This was a 5 star stay. Everything that we experienced was what we had expected based on the listing. We're a family of 7 representing, soon to be, 4 generations. It was such a joy to be able to spend this time together in one spot. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of sleeping space. The living room, dining room, kitchen space were perfect for meals, game playing and reading. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking meals. Fire pit and hot tub were perfect outdoor amenities. Easy access and very comfortable. Overall, this was the perfect end of summer sendoff for our family and we couldn't be happier. Huge thank you!
Unfortunately, we did not have a relaxing stay here. Entry was not shoveled, had to shovel to enter the walkway, door was left unlocked, and the house smelled very musky.
The pot and pans were old and some were not usable. There was mouse poop found in pots/pans and in cabinetry.Ang of the drawers were also broken and very hard to open.
We just ate out in stead of our planned eating in.
Hopefully they make some changes.

We enjoyed our ski trip at Eric’s place. Nice location, close to several resorts, enough room for 6 of us. Great jacuzzi for relaxing after the day. I wasn’t aware that there are 2 units in one big chalet, has upper and lower rental listings. But we were happy to meet the host and his dog during our stay. The thermometer stopped working on the second day which makes the living room a little bit chill to stay, but bedrooms are warm and cozy.
The place was comfortable and spacious enough for our group of eight to relax and spend time together after a full day of skiing. The location is very convenient, with easy access to several ski resorts. While the property felt a bit more outdated than what was shown in the photos, our overall stay was still positive.
Communication could be improved, as the host was not very responsive to our questions and most of the messages we received were automated.
