Review The grill and internet did not work in the unit. GRILL- was a big disappointment because we purchased burgers and other items to grill. We were told the grill had not worked for years, this needs to be updated on the website. It is not a true representation of what individuals are paying for. INTERNET- again, big disapppointment. One of our guests had work to do and could not access from the room. Internet was available in lobby. We have been using your website for over 5 years and seem to have the same issues with the grills and internet. Please contact the owners to get service updates. Our guests wanted us to insist on a discount due to the inaccurate description. For guests who may not have the resources to go out and eat, the GRILL would be a much bigger deal. For professionals who need internet, having the lobby explain the service does not reach the top floors was a frusterating.

Review Thank you for making my 50th Birthday with my children one we will always remember. We had an Amazing stay, and look forward to coming back.

Review Our stay was wonderful as we expected Overall our stay was excellent and we will be returning next June for our yearly trip.

Review I would prefer for the condo to have more keys available. We had 7 people and only 2 keys, which is a problem since the 15th floor is restricted. The balcony and living room are great. We couldn't get the microwave to work right (it did not heat up tortillas) and the dvd player below the TV would not open. We liked the full sized soap in the bathroom and would also like shampoo and conditioner. We cooked a lot, and there was only one non-stick skillet, which was inconvenient. The view from the balcony was the best I've seen from any of the condo balconies.
