We booked this property primarily for the backyard amenities. The basketball court was covered in debris, balls nearly deflated, pool area lights did not work, and the fan under the covered area didn't work. Inside, we found dead cockroaches and worms, a musty odor, and other nonworking lights. The host responded quickly and provided a new basketball, which we appreciated. After finding more issues with the pool area and bugs inside the house, we decided this wasn't the property for us. We let Kylie know we'd be leaving first thing in the AM and we'd like a refund. She offered to send an exterminator and maintenance to fix pool issues, but we were tapped out at that point. The host offered less than half our payment back. After our request for a larger refund was declined, we escalated to Airbnb. Airbnb Support ultimately helped resolve the refund. After 15 Airbnb trips, this was especially disappointing from a Superhost. The property differed significantly from its listing photos.

Our stay was very pleasant. The house/kitchen was well stocked. Host was very quick to answer any questions we had.

This house was perfect for our group! The house was exactly as pictured…and honestly even better in person. The house has plenty of room and is very well stocked with all the essentials you could need. Kylie was extremely responsive and instructions and communication was top-notch!

The home was just as described! We loved the fun backyard, played lots of Pickleball games and basketball and enjoyed the pool tremendously! We loved the closed in sunroom and my kids played lots of card games out there! The grill was clean and worked great. In fact we had a private Chef come in one evening to cook our meal and she used the grill and it worked perfectly.! The house was very spacious with lots of beds. It would easily fit two families! The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and pots and pan and dishes you would need. It was an easy 15 minute drive to several beaches, Clearwater and restaurants! We even drove one day to Busch Gardens, and another day to the Tampa aquarium! The house was very clean. The location was nice. We didn’t have any issues at all! I will say that the upstairs bathroom toilet takes several flushes for it to work properly, but that wasn’t an issue considering there are three full bathrooms in the home! Kylie was an amazing host!!!

We stayed here for a girls trip and we loved it. The house was amazing, backyard incredible and the host were friendly and always answered quickly. The only down side is the neighbor in the backyard is totally crazy. The first day he put a speaker along the fence line and played baby shark for hours. Later that night he called the police twice AFTER everyone had gone inside and were either sleeping or watching tv. They assured us that they stood outside the house and we were not making any noise and told us this guy is an absolute nuisance to the police department. The rest of the trip we were out doing activities so we had no problems with him. I think as long as you follow the rules set by the host then you should be fine. Overall I would definitely stay here again, even if just for the amazing pool.

Really great home! Perfect place for friends or families to gather. The home is bright, spacious, well stocked, and has everything you need. The outdoor area is super fun - pool, basketball/pickelball court, and a firepit. Beach is nearby and so are stores and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Our group had an amazing experience at this property! The property itself exceeded our expectations. We had a group of 10 girls for a bachelorette party and there was more than enough space for all of us. Beds were extremely comfortable. The outdoor area was the star of the show with a beautiful pool/hot tub, fire pit area and half court for pickle ball, tennis or basketball. Our group utilized the space for a yoga class! Kylie was extremely responsive, usually getting back to us within 30 minutes with any questions I had. Would recommend this property to everybody! It is a great stay.

If you are planning use this Airbnb to host a Bach trip or girl’s trip, I cannot recommend staying here. The neighbors will report you for any noise disturbance. The first night, we were sitting on the patio, talking with music playing. Within 30 minutes, the sheriff’s department came by after an anonymous complaint by a neighbor. He asked us to turn it down. Sheriff deputy was kind and said this house gets reported by neighbors often. We opted to just go inside and avoid any further conflict. The rest of the weekend, I was dealing with Airbnb phone calls and messages as they were “investigating” what had occurred (if we had additional guests, etc). We booked the stay for 12 guests and that is all that we had. It is challenging because this Airbnb is marketed for girl’s trips (previous bach trip trash outside showed the previous reservation used for same reason), but the neighborhood clearly reports any parties or noise past 10pm. Do not book if you’re considering a bach trip.

The Airbnb was perfect!! It looked exactly like all of the pictures shown and had everything we could have needed and more. A perfect home for a girls weekend!! Kylie was great with communication and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful place!! Definitely worth the stay!

Couldn't be happier with this property and service. I booked this property for a 14 person bachelor party and it was perfect. The house was spacious, had multiple big TVs, many beds, an excellent kitchen, and the backyard is identical to the photos. Kylie was also a great host, and responded to every text promptly. Highly recommend.

The bunk rooms were perfect for our group since we had quite a few kids. We also loved the yard. We spent time lounging in what felt like a tropical oasis with the palms and beautiful pool/spa. It was quiet and peaceful! The pickleball and basketball courts provided fun for the parents and the kids alike. We even had a couple chilly nights so the firepit was a great place to sit around to warm up and enjoy s’mores. The sunroom with large table was perfect for sharing a meal together, playing games, and doing a puzzle. It was such a lovely place, we hardly wanted to leave it to go to the beach! The beach is only a short drive away, though. Our group had a wonderful spring break here!

Kylie’s Airbnb hosted one of the best birthday weekends my family and I could ever ask for with the communication and amenities the house can provide.

Beautiful huge home was perfect for our family get-away. We visited from Maine for a four-generation family "snow buster retreat". We all enjoyed the outdoor activities and spaces; hot tub, pool, pickle ball, basketball, cornhole, fire pit, and shaded gazebo. Kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook for our large group. Dining space was big enough to hold all of us, and living room was massive. Beds were super comfortable and the layout of the house allowed for privacy. We had a plumbing issue early during our vacation. Kylie was super responsive and kept us informed about what was being done to resolve the problem. Kylie's team was professional, pleasant and very accommodating.

Unfortunately our stay was far from a 5-star experience. It is a 4 bdrm home, not 5, according FL laws. Bdrm 4 with 2 twin bunk beds is not a legal bdrm as it is only accessible through the master. Every HVAC control in the house was only programmed for AC and temperatures dropped to 50 degrees overnight especially in the converted garage. The listing states "Start your day with a splash in the private pool" but the pool is unheated and was 66 degrees. The spa heater was also broken and took 2 days for maintenance to arrive. The master toilet did not flush and sewage water started backing up into the shower. Elliott Caldwell admitted the house was not up to standard and only offered to reimburse for the 3 nights not used (not including their fee, cleaning fee) IF we signed an agreement akin to an NDA, which is violation of Airbnb rules. We left on NYE after spending 2 nights at this very disappointing and misstated rental property hosted by Home Team Vacation Rentals.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!! This home was perfect for our family getaway! The pool and beautiful backyard offered so much to do — from relaxing in the sun to fun activities for the kids. The house itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Truly an amazing stay for families — we can’t wait to come back!

Cleanliness, Hospitality, Experience was all a 10/10

We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful and spacious home in Seminole. It was the perfect setting for our families to come together for our yearly vacation. The house had plenty of room for everyone, so it never felt crowded, and we could all relax and enjoy being together. The kids especially loved spending their days in the pool, they practically lived in it. When they weren’t swimming, they were out playing pickleball, which was such a fun bonus for them. The outdoor space was fantastic and really made the trip special, giving us so many ways to enjoy our time together. Inside, everything was clean, comfortable, and well set up, which made settling in so easy. The house had all the amenities we needed, and it felt like the owners really thought of everything to make guests feel at home. All in all, this was truly one of the best places we have ever stayed. It made our vacation memorable and stress free, and we would happily come back again in the future.
