Positive: Nice clean home

Kelly was a phenomenal host before, during, and after our stay. Communication was seamless and the house was perfect. We feel the experience was 10/10 and would recommend staying here to everyone.

We stayed for my sisters bachelorette trip and it was absolutely the cutest place ever. It was a good central location to the beach and downtown. Kelly was extremely helpful and responsive our entire stay! I highly recommend booking with Kelly.😊

The places needs a lot of maintenance from dirty and stained areas grill and grill tools are rusted. Pool wasnt crytal clear. The hot tub yet dont work right. The a/c needs repairing was never cold enough and garage room a/c froze at 70. The outside chair has black mold as well as the garage room. The back yard areas need maintenance. The bath tub stopper isnt working. Just overall for the price it needs to be brought up to part what saves it is the location. Also theres roaches in the master bedroom bathroom.

We stayed here for a long weekend family getaway. This house was our teenagers’ dream: basketball court, pool, hot tub. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t the most cooperative but there was still plenty to do.We appreciated all the little extras that we don’t typically come across in rentals.Thanks so much!!

Stood here for 9 days with family and friends. Place was amazing! Kids had a blast with the basketball court, pool and Hot tub. Location was phenomenal! Wife felt very safe. Very spacious! Highly recommend & definitely will be back!

This house was great, my boys really loved the basketball court. The beds were super comfortable and the location was great.

Nice clean space

Not only is the house a very good vibe and have an amazing backyard area… But the bedrooms were also very cozy and Kelly was an amazing host! Me and a couple friends stayed here for my 30th birthday and wanted to be between the beach & downtown.

Kelly's home was perfect for my college buddy weekend hangout. Everything we needed was already available and Kelly was very responsive throughout. The home had fun games in the game room and plenty of outdoor amenities. I would highly recommend this stay

9 of us had an amazing stay at Kelly’s home!! The backyard was PERFECT for us all weekend! We didn’t even leave to go to the beach because we had everything we needed in the comfort of Kelly’s home! Perfect location, close to lots of greet restaurants and shops. I highly recommend Kelly’s home for your next trip to St. Pete!

Kelly's place was wonderful ! Neighborhood was nice and quiet. We enjoyed the full fun of the backyard including hot tub, pool , and corn hole boards. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pans to make at home meals. Beach, restaurants, and entertainment are all nearby.

Great stay

The basketball hoop was a huge hit for the kids and the house has brand new kitchen items, everything you could possibly need. We loved our stay!

Overall we had a great stay, a few small things but Kelly was super responsive and helpful! It was a cool place! Thank you!

The house was ok. The beds are extremely comfortable!! The place is decorated very nicely. It was just very dusty like you can tell it hadn’t been cleaned. But the beds and towels were clean so was the bathroom. The backyard can use some tlc. It looks kind of abandoned. The jacuzzi doesn’t heat up which was a bummer. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you can possible need from a kitchen. The water got really hot which was also a plus.

Extremely responsive, within minutes. for any small issues, always went above and beyond to supply what was missing/needed.
