This is a great property for a group of 8-12 people. We stayed with 8 total people here and there was plenty of room for everyone, with a great social area for us to hang out. Great tech with Sonos sound everywhere and great TVs. Location is close enough to broadway to walk or scooter but far enough away to avoid all the noise. Highly recommend staying at this location. I plan on reserving this unit again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The outdoor patio was amazing. The location was great and easy to walk to Broadway. Our host was great, easy to communicate with, and surprised us with a welcome gift for my son and his fiancé. I was surprised that the upstairs bedroom was not completely enclosed.

The place worked for us and it was as described. I wish there would have been more communication on the possibility for early and late check-in and checkout with additional payment.

This property is excellent, clean and close to downtown strip where the popular bars are. Easily walkable 15-20 minutes to get to the strip. Pool was sunny in the am and in late pm. Outdoor bbq, fully stocked kitchen with everything you need! The building was quiet at all times during the day and night. Would definitely stay here again! Nice staff working at the entrances.

Beautiful loft, easily fit our group of 9 women for 5 nights. Stocked wonderfully with everything we needed. Easy walking to Broadway, about 15 minutes, or a super cheap uber. Communication was easy and prompt. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks for contributing to a perfect vacation.

We had a group of 10 people and it was plenty of room. The balconies were great and everything was clean and organized. Cathedral ceilings since we were on the top floor. Highly recommend this condo for large groups.

Absolutely loved our stay! We attended a conference at JW Marriott and wanted a more intimate space for colleagues to attend the conference, but connect afterwards and not be tied to big Nashville parties/events. While we absolutely enjoyed Nashville to its fullest, the enormous patio provided our team with nightly connection time. We spent hours out there each night connecting, personally and professionally. Easy walk to Honest Coffee and we often walked to the conference. Ubers are also so easy, and super inexpensive. Great restaurant recommendation to The Finch. Loved it for our 1st dinner out. We often had meals at the JW Marriott but as we went out, we had a great experience at Posty's, which is Post Malone's bar. So much fun. Great food! Back to the house....it's outstanding. Would be an easy fit for 4 couples. While only 3 of us were there, it was a great choice to enjoy amenities while not having the coldness of a hotel. Would 100% book again!

The property is exceptional! The space offers the most magnificent layout for entertaining or relaxing with friends or family. The kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms are comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. You can't go wrong with reserving this stunning home.

Great stay! Location was great , not in the think of the craziness on Broadway but not too far away. Condo was clean, well appointed and very spacious. Only complaint is the water pressure is really low in the upstairs bedroom. Definitely would stay here again!

I took my family here for a nice summer break little get a way. The place was open, spacious and aesthetically pleasing. The staff around the facility was very helpful. We enjoyed the amenities and the location. It had a nice gym for my strength training. The pool area was nice and clean. My kids really enjoyed it. The only thing I will mention is that water pressure for the showers. It was very weak and just a trickle or sprinkle if you will. Not a big issue, we made it work. Overall a really nice rental, and we would book again.

We had an amazing time for the 4th of July weekend festivities in Nashville. The condo was just as advertised - clean, beautiful and spacious. We loved the games and the balconies. Also it was very close proximity to downtown making it easier for us to walk back and forth or easy uber ride. We had a small issue with no sound on living room TV and the host responded immediately and fixed it the same day. We really appreciated that. The only issue was with the Latch app - having an android phone, it did not work all the time, but there was always a security person around to help out so it wasn't a huge deal. Overall, everything was great and we had a wonderful time.

We loved the space. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen had everything you might need. The patio was huge and had good furniture. Will stay here again.

This place was beautifully decorated and super clean with lots to do nearby or just hang out and be with family and friends!! It made my birthday such a special time! My highest recommendation!!

The penthouse was fantastic. Very clean and a great space for friends to gather. Wish we could have checked in earlier, but unfortunately the condo was not available in time. Great stay and would highly recommend.

Great stay overall. The host was excellent—responsive, accommodating, and made everything very easy from check-in to check-out. The unit itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The latch key system took a bit of getting used to at first, but it worked well once we figured it out—likely just a small learning curve on our end. The only consideration is the surrounding area. There were some homeless individuals nearby, so while it felt fine walking in a group, I’d be a bit more cautious walking alone, especially at night. That said, the experience was very positive overall, and I’d definitely recommend the place for its quality and great hosting.

Great place to stay for downtown broadway!

The space was perfect for our group of six. Everyone loved the design & furniture and easy Uber rides to all the places we wanted to go!

Me and five friends stayed here very comfortably for 3 nights and even with not so great weather we still had a great time! The bedrooms were very nice with with comfortable and clean beds. The bathrooms were nice, clean and had everything we needed. But what took the cake was the kitchen and living room! Plenty of space for us all to lounge around comfortably and get ready for the night out with some music and beverages around the huge island.
