A fantastic place for a fun trip to Nashville! It’s a pleasant walk to Broadway, and a well equipped house.

This was the perfect place to stay. Great hub to explore Nashville. My crew was at a conference and the unit was central to Music City Conference Center. Broadway is just around the corner too. The service at the Unit was perfect too! Thanks all.

Place was great and accommodated our large group well. We were bummed to be informed by the host 2 weeks before our stay that the projector for the massive TV was broken and a replacement TV would be provided, which ended up being a 45 inch TV, way too small to watch sports with a group of 12. Would expect 2 weeks is long enough to get a projector fixed. Other than that we had no problems and it was a great stay, walkable enough to the Gulch and Broadway.

5 Stars — Perfect Nashville Stay!Everything was perfect from start to finish! The unit was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with all the essential necessities (garbage bags, paper towels, toiletries, etc.). There was plenty to enjoy right in the rental, and the location couldn't be better—walking distance or a quick ride to Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, and the Country Music Hall of Fame. We will absolutely book this place again for our next trip to Nashville!

The place was exactly as pictured. There was plenty of hot water and cold AC. The walking distance to the bars on Broadway was about a 20 minute walk. There is a homeless shelter across the street but none of them ever bothered us. A few things to note: There is very low water pressure in the bathrooms. The projector went out the week before our arrival. We planned on watching the World Cup and UFC fight. They did bring in a TV but it was super small. The dish soap in the kitchen doesn’t really clean anything. It’s more like water so bring your own. There is no spatula. After arriving back to the condo in the middle of our stay, we had no access to any of the entrances. They said it was a technical glitch. We had to park and wait for them to fix it before we could access the parking garage, entrance or our room. The condo above us sounded like a herd of elephants. Aside from those minor inconveniences, we really enjoyed our stay. It was a great location and very secure.

What a great condo for the sports enthusiast. Conveniently located. Modern appliances. We never had to wait for an elevator. Very responsive host. The only potential issue was low water pressure in the showers if you are used to having high pressure.

The location was a quick drive to downtown. We were concerned about walking since we had kids with us. It was the perfect place yo watch the 4th of July fireworks and management was very responsive when I had questions throughout the stay. I would recommend if you are traveling with kids or friends.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nashville. Had a group of 12. This unit was comfortable, clean and in a good location. Communication with management was beyond excellent. Very responsive and informative. Everything was a short uber ride away. We did walk to some locations and found it to be relaxing and safe. Would stay there again.

Fantastic place! Lots of space and everything you’d possibly need. Perfect location to the Gulch and broadway. We had so much fun playing games in the room and at the pool.

Great place to stay near downtown Nashville. Place was very comfortable for four couples. Melissa was always very quick to answer any questions we had.

Great apartment walkable to downtown, easy to access. we loved watching the Masters on the big screen, as well as playing pool! easy sleeping arrangements for 12 people!

Wonderful stay in Nashville! Beautiful and well-equipped condo had all the necessities and the most amazing wrap around deck, beautiful amenities, wonderful and plush building - that even smelled so lovely! Easy check in and out - could not get an early check in due to availability but security was happy to secure luggage etc in the meantime. Oh and yes great security! Hostess was incredible and responsive. Amazing and lovely stay - would 100% book again!

We loved the unit and building. It was close to everything we wanted to do and we walked most places. Everyone we were in contact with from email communications to those in the building were helpful and friendly. The apartment was well appointed and had everything we needed. The game theme was super fun and the balcony was huge. We did not have time to use all of the amenities there were so many! We will definitely go back!

Great place, great location other than homeless shelter right down the street. Don’t plan to walk to the convention center without a group. Super safe complex once you are in but you probably want to uber to convention center.

Great place, very responsive host, well decorated with incredible views of downtown (unobstructed)! Would highly recommend! Not a lot to get to close walking distance but that didn’t bother us
