“Thank you for your recent stay with us. We hope that your guest experience was a wonderful one and that all your expectations were exceeded. We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! A great place to stay with family or a place for old friends to meet up. The location is very peaceful. One minor feedback would be to make sure you bring your own soap, paper towels, trash bags, etc. other than that no complaints!”
