We had the best girls trip! The pickleball court was a highlight and the reason we chose the house. It was worth it and the neighborhood was very private and picturesque. We saw hot air balloons taking off every morning they were so close you could hear them

We can’t speak highly enough for Jeff and brigit’s Pickleball Palace!!! we went on a girls trip with four women. It was so fantastic to have a private Pickleball court that we could play in all weathers! The house was wonderful and clean and perfect for our group! Having the hot bath under the stars was also a highlight highly highly recommend.

The accommodations were perfect for our family of 7. Everyone was comfortable and the privacy of the location was wonderful. The private pickleball court was fantastic and never hot. It was a great setup! A stocked kitchen was nice for the meals we cooked. The home was centrally located to all the things we did… hiking, hiking, eating out, hiking and shopping. We absolutely loved the area! We would all recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was clean and comfortable. For our family, the highlight was the indoor air conditioned pickleball court. Our family had so much fun being able to play whenever we wanted to. The fire pit on the patio was also enjoyable to gather and visit. The drive into town for restaurants and shopping was an easy 10-15 minute drive. We would definitely revisit.

This place is amazing, If you are a fan of pickleball you will really enjoy the indoor court that has AC blasting a cool 68 degrees. The views are amazing around the whole property. The house was so comfortable for all 8 of us. Downtown Sedona is only a few minutes away with tons of great restaurants and shopping. I could go on and on about this place. When we had any questions the response was back to us superfast. We will for sure be booking this place again. You will not be disappointed if you are thinking about booking this place.

This house is gorgeous! It was perfect for our family vacation. It had beautiful views , a cozy feel, and everything you could ask for. The game room with bunkbeds was a dream come true for our kids and our family had a blast playing pickleball on the indoor court. The deck bathtubs were a fun addition and the house was in a great location for various activities around Sedona. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive. I highly recommend booking this house for your next family vacation!

We had an amazing time at the Pickler Ranch in Sedona. The house has wonderful southwest charm and the grounds are immaculate with plenty of privacy. We loved sitting outside on the covered deck with a beautiful firepit and others used the bathtubs. Our kids loved chasing the lizards and running around outside. The views are nice and it’s so cozy and peaceful inside and out. We even got to play pickleball whenever we wanted in the indoor pickleball court. What a treat! Close to two parks. Twenty minutes from cottonwood. Leave the house and drive a mile or so on 89A to a free shuttle at the high school to take us on hikes. Close to many grocery stores, hospital, restaurants, stores and more. Less traffic this side of town. We had a great time and will be back again!

This property was amazing! The house was beautiful and well appointed, private, with great views. The indoor private pickleball court was simply remarkable. We couldn’t get enough of it! All the other amenities were great as well. The hosts were so accommodating, proactive and friendly. We hope to come back again sometime in the future.

OMG……Wowza! We loved this house before the indoor pickleball court was added. The house is super comfortable, beautiful and private, but minutes from the heart of West Sedona. Now, with the pickleball court, it is outta-control-fun. We had so many laughs. After hiking or pickleball, the outdoor tubs and firepit remain big hits. The kids loved “movie night” in the bunkroom while we watched our stuff in the living room. Can’t wait to come again!!
