Review Excellent condo

Review We will be back!

Review The living room television was missing upon arrival but was quickly remedied (we were not going to use it anyway). Francisco at the front desk provided excellent service. The condo was very comfortable and beautiful. Thank you!!

Review The staff were all very friendly and professional the bellman was really nice and helped us with directions and whatever we needed. We look forward to stay in again in the near future and bringing our friends over to so they can enjoy. Thanks for all the memories.

Review The staff was awesome!!!

Review A great stay.

Review The 2 front desk personnel I dealt with the time I was there where rude and not friendly at all. The male that checked us in was not friendly when we arrived and seemed like he was bothered or upset every time we asked a question. Also the lady that checked us out had the same attitude from the guy that checked us in. She was rude and I didn't see a smile from them two the time I spoke with them. It made me feel very uncomfortable having to ask them any question with the attitude they had. Didn't feel welcome at all from your front office staff. The personnel that helped us take our luggage to the room where very helpful and friendly. Everything else was great as long as I didn't have to go to the front desk with any questions. Thank you.

Review It will be great some umbrellas at pool areas

Review The beds in all the rooms should be changed. The mattresses are lumpy and made our backs hurt every night.
