brothers birthday for a weekend we got to see a lot of deer on the property and a mama bear with her cubs.

Kelly’s listing was just this side of a scam. She communicated with primarily AI responses. It was clear that she has never been to this property and was unaware of the house and what was there. A prior review mentioned broken amenities. And Kelly assured me they were fixed. This was a complete lie. Every amenity was still broken and not fixed at all. The house itself was a disaster. Very dirty, no water in dishwasher or fridge, NO SMOKE DETECTORS, iced over steps, no attempts to winterize the property, and obvious stains and spills on floor. None of the outdoor amenities could be used due to being broken or iced shut. When attempting to take this up with Airbnb I was blamed for not contacting them sooner despite my priority being safety from ice and fire. And Kelly refused to speak to me. I was the only person to shovel the property in a ski location. This is lazy and irresponsible management/hosting. It is clear that no one from her team has been inside this house.

Hot tub was good, sauna didn't work. Kitchen has lots of pots and pans and appliances.

We really enjoyed staying at Kelly’s beautiful home. The highlight for us was the playroom that is just perfect for kids. It is stocked with games for all age groups. We had kids 3-12 yrs and they all enjoyed spending the time in the playroom. Having bunk beds was icing on the cake for the kids! Overall great home with everything that you need to enjoy a little vacation. If we found something was missing or needed anything, we reached out to Kelly and she responded immediately.
