We stayed for my bachelorette trip and the home was great! The hang out spaces were awesome, home was clean, and we loved the backyard. Everything was so cute and cozy. They were amazingly able to accommodate an early check in and late check out. Would stay again!!

We stayed at Kyle and Nicole’s air bnb for our Florida vacation and had a wonderful time! The interior decorating was absolutely beautiful and very detailed. The kitchen had anything you could need and there were toys bins for the little ones and even a baby gate. We loved the arcade games and pool table! The rooms all had plenty of space!The backyard was gorgeous with a very nice pool and hottub. Plenty of pool floats and noodles. We loved the mini putt-putt and the movie room. The house sits in a peaceful and very quiet neighborhood. It was only about a 10 min drive at most to the beach which was perfect for us. We had a wonderful time staying here and felt right at home!!

We absolutely loved our stay! We drove down from Maryland and arrived earlier than expected, and the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, allowing us to check in early after our long drive. The house was perfect for our group of six, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax between trips to the beach and Busch Gardens. The amenities really made the house special. We loved the pool and hot tub, and the theater room absolutely blew us away! The pool table and classic arcade games were a lot of fun too. Even the master bathroom stood out the shower is fantastic! The location was excellent, just minutes from the beach and great restaurants. Between the location, amazing amenities, comfortable space, and wonderful host, we couldn’t have asked for a better place for our Florida vacation. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Beautifully renovated home with lots of amenities and activities! We had so much fun swimming, playing pool, ping pong and watching movies when we weren’t at the beach!

Kyle and Nicole where the best host. They responded within 15 minutes to my questions. They checked in to make sure we were having a great experience. They only except a five star experience if it was any less then they felt like they weren’t doing their job. It was definitely a five star experience my family didn’t even wanna leave the house they were having so much fun Thank You for a great vacation. I will definitely return to this property.

Perfect place to spend a family vacation Positive: The house is as beautiful as the pictures show on here. There was so much to do, perfect for any age. The hosts are wonderful with not only responding fast but also they have just about everything you need in the house just in case you were to forget something. Loved our stay and would definitely recommend!

Where do I start...lets see when I arrived the temperature was 82 degrees ac was not working. I was asked to reset the breaker did not work. I was told it would be between 10-11pm before someone could look at the ac. Issue with ac did get fixed thanks to my husband. Washer had issues water was shooting out of the tubing spilling all over the floor. Ruined my mothers clothes. Maintenence came the day after but did not have the supplies. Maintenence man came back the next day in and out all day still did not get fixed properly. We had water coming up through the sink and dishwasher due to the washer issue. The hot tube jets do not work properly. I was told by the people who maintain the pool and hottube that the "hottube needs replacing its trash". The paint is peeling off into the pool. I was told I would receive compensation 5-7 business day still have not received any. I have been getting the run around. My vacation was ruined! I could go on but am out of characters to write.

Communications were great, interactions were clear, professional, and easy to follow. Questions were answered quickly and without hesitation. Updated and very appealing — the property was likely well-maintained, visually attractive, and modernized, making it inviting and easy to enjoy. Overall, this was a highly satisfactory rental experience with strong preparation, responsive service, and a pleasant, well-presented property.

amazing super cool place to stay. amenities for everyone to enjoy. so much to see and do inside and out. Our boys enjoyed the games inside and the pool and outdoor games are very fun. we would recommend this place for sure. will stay again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

place was great for kids only problem is it smelled like a 1980s motel 6 inside the entire house from someone smoking cigs inside before our stay other than that place was great host were great with communications and everything they could

We had a great stay with our small bachelorette group for a long weekend! Kyle and Nicole were extremely communicative and quick to respond as well as accommodating to a late check out. Definitely recommend this property!

My family and I had a FANTASTIC stay at this Airbnb! Everything is tastefully decorated, the layout is comfortable and feels like home! My children loved the activities at the house and spent a lot of time in the game area and pool, as well as the back yard. The host was super friendly and responsive to any questions I had from the time of booking all the way through check-out! I absolutely could not be more pleased with the space and the relaxation it provided. The beaches are a very short drive from the house as well. I was SUPER pleased that the kitchen provided everything we needed for the meals we decided to cook and we enjoyed the grill! I didn’t need to run to the store for any additional essentials, like toilet paper or soap, which was nice! Hands down, one of THE BEST experiences away from home I could hope for! Absolutely no disappointments or regrets in booking this beautiful home! We look forward to booking again!

We stayed for a week and had an amazing stay!! We felt right at home, and everything was just as described. The neighbors were great & the location was perfect for us - in the middle of everything. We come every year for my daughter’s cheer and would definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything!

Super fun family place in a great location! If you’re into running or biking you can catch the path a short distance from the neighborhood. Some amazing beaches close by. Kids had a great time in the backyard and in the game room. Movie room was a great place to relax. Kitchen was well stocked. Lots of towels for the pool. Nicely decorated. Host was very responsive. We would definitely stay again. Perfect vacation spot!

The house was spectacular—beautiful and very well maintained. Everything inside was excellent: comfortable, clean, and with all the details needed for a perfect stay. Everyone who stayed there with us was delighted with the place. Without a doubt, an incredible experience that we would repeat and highly recommend.

We had a great visit to Seminole. The house was as described and well stocked. The family had a lot to do with all the games and outdoor activities. The only downside was that my kids wanted to swim the first night we arrived but the pool wasn’t clean and we had to wait for it to be serviced which meant they couldn't swim until the next day. Other than that, everything was great! The neighborhood was congested with parked vehicles (other homeowners) but we were able to squeeze two vehicles into the driveway. The neighborhood was quiet which we appreciated with small kids. We would definitely stay again!
