Located on the 14th floor (highest below Penthouse) of the luxurious Sonoran Sky Resort, you will experience the ultimate in comfort and relaxation in this one bedroom unit decorated with warm, dark colors accented with colorful Mexican style flair. The perfect size for up to four guests, you'll find everything you need to feel like you're at home at the beach. <br>Sonoran Sky Resort is the youngest of the Sonoran Resorts family in Puerto Peñasco and offers an ample variety of services and amenities for owners and guests that create the perfect environment for the most pleasurable and unforgettable stay. Amenities include a fully-equipped fitness center that overlooks the ocean, 24 hr. guarded entry and on-site security, BBQ area with tables, chairs, and grills which includes a playground area for the kids located on the third floor; 3 swimming pools, 3 Jacuzzis and one kid's pool with a water slide, a tiki bar to enjoy your favorite drink while enjoying the ocean breezes, a swim-up pool bar, ocean View Restaurant, and La Cantina Sports Bar fully equipped with HD TV screens to watch your favorite sports event, as well as a convenience store inside the lobby where you may buy groceries, goods, liquor, cold beer, and beverages.<br>NOTE: The balcony BBQ do not work, there is a designated area on the 3rd floor for the use of charcoal grills and playground for small children. The perfect size for up to four guests, you’ll find everything you need to feel like you’re at home at the beach. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa, with a comfortable memory foam mattress, in the living room. Feel free to enjoy a few of our DVDs on either of the flat screen televisions in the living room or bedroom, play a few of the games we’ve provided for your amusement, or listen to your favorite music on the bluetooth speaker. For the kids (or the young at heart), there are even a few boogie boards to ride the waves! The kitchen is equipped with granite counter tops and backsplash and all stainless steel appliances. We’ve stocked it with everything you should need to make your favorite meal. For extended stays, there is a washer and dryer. There is also a DEDICATED HIGH SPEED internet connection for this unit (free resort connection is slow and unreliable). Bring your binoculars to watch the whales (Jan-Apr) and the dolphins from the patio, or just listen to the soothing sounds of the Sea of Cortez. Also, don’t miss the original vibrant paintings hand painted by the owner!
