The built-in spa does not have independent heating. The spa is connected to the pool system, so it only heats to the same temperature as the pool.

- Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, no cats please. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog.
- Stays of 28 days or more may incur an additional cleaning fee.
- No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.

- Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the driveway. Please note that street parking is not allowed.
- If you're interested in a long-term stay, please reach out to inquire about availability
- The heated pool & built-in Spa fee is $100/night. The pool & built-in Spa can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature; please keep in mind that when the weather is cooler may not be as warm as you might expect. For example, if the ambient nightly temperature is only 55 degrees, then the pool & built-in Spa might heat up to 75-80 degrees. We recommend the pool & built-in Spa is heated in the months between October to May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool & built-in Spa heated. Pool & built-in Spa must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Thank you!
- Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property.

“Absolutely loved our stay here. The house had so much personality and was beautifully designed with thoughtful details everywhere you looked. It felt fun, cozy, and unique all at once. The amenities were incredible. The pool, pickleball court, basketball area, and all the extra touches made it such a great place for families and groups to actually enjoy staying in, not just sleep in. Our kids had the best time. Everything was extremely clean and well cared for, which we always appreciate. You can tell a lot of thought went into creating this space and experience. One thing that really stood out was how accommodating the hosts were. We had a last minute change and added my brother’s family to the stay, and they welcomed it with no extra charges, which honestly felt rare compared to many other Airbnbs. That level of hospitality meant a lot to us. We left very satisfied and already talking about coming back. Can’t wait to share all the photos and videos we captured during our stay.”
